Game | Tales of Maj'Eyal: Age of Ascendancy 1.7.4 |
Addons | 'Purists' Breeding Pits Restoration Project 1.2.3Restores the orc breeding pits cut content to the game. This is the original completely unaltered orc breeding pits, just as objectionable as it was in version 1.1.3, before any changes were made. You have been WARNED. Do not complain about the potentially objectionable content. Clean UI 1.7.2Replaces default interface styles with cleaner versions to enhance readability. First release focuses primarily on replacing everything related to the default interface styles in the base game. Future releases will enhance individual styles and take care of minor tweaks. Content consists of only graphic assets to try and have the highest possible compatibility with future patches. Ashes of Urh'Rok 1.7.4Official Expansion! Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. As the barrier between our worlds begins to crack under their scrutiny, helpless Eyalites have begun to disappear, whisked up to serve as their slaves and playthings. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?
Features:
Autosell Schematics 1.7.4Allows schematics to be transmogrified again. Extra Dungeons 1.6.7In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.) Current mod features: Softcore Death 1.6.0Allows you to move to a more forgiving permadeath setting when you die. If you are in Roguelike, you can switch to Adventure and carry on from the Eidolon plane. When you switch to Adventure, you have the same amount of bonus lives you would have had if you had been playing Adventure the whole time (minus the one you just lost). New in 1.2.0 - If you are a donator, you can give yourself more adventure mode lives. You will only earn Exploration achievements from then on, but enemies will recover when you die, letting you retry fights as many times as you want. Every time you use this addon, DarkGod cries a single tear Tinker Tinkering 1.7.0A collection of small quality-of life tweaks for tinker-using characters in the Embers of Rage DLC. Notable changes:
Quick Drown NPCs 1.2.5New characters in Maj'Eyal start out with the Rod of Asphyxiation, an item made to quickly drown npcs. Tinker Cave for Everyone 1.7.0Places the entrance to the tinker cave from the Embers of Rage DLC (required) on the world map for all characters in the Age of Ascendancy campaign, without requiring that the character be playing a Tinker class or rescue a tinker escort. Glutton Additions 1.5.10Adds to glutton class, reorders class generics, and mods glutton talents. Requires orcs dlc for new steam resource. Requires Glutton mod https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/glutton. Melinda on the Map - Bamboo Edition 1.7.0Places the Sect of Kryl-Feijan event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter. This fork marks the sect as encountered so it works with improved recall. Outlander 1.7.4Adds Outlander as a playable human subrace, he has VERY UNIQUE talents. v1.0.10: now it costs 100% - 20% current xp if you want to learn a talent from an enemy. Forbidden Cults 1.7.4Official Expansion! Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind. Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!
Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.
Bikini Tinker 1.7.0Slightly modifies internal tinker implementation so that attaching or detaching a tinker on a bikini or mankini does not count as taking it off for purposes of the associated achievement. Escorts Enhanced 1.7.0Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs: Recaiden's Evolution Prodigies 1.7.0Includes 4 new Class Evolutions:
Isn't Zephyr already a class? Merchant on the Map 1.7.0Places the Lost Merchant event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter. A companion piece to Melinda on the Map; they can be used together or separately. Race: Tinkerer 1.7.4Adds Tinkerer as a new Human subrace. Tinkerers are identical to Cornacs, except they begin with Steamtech/Physics and Steamtech/Chemistry instead of an additional category point. I made this race because I wanted a consistent way to obtain tinkers with any non-tinker class, without relying on the tinker escort. The Tinkerer is intended to be a balanced and viable alternative to the Cornac race within the official "Maj'Eyal: The Age of Ascendancy" campaign. When used with a tinker class, this race only grants an additional starting talent point to both Physics/Smith and to Chemistry/Therapeutics. Feel free to extend/modify this addon as you wish! My further ideas for this race or a similar one would be to add the Engineering and Blacksmith categories as racial talent trees, but adjust their mastery and unlock status based on whether the character is a tinker class or not. ---Changelog--- Embers of Rage 1.7.4Official Expansion! One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal. The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged... but one Pride remains. Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom. The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal. Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes. Features:
ZOmnibus Addon Pack 1.7.4Combines several smaller utility addons, both for convenience and potentially reduced resource usage on smaller machines. Includes the following addons:
A superset of ZOmnibus Lite. Frequently Asked Questions: Showing Items Tier in Inventory 1.7.2This addon add a column to inventory which show items Tier and allows sorting to show higher Tier first There is an option under "Game Setting"->UI->Sort Items by Tier by default items which is going to be transmo- and of type scroll (rune,infusion..), tinker or other without Tier specified will be placed at the top of the inventory to avoid occasional transmo of valuables This mod is safe to use without starting new game Tinker Stores in Last Hope 1.4.9Adds tinker, steamsaw, steamgun and schematic stores to Last Hope. Big thanks to Razakai's Improved Stores mod for showing me how to create shops, and to Housepet for pretty much writing this addon. Items Vault 1.7.0Donators/Buyers bonus! Proper Possession 1.7.0
Frequently Asked Questions: Recaiden's Undead Racepack 1.7.0This is a compilation of my undead race addons. This will always be the most up-to-date version. Mummy Wight And adds a new prodigy for any undead: Dreadmaster Chinese translation by gooder1029 Teleport: Krhjkjkfy Unspelled 1.5.10Changes 'Teleport: Kroshkkur' to not be a spell, allowing Drem (who would not be barred for any other reason) to enter Zigur. It can still be silenced. Select your Escorts 1.7.0Allows you to choose which escorts you will encounter at the start of the game. There is an option to choose a random escort in case you just wanted to guarantee some unlocks before continuing with the base game's behavior. Note: You're only supposed to be able to choose the lost tinker once. (Must have the Embers of Rage DLC and unlocked by playing in the Orcs campaign) To reach me faster, please leave a message on the Steam Workshop page. I don't get notifications on te4.org so I may take longer to reply. Possessor Bonus Class 1.7.4Donators/Buyers bonus! Embers With All Races 1.5.10Adds all races available in the Arena campaign to the Orcs campaign. You will still need to have a race unlocked in order to play it in the Orcs campaign. This should work for all DLC races and most addon races, assuming they are not implemented in an unusual way and their addon weight is lower than that of this addon (200000). Elkan's Infinite Dungeon Tweaks And Zlefin's Fixes 1.7.4Infinite Dungeon challenges occur on every level after the first. Rewards are tweaked to be a little more generous, and character advancement after level 50 does not slow down until after level 1000 instead, this version disbles mirror matches. (From Elkan) Playable Wight Race 1.7.4Adds High Wights as a playable race: tough, psionic undead who arise naturally yet stand outside the natural order. Also adds Forest Wights as a playable race: undead with a connection to fire, light, and nature. Models by Rexorcorum. NPC Forgiveness 2.5 1.5.0This addon adjusts the way friendly NPC's react to hostile actions by the player. In most cases, the personal reaction of an NPC to the player (friendly/neutral/hostile) will slowly recover (by 10% each turn, minimum 1 point) back to it's default value over time. If the player doesn't further aggravate the NPC, it will eventually become neutral/friendly again. (Though it will still probably have the player targeted, depending on its ai settings which are not addressed in this addon.) The exception is if the player kills another friendly NPC within LOS, which will result in the NPC becoming permanently hostile to the player in most cases. Putting a detrimental status effect on the NPC will create a -25 (negative) reaction to the player (in addition to the penalties from any damage caused). Files affected: Godfeaster on the Map 1.7.0Places the Godfeaster on the map instead of as a random encounter, and warns you about not being able to rod out. Essentially a copy-paste of Melinda on the Map. Start Selector 1.5.5Allows characters created in the AoA campaign to access special starting zones normally restricted by race and/or class. After the character is created and the level-up screen closed, a dialog will offer the option to transfer to one of the following starting zones (and gain associated quests, etc): Sunwall.
