Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for campaigns and difficulty levels, allowing characters to play campaigns and difficulty levels that you haven't unlocked. Doesn't actually unlock anything.

Mod that allows you to play as an adventurer who somehow ended up with humanlike intelligence, but the body of a bear.

Bears are an unusual adventurer species. They are unable to use most equipment (hat, lite, amulet, cape and tool only), but are very strong, fast and tough and have a rather powerful racial talent tree.
The mod is an early work in progress. A future development goal is to adjust dialogues and create new scenarios to reflect a bear's limited communication capabilities.

Racial talents
- Maul: You gain two powerful unarmed paw attacks. Despite being unarmed, you can use your paws to perform most attacks that would normally require melee weapons.
- Ironhide: Gain strong defences that scale with physical power, and the ability to treat your tough hide as light armour
- Ursine Ingenuity: Reduce all cooldowns and increase almost all stats granted by the few items you can actually wear
- Huge. Angry. Bear.: You become far larger, faster, tougher, and stronger.

Introduces a class evolution for Berserker. Taking this class evolution allows one to wield a 2H weapon in each hand, as well as making his punches more powerful.

1) Add Discordant as playable psionic subclass. A psionic tank with death radius around them (think of Mindrot, but less sucky). Wins battle through attrition, melts trash mobs just by standing. Can also spam tele-frags if you feel like it.

2) Add Kudzu as playable wilder subclass. Invasive, annoying, and hard to get rid of. Master of crowd controls and area denials. Cover the world with fungus, lichens, moss, and kudzus.

3) Add Scorpion as playable rogue subclass. Stealthy brawler with poison fist. Pull in your enemy and dethrone them with chain of combos.

4) Add Critic as playable afflicted subclass. High-risk, high-reward, critical-centric class that use feedback pool as life. Overpower your enemy with overwhelming amount of Gestures, or die from receiving too much criticism.

5) Add Colossus as playable race. Artificial giant constructed by dwarves to guard their gold, has some non-living characteristics. Starts on Reknor (dwarf start). A durable race with some drawbacks. Also like gold.

Adds a new class, the Lost, designed by Thornstromb and developed by me.
The Lost is a new Afflicted class based around a hybrid of Archery and Stealth. Skulking in the shadows, the Lost is filled with a piercing hatred for the living.
A nasty glass cannon that relies on tools and inscriptions for survival, but does atrocious amounts of damage while undetected. You have an alternate version of stealth that never breaks, and while you have no inbuilt source of stamina regen, as a Willpower-main class you'll have plenty of stamina for most fights.

This pack compiles several classes, with an emphasis on hybrid design. Not all classes are complete: the ones which I'm not satisfied with are marked as either INCOMPLETE or "in BETA".

- The Transcendent Fist is an unarmed Psionic warrior, using a gem in his TK slot to hit with flexible energy types.
- The Storm Warden is a melee-and-ranged skirmisher with magical mobility and support spells.
- The Striker is a cunning and covert class, with a focus on delivering shock-and-awe thunderbolts from stealth.
- The Gravitic Infantry is a melee-focused Chronomancy user (formerly named the Heavy).
- The Creep is a stalker in the dark, cunning and covert in his hate.
- The Vector uses disease and debilitation to keep his foes at range while he snipes them to death.
- The Flenser is a Defiler whose knives debilitate and torture his victims.

(BETA) Shield Hero is an Adventurer who starts with heavy armor and a shield. Not very exciting unless you were annoyed about not being able to equip your Adventurer's shield right away.
(BETA) Prototype Hero is an Adventurer who starts with 1.3 mastery in every category. Not very useful for players, but it might be interesting for addon writers to spitball new category combinations.

(INCOMPLETE) The Flux Marauder is a Paradox thug, stealing time from his enemies.

Adds the Mindslinger as a new, Yeek-only, Psionic subclass.
Mindslingers wield slings in their main-hand and telekenetic weapon slots and gain many bonuses while their off-hand slot is empty, ranging from defense to added procs on ranged attacks.
One part Mindslayer, one part Solipsist, a dash of Skirmisher, just a pinch of Arcane Blade and Cursed, and 100% Grade-A Yeek.

New Talents:

Psionic/Mindslinger:
Master the sling and your mind to fire shots infused with Psionic energy.

Psionic/Force:
Learn cunning off-hand gestures to focus your mind and perform powerful defense and offensive feats.

Psionic/Charge:

Exponential Leveling is an addon that changes the amount of points (stats, class, ..) and optionally resources (hp/stamina/mana/regen..) you gain upon EACH level up.
It is meant to make Madness difficulty possible without cheating or hacking of any kind. The game isn't really meant to be beaten on Madness-Roguelike in a legit way, which is why trainers/cheats/savescams exist. There have been only a couple of winners that might be real and legit, and they are Adventure class with no video proof.

Being fully configurable, it can also be used to make the game easier as you wish to.

THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS.

How to use this addon:

    - Download and install, of course. Check if the addon is ACTIVATED. If you have another addon that superload/overload player.lua, it might conflict.
    - Start a New Game.
    - Under Options > Gameplay, you can enable or disable the addon. This will work from the next levelup. It cannot be used retroactively.
    - You can also change mode of operating (Default is balanced) and optional modes of operation (Also increase resources, life, etc on levelup) or be left as is.
    

Operating Modes:

    - Balanced -> Gives extra points in a fair way depending on your difficulty (Nightmare, Insane and Madness)
    - Extra Points -> Gives many more points than vanilla in any difficulty
    - Cheatish -> Gives way more points than you'll ever need
    - Only Life -> Does NOT change how many points you gain on levelup, but provide some extra MAX HP on levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options.
    

Optional Modes (These work alongside Operating Modes):

    - None -> Nothing else than what chosen under Operating Modes
    - All Resources -> Increase stamina, mana, hate, vim, etc (MAX and regen) upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options.
    - MAX HP -> Increase only MAX HP and not all resources upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. Stacks with Only Life if you want to.

As a Tempered Hand, the brawler gains these benefits while wearing gauntlets:
The damage bonus of your Striking Stance scales on Strength and scales higher than before.

When you enter combat while all of your talents are off cooldown, you gain 1 combo point.
When you strike an enemy with a melee attack, you have a 30% chance to gain 1 extra combo point, 1 time per turn.
When you kill an enemy, you gain 1 extra combo point, 1 time per turn.
When you land a melee critical, you have a 10% chance to gain 1 extra combo point, 1 time per turn.

When you gain combo points you also gain 15% of a turn per point gained (points that would be gained beyond your limited do not count).

When you would generate combo points beyond your limit, each extra point will increase your maximum number of counter attacks by 1 for 1 turn.

When you spend combo points you will instantly trigger Open Palm Block for the same number of combo points, ignoring cost, cooldown, and failure chance.
When Open Palm Block prevents damage, the source of the damage is Staggered for 2 turns, reducing Def and Phys Save and making them more vulnerable to counter attacks.
If the target is already Staggered, you make a free Counter Attack against them (does not count toward your Counter Attack per turn limit).
Counter Attacks against Staggered opponents will always attempt to stun (even if the opponent is not grappled)
Staggered cannot be saved against; Defense and Save reduction improve with your Physical Power.

Places the Sect of Kryl-Feijan event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter. This fork marks the sect as encountered so it works with improved recall.

Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!
• The Godfeaster: Deep undergroud the ground shakes as ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --

Presents a dialog when you attack or are attacked by an adventurers party or hostile ziguranth patrol on the world map, prompting you to either evade or fight.  The behavior of this dialog can be controlled by the "Adventurers party response strategy" options under Game Options in the <Esc> menu, allowing you to specify "always evade" or "never evade" as the default behavior.

Adds the Hoardling Ascendant race. Hoardlings Ascendant are powerful draconic dwarves with very the capacity to become nearly indestructible in long enough infinite games. Made for Dragonfabri.

Experience Controller is an addon that lets you change the amount of experience you receive upon killing foes.

You can enable/disable it realtime and it will work from the next kill onward. It also works for arena and infinite dungeon alike.

How to enable/disable or configure this addon:

• Download, install and activate it. Start a New Game.
• You can enable/disable or change mode, set the amount of flat experience or multiplier to apply to each future kill from the "Gameplay" settings in-game.

 

Modes functionality:

• VANILLA -> Doesn't change anything compared to original game.
• BALANCED (default) -> Gives on general more experience to the player on higher difficulties than original game, depending also on the rank and level of the defeated enemy.
• VERY FAST -> Gives 250% flat experience compared to original TOME.
• FLAT -> Each kill gives X experience points, regardless of what you kill or what level you/they are. How much per kill can be configured in the Gameplay settings.
• CUSTOM -> Multiplies by X all the experience you gain from kills. You can set your own multiplier in the Gameplay settings.
• INSTANT LV50 -> One kill for LV50. A cheat way to test out new builds REALLY fast.

Allows the player to pick two classes, but the difficulty scales upward. The mod dramatically ramps up the difficulty level to compensate. (Original by StarKeep, forked mod by Raenarill).
You advance twice as fast, and gain six talent category points: at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. You gain normal stat points until level 51.
BLITZ MODE: You gain two thirds more talent points. After level 66, you gain one class talent point per level and one generic every two out of three levels.
CLASSIC MODE: features base game talent points until level 100.

CLASS EVOLUTIONS: You can swap your first and second classes in the Game Options tab for evolutionary purposes.
WANDERERS AND ADVENTURERS: These are only supported as the FIRST class.
QUANTUM SLIDERS: Now supported as the second class.

Prodigies have minimal requirements - usually none.

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.

Remade cause the old one was kind of jank and way too broken for me. This version still requires all other requirements be met.

If you are wielding a two-handed weapon in mainhand and another weapon in offhand (via Ogres' Grisly Constitution talent or various addons), arranges for your melee weapon damage to be recorded as both two-handed weapon damage and dual-wielded weapon damage for purposes of satisfying prodigy requirements (notably Windblade).

-Monstrous Leap: An active ability to leap and come down with a crash, dealing damage in an aoe! Also gains a bit of size (and damage) when you do!

Gibbous
Next up, we have some nature themed werewolves! They're even green!
Stats: +3 Wil, +2 Con, +1 Str/Cun, -1 Mag
Life Rating: 13
Exp Penalty: 10%
Racial Abilities:
-Wild Rejuvenation: A regeneration and healmod boost, not just for yourself, but allies too!
-Bestial Vitality: Increased life regen and heal mod! Not much more to it, just big werewuff regen.
-Verdant Pelt: Increase your nature affinity, blight and nature resistance, and reduce the duration of detrimental effects!
-Call the Pack: Exactly what it says on the tin! Call up three wolf friends for a bit to help chow down on your enemies!

Halfmoon
Following that, these werewolves are the more magically inclined of their brethren! Moon and star themes abound.

-Lunar Light: Activate to gain a damage shield, and a boost to all affinities for a bit. Soak that damage!
-Lunar Shadow: A passive that pops when you take enough damage in one blow, and then gives you a chance to avoid any further damage.
-Shimmering Pelt: Adaptive damage resistance that can adjust to up to 3 different types of damage at a time.
-Celestial Power: An active ability to enhance your damage output and damage penetration!

Crescent
From there, we go to some psionic fluffy friends!

Stats: +3 Cun, +2 Wil, +1 Str/Con, -1 Dex
Exp Penalty: 8%
Racial Abilities:
-Sharp Focus: Self-buff for increased damage and crit chance!
-Shrouded Mind: Confusion and mind damage resistance, increased mental save, and a short range telepathy of all creatures at higher levels!
-Faded Pelt: Resistance to all damage, and quite a bit of it, but taking damage will eat away at the resists until they're gone!
-Psionic Howl: An aoe howl that sics some mental wolves on your enemies, giving them damage over time, reduced damage dealt, and chance for talent failure!

Newmoon
And last, but not least, the stealthy wolves!

Stats: +3 Dex, +2 Cun, +1 Str/Mag, -1 Con
Exp Penalty: 8%
Racial Abilities:
-Hunter's Agility: Boost global speed for a short time!
-Killer Instincts: Increased crit chance and crit damage.
-Shadow Pelt: Defense, crit avoidance, stealth power, and even some light and dark resistance!
-Through the Shadows: An active ability that gives you an instant, variable range, no-cooldown teleport! However, the range diminishes the further you travel with it, and recovers over time.

Donators/Buyers bonus!

A few changes to skelly I thought would make it actually interesting to pick for some classes as it previously was easily the worst race because it didn't cover any of the weaknesses or encourage any synergies with any class. These changes make Skeleton focused a lot more on being a tank, which its talents originally hinted at.

The first talent now gives a massive amount of physical saves that scale with constitution. This replaces the duration reduction of the third talent. The duration reduction is largely a useless stat if you can't get it to 100% reduction as debuffs are either "I don't care about this" or "I want this gone immediately." Immunities have typically always been the go to. Most classes have their immunites or debuff clears as their third or final talent, so putting this as the first talent gives some incentive to use this over Shalore.

Originally it was going to be full physical debuff immunity like with Spine of the World but after some deliberation I figured this was too good. I kind of like the saves here as a way to demonstrate just how much is needed to be good. The numbers for this are chosen that provided you put in significant investment, it should provide excellent returns such that it's the only source of physical save needed on difficulties of insane or lower.

The third talent now gives you the Corruption/Bone tree. This here because I thought this would be fun, and thematic.

I got a bit of feedback that people wanted a mobility tree on Skeleton, but honestly I feel like that removes one of the interesting weaknesses of the class, that you are forced to use blink rune for mobility. This drawback provides some interesting decisions in what to select for your race and I think it should remain to encourage strategic building.

Also: Reassemble now scales with Constitution. Both Bone Armour and Reassemble's descriptions have been updated to fully detail the things they scale with. They previously did not mention that they scale with your max HP.

Classes that would be good with this skelly rework: Classes without a lot of defenses, classes with a lot of mobility, classes with the Corruption/Bone tree, classes that don't need to focus on 3 non-Constitution stats.

Update 1.2.0
The first talent and Reassemble both used to scale with Constitution but considering no classes use Con and you still want Magic for Bone Shield scaling and to make Bone Grab work, changing the Con scaling to Dexterity make the race pair better with more classes, since many triple stat using weapon classes utilize Dex.

Also I fixed a couple of bugs. Learning the Bone talents now correctly gives the Vim resource bar and puts them on your hotbar automatically.

Massively spikes Rare counts as the game progresses, and even adds in Randbosses in the late game.

As of 1.4.2, the player can fully control the spawn rate of Rare and Randboss class enemies to suit their gameplay style.

Adds several new classes and races:
- Bladebender class: Psionic melee fighter that triple-wields daggers and has "meta" talents that can modify other talents.
- Harbinger class: Wilder melee fighter that channels storms through their attacks. More powerful against groups of foes than against single targets. Their class talents do not use resources.
- The Cooler Anorithil class: Revamp of the Anorithil class that must directly alternate between Solar and Lunar talents instead of managing positive/negative energy.
- Zephyr class: Basically a ranged and exclusively lightning-based version of Arcane Blade. Overpowered, not a serious class, and mostly exists to demonstrate instant projectiles.

- Moon Fox race: Race that can radically transform class and generic talents by attaching tails to them.
- Dreamelf race: Overpowered race that can reposition enemies and shorten talent cooldowns.
- Lich race: Undead race that can convert a portion of all their damage into a damage type of their choice.

This addon also makes a couple other changes to make the Zephyr class work:
- Feather Wind is no longer snapshottable, provides less defense but provides both melee and ranged defense, and its maximum encumbrance is no longer spellpower-dependent.

Other than that, the addon tries not to affect existing classes/races/talents. The new classes won't appear on enemies or Adventurers.

Phoenix Knight: Powerful warriors who blast their foes with solar fire while calling healing light upon their allies. Their solar fire attacks will strike as either fire or light damage, whichever will hit their target the hardest, and their potent healing and cleansing abilities make them tough opponents to bring down.

Mind Knight: Psionic warriors who strengthen their mental abilities by tapping into their inner magic. Adept at telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation, they are mobile scouts who can quickly get a lay of the land and sow chaos among their foes with physical and mental debilitations, or even outright compulsions.

Storm Knight: Swift skirmishers who rely on extreme mobility and powerful lightning magic to strike their foes down and avoid reprisals. Extremely fast and difficult to pin down, they can cast entire enemy units into disarray with their wealth of area attacks. All mage knights can cast while they fight, but experienced storm knights are also able to fight while they move.

Earth Knight: The heaviest of infantry, earth knights hammer their foes with physical and natural forces while shielding themselves with the power of the earth. Highly resilient in the face of any attack, earth knights provide a slow and steady offense supported by powerful gemstone shields and the endurance of a living mountain.

Sea Knight: Healers first, fighters second, battle mages a somewhat distant third, while sea knights lack the raw offensive power of other mage knights, they make up for it with amazing personal defense and recovery abilities. And though their attacks may be individually weak, like the sea itself, they are able to wear down even the strongest defenses eventually, eroding their opponents away with gradually strengthening spells, making them terrors in a battle of attrition.

Mana Knight: Experimenting pioneers who do amazing things with raw magical energy. They have the most conventional magical training of the mage knights, even if they sometimes put it to unconventional use. Their arcane attacks can overwhelm the powers of other spellcasters, and while they lack the scope of power of full-fledged archmages, they are masters of the fundamentals of the various arcane schools.

Makes all sling ranges longer.

Racial talent tree:
The Eternal Fighter - Passively increases your health, stamina, mana and psi regeneration.

The Unstoppable Fighter - Passively increases immunities to stun, confusion, pin, fear, silence.

The Savvy Fighter - Passively increases critical chance, critical power, Armor Penetration and Accuracy.

Faster Stronger Better - Passively increases Global speed, Physical speed, movement speed and all damage done.

Adds High Wights as a playable race: tough, psionic undead who arise naturally yet stand outside the natural order.

Also adds Forest Wights as a playable race: undead with a connection to fire, light, and nature.

Adds two class evolutions for Archer, the Quickshot and the Munitions Expert.

As a Quickshot, the Archer gains the ability to equip a second quiver/pouch in the tool slot and has a 50% chance on archery hit to trigger a shot using ammo from your tool slot.

As a Munitions Expert, the Archer gains the Munitions talent tree unlocked at 1.3 mastery. Provides three munitions sustains to enhance your shots with fire, poison, or piercing capabilities.

Greatly enhances rate of point gain for talents, generics, stats, categories and even prodigies.

Adds the White Monk, a warrior subclass.

The White Monk wields no arms, instead using intense focus and training to turn their body into a weapon. They fend off enemy blows with their immense willpower and can preform healing and regenerative rites. Primary stats are Dexterity and Willpower. White Monks have the unique ability to project unarmed melee attacks at a distance, with talents that allow them to strike many targets in a area, as well. White Monks have a base damage modifier for hand gear of 60% Dex and 60% Wil, and gain some of the same benefits to unarmed attacks as Brawlers.

Includes seven new talent trees and incorporates a few existing trees from Warrior and Rogue classes.

Rending - Attack your foes from afar and sap their energy.

Mending - Heal and cleanse yourself and even prepare a rite that can ward off death itself.

Fending (generic) - Ward off enemy assaults, directing some damage to your stamina pool.

Agile Combatant - Move across the battlefield with unmatched agility.

Martial Arts - Master the art of unarmed fighting and gain bonus strikes from your attacks.

Black Belt (locked) - Learn advanced fighting techniques to cripple your foes and react with finely honed reflexes.

Transcending(locked) - Directly manipulate your foes' spirits to sap their energy and learn to project your spirit to assail all nearby foes.
