Adds the Dark Priest, a mage subclass.

Even in an age of supposed prosperity, there are many who lose their lives in vain. Those who tend the wounded, returned home from battle or adventure, are highly skilled in the arts of healing, many using arcane techniques. But there are some who have seen too much. They have formed a brotherhood of those who have accepted the Dark Truth. Eyal has but one true God, and He demands sacrifices. The Dark Priest and his brethren tap into arcane energies to deliver the bad word unto all the people of Maj'Eyal. They manipulate darkness and life energy to convey their message of doom and despair. When that doesn't work, carrying a big stick helps, too.

Dark Priests use Magic and Cunning as their primary stats. They focus on Darkness and Arcane spells, and are proficient in staff combat, as well. They also have command of a unique kind of magic, Unhealing. Unhealing is negative healing and such functions differently than damage. It will not be affected by any type of damage mitigation and will be increased by the target's healing modifier.

Places the Sect of Kryl-Feijan event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter.

This mod is a personal project to modify the adventurer class in a way that gives them more options, without going into ridiculously overpowered territory; as well as to learn a bit about lua as I try to make my own mods.

It is not intended to be balanced.
Currently it features additional skill points per level for the Adventurer class, modifying \mod\class\Actor.lua.

In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.)

Current mod features:
All characters can visit the Iron Throne, its shops, and its two attendant dungeons.
All characters can travel through the tunnel in the Ancient Halfling Complex to reach the Island of Rel. There they can visit Irkkk and the two dungeons.
All characters will receive caldera at level 20, and sludgenest at level 30.
The maximum level of Rel's dungeons is raised to match Halfling Complex (to 25)
The maximum material level of Rel's dungeons is raised by 1 (from 2 to 3)

Gives you a maximum Encumbrance value of 50000.

Allows you to choose which escorts you will encounter at the start of the game.
You may change the future encounters in the game menu (Esc).

There is an option to choose a random escort in case you just wanted to guarantee some unlocks before continuing with the base game's behavior.

Note: You're only supposed to be able to choose the lost tinker once. (Must have the Embers of Rage DLC and unlocked by playing in the Orcs campaign)
Note: Unfortunately the only time that addons can get the possible escort types is after the random escort quest is assigned.
This means escorts added by other addons will not be available for selection, but will still be possible to find using the random selection.

Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with.
In the base game, when you hand in ingredients to an alchemist, another alchemist completes one of his remaining elixirs at random.
What this addon does is remove the elixir that you are already helping them with from the possible elixirs to be chosen unless it is their last elixir.

Adds the Spell/Alchemy tree as a reward from Angolwen for completing the Tempest Peak quest with them, to match the earning of the Fungus tree by Antimagic characters. Derived from the Conveyance Reward addon by Waladil.

Adds a store in Last Hope selling lanterns and pickaxes, several additional stores to improve gear diversity, and improves the quality of infusion and rune stores.

Adds two acid trees for Archmages, allowing them to deal acid damage. Compatible with Arcanum.

When viewing the quest, displays details about the various rewards you are working towards.

Example: "Agrimley the hermit needs your help making an Elixir of Explosive Force, which permanently increase your chance to critically strike with spells by 4%. He has given you some notes on the ingredients: ..."

Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs:
- Escorts now follow the player when not close to the portal.
- Escorts occasionally say useful things.
- Escorts heal 5% of their maximum health per turn.

Player's targetting improvements.
- The initial target for the talents of beam, ball and cone types is chosen to cover as many enemies as possible.
- Visible enemies are marked with colored numbers.
- Red color for NPCs that should be able to attack you if you make an action, green for those that will not, orange for those that will not only able to attack if you move (both participants speed, energy and availability of ranged talents are considered).
- The numbers represent the mobs' relative 'power', they can be used in target selection mode.

Experimental addon.

Places the Lost Merchant event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter.  A companion piece to Melinda on the Map; they can be used together or separately.

Attempts to make minion necromancer builds a bit more fun, while keeping it relatively balanced.

Necrotic Minions

Necrotic Aura - increased decay rate by 5%.
Aura Mastery - max radius is increased to 10.
Dark Empathy - is now tier 3.
Surge of Undeath - is now tier 4; has better scaling.

Necrosis

Lichform - increases necrotic minions mastery by 0.1 at talent lv 3 and 0.2 at lv 5.

Shades

Shadow Tunnel - evasion duration increases with talent points.
Curse of the Meek - minor cosmetic change (less likely to summon bunnies).

Advanced Necrotic Minions

Undead Explosion - damage type depends on the minion used. Credit goes to HousePet.

Minion Mastery - Vampire minions have the same talents as enemy vampires. Wights have talent masteries like enemy wights. Barrow wights are replaced with emperor wights. And dreads are replaced with dreadmasters.

Animus

Is now a generic tree.

Bone Carver

Carve two Bonelings from target foe's body, dealing Moderate Physical damage.

Bonelings are weak melee attackers. Whenever they land an attack on a foe, they spawn another Boneling, up to a maximum which scales with TL and Willpower.
Bonelings move slowly, are prone to kiting, and can only spread to tiles adjacent to themselves.

All Bonelings despawn together after a Minor to Moderate duration.

Splinter

Overload target Boneling with extra Vim, causing it to explode for High Physical damage in a small radius. The primary explosion can hurt friendlies.

Additionally, upon learning this talent, any Bonelings that die via any means explode for Minor Physical damage in a radius of 1. The secondary explosion does not hurt friendlies.

Collar Bone

Must target foe that is surrounded by at least 2 Bonelings.

All adjacent Bonelings sacrifice themselves to attach to target foe, reducing their damage dealt for 5 turns by a Moderate value.
The act causes the foe to Bleed for major damage for 5 turns.

Both values increase based on the number of sacrificed Bonelings.

You have learnt to intwine yourself with your Bonelings.
Whenever a new Boneling is spawnt, you reduce the cooldown of Bone Carver by 1. (Or regain 1 Vim if it isn't cooling down.)
Whenever a Bonelings expires in Melee range of you, you heal for Minor Life.
At Talent Level 5, any Bonelings in melee range of yourself can absorb an incoming debuff, destroying themself in the process.

4th for general usefulness, now checks your Str+Con against Physical Save, and spawns infinite duration, slowly decaying, ghoul summons.

Plenum ToolTip: Enhanced tooltip display for ToME version 2.4 for ToME 1.3.0

This addon replaces the normal tooltip for actors in TOME with a more detailed description of monster abilities and characteristics. It adds to the standard tooltip detailed information on speed, main-hand, off-hand, and ranged damage, and damage modifiers and extra crit power, including damage penetration and damage affinities, plus retaliation damage, depending on what options are selected (from a tab in Game Options menu). This makes it much easier to inspect multiple monsters and quickly identify the most threatening. By holding a meta-key (ctrl, alt, or shift) and hovering the mouse over a monster, information on its status immunities and talents is displayed.

In addition, information on temporary terrain features (like smoke and darkness) and map effects (from spells and the like) will be displayed in the terrain tooltip if the appropriate options are enabled.

Quality of Life improvements for resting and auto-exploring.

v3.5.0 *** FOR ToME v1.6.5 ***
This is a fork (with permission) of Marson's auto-explore and rest tweaks. It includes as well C.Lowe/CaptainTrip's improvements as well. It does not include, but recommends also using Johnny0's Faster RRE add-on for even better rest and auto-explore experience. This add-on contains numerous Quality of Life improvements designed to make resting and auto-exploring easier to use, brings the add-on overall up to being compatible with 1.6.x, and generally seeks to remove it being more optimal to do timed rests or manual recovery (particularly to help higher difficulty level and players without Faster RRE). Cleaned up feature list in this take, to make it easier to see what it does.

It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them.

Latest Update Notes:
• Changed steam sustain behavior to match current gameplay. Before sustains tended to shut off when available resource was 0, now they don't seem to do so. This will now only turn off sustains that drain steam if steam is going below 0, so as to get to a steady finish state.
• Fix minor bug where stealth enabling was always on if you had it.
• Added new option to ignore quest members when resting or exploring. It defaults to off but for those folks that know they want to ignore those quest allies and rest a bit.

Existing Features:
• removed First Sighting and Reset on Rest. Someone can patch them in if they'd like it back, but I'm not really keeping them alive.
• Fixed actor bugs causing Elemental Surge to never reset. Thanks Reca♥den.
• Fixed bug with Paradox Spacetime Tuning from 1.5.5. This may rebreak posessors with paradox, hard to kinda test.

• When resting, it will check for infusions and runes that could be used to accelerate HP, Mana, or Equilibrium (via Ancestral Life or Meditation) recovery. If the acceleration appears significant, it will use them, rotating from first available infusion or rune outward. In experiment, I found this often reduced rest turn time by 50-80 percent, improving the more drained the resource was. Particularly helpful for Mana, as it avoids trade-off advantages of short term resting (for increased mana regen) + rune use by just handling that more optimal play for you automatically without breaking rest.
• Support for steam implants, with usual checkboxes. This may not always be faster based on steam sustains that may disable after the initial round of rest and steam implants having very long cooldowns (30+ turns) and steam's resource max being pretty small. It tries to be conservative on that, so will most likely help for cases where your functional steam regen rate is < 2.00 and never activate for things much above it. I found I was often getting 5-20 steam per turn, which makes the implant support useless.
• Supports for medical healing salve injectors. Cooldown measurements are a bit odd here, since they can range from 5-20 depending on injector. Went with 10 as a happy medium for how many turns of natural regen is considered to be equal to the cooldown cost of using it.
• Adding support to auto-stealth if available and not stealthed.
• Option for ignoring small damage when moving and resting, basically if it is <5%, it will ignore it by default, prevent small DoTs from preventing rest.
• Options added to control whether or not to use inscriptions to accelerate recovery of things.
• Fixes a ToME bug that can cause autoexplore or running to move only a single square and hang if used immediately after killing an enemy.
• Lore discovery will only stop autoexplore if it triggers a popup.
• Autoexplore will ignore Exploratory/Infinite Farportal return portals until the entire level has been explored.
• Ignores special terrain features such as Font of Healing after they are first discovered.
• Ignores open chests and alt Maze floor cracks.
• Rest and AE ask for confirmation if you have an escort in your party.
• Ignore already activated pedestals.
• Checks for and waits on any rechargeable items.
• Checks for and reloads any ammo in offhand quiver.
• Waits for cooldowns of talents set to auto-use.
• Waits for depleted air to replenish.
• Combines all checks into a single instance of rest, rather than having cooldowns etc. require a second resting phase.

Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'.

Available modes:
• 'Always Viligant' always stops running when a hostile creature is seen via telepathy.
• 'Original' is standard ToME auto-explore behavior, which ignores telepathy when running or auto-exploring.

• Compatible with ToME v1.6.0

• Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. If in 'Always Viligant' mode and a hostile is within telepathic sight (but not normal sight), you will auto-explore in 1 square per keypress increments.

Some minor tweaks to the Arcane Blade:

- Arcane Combat now chooses it's target randomly from all targets in a cone, instead of just firing in a straight line.
- Arcane Combat picks spells based on the talent levels of those spells. If you have level 2 Flame and level 4 Lightning, Lightning will be chosen twice as often.

Removes the restriction on how many talents you can respec.

This mod has the main goal of making the invested stat points more relevant, and equipment less relevant, for learning talents. This is because I dislike being encouraged to lug about a dozen different pieces of equipment merely for learning something; it feels both manipulative and tedious.

To compensate, stat requirements are lowered across the board; any amount over 10 is reduced by 25% (so a requirement of 36 becomes 30).

Furthermore, a secondary goal is to make investing in Constitution slightly more interesting. Just the basic change goes some way towards this as Thick Skin is a great talent and now requires investment in Constitution, but in addition to that, Armor Training requirements can be met with Constitution, and Combat Veteran now has no stat requirement but the effects of all the talents scale with constitution (full vanilla effect at Con30, 50% increased effect at Con100).

Compability: So far, I've not used it with extensive content mods, so I don't know if any errors will crop up. It should be compatible with most mods that don't overload the ActorTalents file, and should hopefully adjust the requirements in any addon talents.

If you encounter any bug or incompability please let me know and I'll try to work it out.

Nerfs the debilitating effects of Stun to make it less cancerous.
Stunning now has these effects:
All damage done is reduced by 60%
Up to three random talents are put on a TWO turn cooldown (Up from one)
Stunning NO LONGER has these effects:
Movement speed is reduced by 50%
No talents come off cooldown for the duration.

Sneaks in after Necromancy+, Eternal Darkness and Deathknight are done and makes all their stuff coexist. Probably makes Necromancers OP.

Gives Adventurers 3 more Category Points at creation, from 7 to 10.

Adds a keybind to toggle the new auto-accept target option. Set to Alt+F1 by default

Features:
Cunning/Dead Secrets - generic category available to Necromancer, Doomed and Shadowblade.
Grave Resolve: passive. Bonus to Fear immunity and Mental save.
Darktouched: active. Small resistance bonus against darkness, cold, undead. + touch attack Heals undead/harms others.
Dead Whispers: active. Grants telepathy Undead for a short time. Also let's you see what your minions see.
Necroanatomy: passive. You do increased damage to undead. Decreased damage you do to your own minions. Adds healing to Surge of Undeath. Increases max life of Doomed Shadows.

Spell/Charnel - class category available to Necromancer only.
Blood Burst: radius 1 blight damage ranged burst, splash heals undead.
Grasping Claws: mass pin/bleed.
Meat Shield: sustain, grants a physical ward on kill.
Vampiric Gift: moved from Spell/Grave

Chill of the Tomb: no change
Will o' the Wisps: Also buffs your cold damage and resistance a little. Grants a chance to summon a wisp on spell hitting.
Frozen Flames: Slowly burns status effects from friendly and enemies. Selective about whether it burns beneficial or detrimental.
Ghost Touch: Curse, lowers mindsave, cold resist and stun resist.

Spell/Advanced Necrotic Minions
Undead Explosion: If used on a Wisp, it will be a radius 1 freeze. If used on a Bone Giant it will provide the Bone Shield and do physical damage.
Soulwind: Increases minion's movement speed and grants a chance to recover a soul when a minion dies.
Assemble: Better level scaling.
Minion Mastery: Added a Greater Mummy that upgrades on Ghoul King. Also protects your minions from interminion damage.

Spell/Necrotic Minions
Aura Mastery move to Necrosis.
Undeath Link moved to slot 2, now does less damage to your minions, but also adds all minions life drains together.

Spell/Necrosis
Undeath Link moved to Necrotic Minions.
Impending Doom moved the slot 3.
Aura Mastery added to slot 2.

Spell/Shades
Shadow Tunnel now also includes the effect of Curse of the Meek.
Curse of the Meek removed.
Nether Breach added to slot 2. Its like Aether Breach but does darkness damage and won't hurt minions with Invoke Darkness 5.

Tweaked the talent levels granted by Blighted Summoning.

Also adds in a new class called the Spiritmancer:

The dead do not always rest easy, even free from fell influences.
Some linger, wishing to finish some unfinished business.
Others want to pass on a message to a loved one.
Some seek another chance for glory in battle or revenge against those who killed them.
They all eventually find a Spiritmancer, and bargain temporary servitude for closure.
The Spiritmancer can give form to the lost souls, allowing them to fight again. They also have powerful light and lightning magic.

Ghost Light: active. Summons Wisps of light. Melee light damage.
Spirit Guide. sustain. each summon you control increases your defense and saves.
Rest In Peace: active. bolt does light damage. more vs undead. becomes a beam at 5.
Spirit Form: active. can walk through walls temporarily. Light affinity.

Karma
Sprites: active. Summons Wisps of lightning. Ranged zappers.
Jolt of Fate: active. Lighting hits a random visible enemy.
Karmic Shield: active. Absorbs damage for a few turns then explodes based on damage absorbed.
Karmic Wave: active. weakish lightning damage cone. stronger when you are low on health.

Life Giver
Clay Golem: active. imbue a clay golem with the soul of a fallen warrior. Golem grants a physical resistance aura.
Poltergeist: sustain. randomly inflicts disarm or knockback against nearby enemies.
Gift of Life: active. give part of your life to your summons, healing them and making them tougher.
Hope: sustain. reduces debuff durations, increases fear resist.

Ghosts
Ghost Bulwark: active. summons a ghostly bulwark which can block attacks against adjacent allies.
Pale Veil: passive. allows your ghosts to Fade.
Ghost Berserker: active. summons a ghostly berserker. Choppy ghost.
Banshee: active. summon a banshee. Caster ghost.

Dawn
Shining Binds: active. ranged explosion for light damage and pin.
Pool of Light: active. Ground effect. Heals friendly. Lightblind enemies.
Holy Word: active. All nearby enemy undead/demons/horrors take light/arcane damage and are deafened.
Endless Light: sustain. increases light damage, light penentration and decreases spell cooldowns.

Justice
Lightning Flash: active. Throws a ball of lightning that explodes for lightning and blindness.
Peacemakers: active. Increases your summoned creatures strengths and speeds.
Indignation: active. Inscribe a symbol of justice on the ground. After a short delay it explodes with high lightning daze damage.
Righteous Fury: Lightning Mastery that also adds lightning damage to minion attacks.

Small tweaks and changes. Current changes:
- Cinderfeet: Fire trail does not hurt friendlies.
- Tirakai's Maul: Damage conversion with unique gems now equally splits between 4 elements as it seemed intended to.
- Dark Empathy now protects your minions from each other.

Removes all the unwanted categories from the level up screen so it runs smoothly.
Has an interface to allow you to select which categories are displayed.
Compatible with other addon categories.

This addon grew out of an attempt to rework the Arcane Blade base class from the TOME module way back in beta. Previous versions can be found under the "Arcane Blade Rework" addon. I got sufficient positive feedback, and it was a sufficient departure from the original class, that it was decided to split it off to its own class, while letting the Arcane Blade be updated by others.

The class revolves around melee spells, utilizing a mixture of stamina and mana require skills. Probably the most unique feature are the elemental stances, only which one of is active at a time, and which are activated by using the basic elemental strikes.
