Rebalancing Almost Completely Inferior and Superior Mooks aka RACISM!
Changes various Race's starting attributes in order to attempt to even stuff out.
List of changes, though I could have missed some stuff:
Yeeks no longer need to breathe and have +2 Life per level.
Skeletons have 10% less of an EXP penalty and have +2 Constitution at the start.
Ghouls no longer have the 20% Speed Penalty, they also have more breath.
Swapped Thalore and Shalore EXP penalty so Thalore have 25% and Shalore have 35%.
I have left various comments noting my changes so you can see them during Character Creation.

Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. Features:

• Start with a new class, the Doombringer! These avatars of demonic destruction charge into battle with massive two-handed weapons, cutting swaths of firey devastation through hordes of opponents. Armed with flame magic and demonic strength, they delight in fighting against overwhelming odds, softening up the crowd with waves of fire, then feeding on the flames and suffering of their surroundings to stay alive while quickly reducing any group to a pile of ash and gore.
• Unlock a new class, the Demonologist, with an all-new item enhancement mechanic! Bearing a shield and the magic of the Spellblaze itself, these melee-fighting casters can grow demonic seeds from their fallen enemies. Imbue these seeds onto your items to gain a wide array of new talents and passive benefits, and summon the demons within them to fight on your side! • Over 10,000 words of written lore to find! The demons were once an enlightened, peaceful race, hailing from a distant planet known as Mal'Rok; learn what drove them to plot Eyal's eternal torture! Discover monuments to each of the demonic species and noteworthy individuals, showing the place of honor each has among them! Get a glimpse into the culture and daily lives of these sadistic invaders and their brainwashed thralls!
• Unlock a new race, Doomelves: Shalore who've taken to the demonic alterations especially well, corrupting their typical abilities into a darker form. Blink away to safety, transform into a shadowy dúathedlen to hide in the shadows or prey on your foes with blasts of darkness, use your new resilience to soak up status effects and critical hits, and assault your enemies' minds to leave them unsteady in combat!
• Between the aforementioned classes and Doomelves, a whopping 75 new talents!
• Unlock two new cosmetic options! You know you've always wanted demon-horns.
• Two new events, appearing anywhere in Eyal!
• 20 new artifacts, with unique and interesting effects. Collect the Obsidian Treasures to amass more and more power! Slip your hands into the Will of Ul'Gruth and watch your sweeping blows smash down walls! Wear a giant hideous hell-mouth as a fashionable belt!
• 7 new achievements! Conquer the worst Urh'Rok's forces can throw at you, and hang their metaphorical skulls from your profile page!

Adds visual feedback to the orbs in the Ruined Dungeon.

In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.)

Current mod features:
All characters can visit the Iron Throne, its shops, and its two attendant dungeons.
All characters can travel through the tunnel in the Ancient Halfling Complex to reach the Island of Rel. There they can visit Irkkk and the two dungeons.
All characters will receive caldera at level 20, and sludgenest at level 30.
The maximum level of Rel's dungeons is raised to match Halfling Complex (to 25)
The maximum material level of Rel's dungeons is raised by 1 (from 2 to 3)

Makes clearer view of EuipDoll by replacing item egos list with actual name, and tuning a font a bit
Because 'Ichorqueen' tells me much more than 'steel,hate,psyport,super.c,telekinetic', and looks definetly better :)

This addon replaces ToME's floating combat text:
- Shows the damage type (lightning, etc.) as icons or text!
- Text moves in a consistent direction and should be much easier to read than ToME's default for a variety of reasons.
- Can group damage for an entire player turn, or by every action taken - choose how much information you want to see!
- Various font sizes to choose from
- Various font coloring options (color by major damage type, use the default red / green, etc.)
- Text duration can be changed to fit your play style.

Adds a new game menu option "Show known Landmarks", which presents a list of landmarks (up/down stairs, golden chests, zone entrances and the like) that you've seen on the current level and allows you to go to them or view them on the map.  You can also set your own landmarks for later reference by right-clicking on the map and choosing "Set landmark".

Makes the monsters of Eyal somewhat more talkative...and prone to insulting you. Featuring taunts from Gaslamp Games' roguelike Dungeons of Dredmor! Also now featuring the EXTENSIVE taunt collection from the iconic Dredmor mod, Death By A Thousand Taunts. This mod was created by Deeborm, and is only included with their approval. Three cheers for Deeborm! Relive your dredmor adventures in the world of Eyal.

You can also add your own taunts! To do this create a file named verbose_user_defined_taunts.cfg and place it in your settings folder where it can be friends with all the other .cfg files. Inside this file put:
verbose_user_defined_taunts = {"I'm a taunt! ", "Your taunt here! ", "Taunts everywhere, taunts everywhere "}
except with your taunts. Just make sure they're all comma separated and in quotation marks. Additionally, due to something weird in how the the speech is displayed a small bit of the final character can sometimes be cut off. Add a space before the closing quotation mark to head this off. After that save it and enable custom taunts from the settings menu in-game!

All taunts (base Dredmor taunts, Deeborm's extended dredmor taunts, and custom taunts) can be toggled from the in-game settings, in the Misc tab.

Include information in certain prodigies' requirement descriptions about how much progress you've made thereto.

Revamps the Skirmisher class.

All talents have been re-coded to remove artificial break points in scaling. In most cases, bonuses which were gated by talent level in vanilla will scale in from the first talent point, reaching approximately the same power at the talent level they were previously gated behind.

Many attack talents' damage scaling has been adjusted to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents. Max damage scaling values remain the same, but talents will scale up to to those values at a rate somewhat closer to other weapon attack talents.

Many attack talents' stamina costs have been reduced to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents relative to their damage/utility.

Scoundrel is unlocked, master increased to 1.3.
Poisons mastery is increased to 1.3 (from 1.2).
Stealth is granted, locked at 1.0 mastery.

[Buckler Training]
'Buckler Expertise' grants Armor and Hardiness while wearing light armor (values taken from 1.6). The description has also been updated to reflect what it actually does (i.e. it now notes that melee attack deflection does not work in heavy armor).
'Bash and Smash' now scales in the second shield hit as a chance to occur (50-100%). Knockback distance now scales, instead of having an artifical (and hidden) break point.
Moved to level 8 talent.
'Buckler Mastery' no longer has scaling projectile spread radius (projectiles will always be deflected in a radius of 1). Buckler Mastery now grants immunity to damage from your own projectiles. The critical strike for Bash and Smash now scales in as increased crit chance (50-100%) for the shield hit(s).
Moved to level 12 talent.
'Counter Shot' has been replaced with a new level 4 talent:
'Dash and Crash', a talent which will rush toward a targeted foe up to X tiles away, attack with your shield for Y damage, and activate Block for free. If the shield strike hits, the target may be confused for Z turns. Cooldown decreases with level [~20-10 turns].

[Tireless Combatant]
'Tireless Combatant' talents have been changed to use Dexterity (instead of Willpower) as a requirement.
'Breathing Room' now adds stacks of the new 'Breathing Room' effect each turn their are no enemies adjacent to you. The effect increases life and stamina regen and can stack up to 4 times. You will lose one stack per turn if an enemy is adjacent to you.
'Pace Yourself' now grants flat damage armor instead of reduced fatigue.
'Dauntless Challenger' has been reworked. Rather than passively granting regeneration, you can activate the talent to consume all stacks of Breathing Room and gain the Dauntless Challenger effect for X turns. The effect grants 200% of the stamina regen and 400% of the life regen granted by Breathing Room, multiplied by the number of stacks consumed. You cannot gain stacks of Breathing Room while under this effect, but the regeneration from Dauntless Challenger will persist regardless of enemy location, etc.
'The Eternal Warrior' has improved resistance cap scaling, and now scales in the 'Breathing Room' regeneration bonus from 10%-20% (which also improves 'Dauntless Challenger' as a result).

[Skirmisher Slings]
'Sling Supremacy'now allows you to reload when you Block.
'Swift Shot' now resets Hurricane Shot cooldown completely. Additionally, a somewhat obscure but potentially exploitable bug from vanilla has been removed.
'Hurricane Shot' now always hits targets only once, but the damage scaling is doubled. Projectiles from this attack now travel instantly.
'Bombardment' has been completely reworked. It now costs 20 stamina to sustain, causes Shoot to cost 5 stamina, and increases fatigue by 50%. While active, all sling shots which hit will trigger an instant sling attack on the same target for [20-40]% weapon damage. This can trigger from any shot, from any talent, so long as a sling is equipped. This can affect multiple targets and trigger multiple times, but will strike each individual target twice per turn at most.

[Called Shots]
'Called Shots' attack talent projectiles now travel instantly.
'Kneecapper' has improved pin and slow duration scaling.
'Noggin Knocker' now scales up the stun/increase duration, from 1 (at TL 1) to 2 (at ~ TL 5 / TL 4 at 1.3 mastery).
'Sling Sniper' cooldown reduction now scales and it is possible to reach 3 turn reduction with increased mastery.

Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs:
- Escorts now follow the player when not close to the portal.
- Escorts occasionally say useful things.
- Escorts heal 5% of their maximum health per turn.

Adds Embers of Rage races for use in the Maj'Eyal Campaign. Currently they all start in the Trollmire, Allied faction, with the default Human quest. Suggestions for that stuff is welcome.

V1.0.1 is up, I wasn't paying attention when I did it through TOME so I just got rid of the old version. This version should hopefully add in the random escort quests for the three races, since they weren't defined before.

Obsoletion notice:
Frozen Summoner AI was designed for 1.5.10. This addon is not needed if you are playing on version 1.6, as the official game includes changes which makes this redundant.

There's a little 'quirk' with the AI where summoned minions of yours will help break you out of any ice you may be stuck in. Unfortunately for you, this also just damages you, which may kill you.

This addon removes this behavior entirely.

Extends mod.class.Actor:reactionToward(). This addon is safe to enable and disable on existing save files.

Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for races and classes, allowing characters to be created using locked races and classes. Doesn't actually unlock anything.

Places the Cursed Village event on the map as a lumberjack NPC rather than an undetectable encounter. A companion piece to Melinda on the Map and Merchant on the Map; they can be used together or separately.

Restores the orc breeding pits cut content to the game.

Adds an option to the Online tab that can disable the broadcasting of death messages. Additionally, can suppress death messages for characters under a specific level.

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.

This addon add a column to inventory which show items Tier and allows sorting to show higher Tier first
Useful when in late game you interested only in Tier 5 items

There is an option under "Game Setting"->UI->Sort Items by Tier by default
which is if enabled makes sorting by Tier default when opening Inventory
Otherwise click on 'T' to sort items by Tier

This mod is safe to use without starting new game

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack improves visibility of status effects by adding particles to certain effect types (such as "dizzy stars" for stuns and confusions, or green bubbles for poisons).
Background: It is otherwise difficult to tell if or when certain effects procced or not, and it is also kind of obnoxious having to check each and every enemy for whether they're affected by something or not.
Stability: Very High

• Features can be toggled in: "(Menu)" > "Game Options" --> "[Nekarcos]"

4 NPCs will now spawn in Infinite Dungeon that can sell spells trees, stat points, sub stats & can imbue items for you.

Can increase your stats and sub stats:
(STR/DEX/MAG/WIL/CUN/CON and phys/mag/ment resistance and criticals)

Imbue items:
imbue (ANY) jewelry, armor & weapons that are in the game including rares/epics/uniques! And imbue them as many times with as many different gems as you want can afford!

The NPCs that spawn are: Adriel, Sun Paladin, Zemek & Gurock. They are broken down into catagories Adriel=nature SunPaladin=combat Zemek=spells Gurock=tinkerer.

• DLC is NOT required to play this addon, talents that require a dlc will be clearly noted next to the talent, if you don't own a dlc and try to purchase a dlc talent the gold will be removed but the talent wont be acquired.

Description:

Enables faster run/resting by use of FPS dividers.

These dividers simply divide the game's requested FPS by their respective values while resting or running. After starting a new game or loading a saved character, configure this addon by hitting escape -> video options. Setting these dividers to something greater than one can substantially reduce the amount of time required to finish resting/running on older computers.

Just be careful when resting on an escort mission...

Places the Lost Merchant event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter.  A companion piece to Melinda on the Map; they can be used together or separately.

Allows you to choose which escorts you will encounter at the start of the game.
You may change the future encounters in the game menu (Esc).

There is an option to choose a random escort in case you just wanted to guarantee some unlocks before continuing with the base game's behavior.

Note: You're only supposed to be able to choose the lost tinker once. (Must have the Embers of Rage DLC and unlocked by playing in the Orcs campaign)
Note: Unfortunately the only time that addons can get the possible escort types is after the random escort quest is assigned.
This means escorts added by other addons will not be available for selection, but will still be possible to find using the random selection.

Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

Modifies the Half-Finished Bone Giant undead starting dungeon boss to be less overpowered:
- Level range reduced from 7-infinity to 4-5.
- Dexterity reduced from 52 to 24.

Improves the default sort order of items in the player's inventory.

Will o' the Wisps: Also buffs your cold damage and resistance a little. Grants a chance to summon a wisp on spell hitting.
Frozen Flames: Slowly burns status effects from friendly and enemies. Selective about whether it burns beneficial or detrimental.
Ghost Touch: Curse, lowers mindsave, cold resist and stun resist.

Spell/Advanced Necrotic Minions
Undead Explosion: If used on a Wisp, it will be a radius 1 freeze. If used on a Bone Giant it will provide the Bone Shield and do physical damage.
Soulwind: Increases minion's movement speed and grants a chance to recover a soul when a minion dies.
Assemble: Better level scaling.
Minion Mastery: Added a Greater Mummy that upgrades on Ghoul King. Also protects your minions from interminion damage.

Spell/Necrotic Minions
Aura Mastery move to Necrosis.
Undeath Link moved to slot 2, now does less damage to your minions, but also adds all minions life drains together.

Impending Doom moved the slot 3.
Aura Mastery added to slot 2.

Spell/Shades
Shadow Tunnel now also includes the effect of Curse of the Meek.
Curse of the Meek removed.
Nether Breach added to slot 2. Its like Aether Breach but does darkness damage and won't hurt minions with Invoke Darkness 5.

Tweaked the talent levels granted by Blighted Summoning.

Also adds in a new class called the Spiritmancer:

The dead do not always rest easy, even free from fell influences.
Some linger, wishing to finish some unfinished business.
Others want to pass on a message to a loved one.
Some seek another chance for glory in battle or revenge against those who killed them.
They all eventually find a Spiritmancer, and bargain temporary servitude for closure.
The Spiritmancer can give form to the lost souls, allowing them to fight again. They also have powerful light and lightning magic.

Ghosts
Ghost Bulwark: active. summons a ghostly bulwark which can block attacks against adjacent allies.
Pale Veil: passive. allows your ghosts to Fade.
Ghost Berserker: active. summons a ghostly berserker. Choppy ghost.
Banshee: active. summon a banshee. Caster ghost.

Dawn
Shining Binds: active. ranged explosion for light damage and pin.
Pool of Light: active. Ground effect. Heals friendly. Lightblind enemies.
Holy Word: active. All nearby enemy undead/demons/horrors take light/arcane damage and are deafened.
Endless Light: sustain. increases light damage, light penentration and decreases spell cooldowns.

Justice
Lightning Flash: active. Throws a ball of lightning that explodes for lightning and blindness.
Peacemakers: active. Increases your summoned creatures strengths and speeds.
Indignation: active. Inscribe a symbol of justice on the ground. After a short delay it explodes with high lightning daze damage.
Righteous Fury: Lightning Mastery that also adds lightning damage to minion attacks.

Adds the 'Technique/Shield tactics' talent tree as a new generic category available to Bulwarks. Starts locked at 1.3 mastery, and requires Con.

1)Tempered Will:
While your shield is raised you become a nearly impenetrable wall of metal and pure grit, able to divert some of the force of even non-physical assualts.
While Block is active, you will gain X% Physical resistance and Y% of all non-Physical incoming damage will be converted to Physical damage. Damage conversion is improved by your Spell Save, and Physical resistance by your Constitution.

2)Relentless Retaliation:
Each time you fully block incoming damage, you gain X% attack speed for one turn. This effect can stack up to 8 times. The effect improves with Dexterity.

3)Tactical Defense:
Each time you fully block incoming damage, you use the tactical advantage to reduce the remaining cooldown of your inscriptions. This will reduce the cooldown of a random inscription by one turn, and can occur at most X times per turn. This value improves with Constitution.

4)Reflexive Block:
You are unmatched in your ability to react with your shield. If an attack would deal damage greater than X% of your maximum life, you raise your shield in an instant, preemptively reducing the damage by Y% of your block value and assuming a blocking stance. This bonus block will not check or trigger Block cooldown. Damage reduction improves with Constitution. This talent has a cooldown.

Improves the "Press <control> to compare" functionality for objects.  New features:

• When pressing <control>, a note at the top of the text will tell you which object in your equipment is being compared against the current item.
• While holding <control>, tapping <shift> will cycle through the objects in your equipment that the current item can be compared to.  Useful when wearing two rings, dual-wielding, or using the second weapon set.
• (new in v3) Runes and inscriptions in your inventory or store inventories can be compared via <control> to corresponding inscriptions on your body.
