Restores the orc breeding pits cut content to the game. This is the original completely unaltered orc breeding pits, just as objectionable as it was in version 1.1.3, before any changes were made. You have been WARNED. Do not complain about the potentially objectionable content.

This adds new weapon types and egos to the game.

- Tridents are unchanged, but generate more often.
- Whips can now generate normally, and their accuracy bonus now slows the target.
- Swordbreakers are weak knives that have a chance to disarm on hit, and give bonuses to dual weapon defense.
- Rapiers are 1h weapons that use dagger mastery and rely on strength, dexterity, and cunning.
- Bucklers are light shields that can greatly increase your defense and give you faster attacks against those who miss you in melee.
- Buckler offense tree at varying levels of access for 5 or so classes. Skirmishers start with a buckler.
- Spears/Greatspears are slow weapons that can attack from a distance.
- Clubs/Greatclubs are maces that can pick up mindstar egos.
- Throwing knives can be used in melee or as a short ranged attack with the shoot talent.
- Daggers will now use the higher of strength or cunning if you don't have Lethality.
- Mindslayers can now equip ranged weapons in their psionic focus slot.
- Aurastones are magic-based items that can be equipped to modify your unarmed attacks.
- Magic Weapon Mastery applies to staves, aurastones, and sceptres, and can be learned in Angolwen.

Most of the stuff here can be individually turned on/off in the Game Options menu. So you could use this addon just for the extra tridents if you really wanted to.

A magical class based on creating and shattering illusions.

Version 3.0: Compatible with ToME 1.5.0

This addon supports game play for character levels higher than 50, primarily for the infinite dungeon (I.D.). This implements a number of subtle changes, rescaling game mechanics and balance for character levels above 50 in the Maj'Eyal, Infinite, and Arena campaigns for ToME. The intent is to make it possible (though certainly not easy) to reach level 500 of the Infinite Dungeon. This is not a nerf or a buff to game difficulty per se, but, rather, an extension of the well-balanced game play from the Maj'Eyal campaign to higher levels.

Some talents and status effects have been adjusted to accommodate the higher character levels possible. You can see a summary of these by checking the "Infinite500" tab in Game Options.

Once a character enters the I.D., the level 50 cap is removed and normal stats-per-level progression is enabled from level 51 onward. The limit on how high primary stats may be trained is removed (limited by character level as normal) and dependent computed value limits are also appropriately increased. No additional Prodigies are gained automatically after level 50. (Note that additional category points and (rarely) Prodigies can be gained by completing I.D. challenges.) Talent mastery levels can be improved more than once, and talent levels are unlearnable as normal in the I.D.

NPC levels in the I.D. have been adjusted to be compatible with higher game difficulty settings.

Most monsters and bosses from the Maj'Eyal campaign are imported into the I.D. along with their respective unique drops.

Traps have been added back to the I.D.

Isolated shops can appear randomly in the I.D. There is guaranteed to be at least one shop on level 1, and they become more common for the first few levels, and then more rare with depth.

Random escorts may be randomly generated on each level in the I.D. unless a challenge has been started, until the normal number (9) have been attempted.

The lichform quest is completed in the I.D. with a new random drop instead of automatically being completed at the appropriate step. There is a new greater vault in the I.D. that affects this quest.

The Corruption/Hexes tree can be learned from a new random drop.

Most major events from the Maj'Eyal campaign are enabled in the I.D., and there is a new event that can award the cursed-aura tree.

Undead characters starting in the I.D. begin with an artefact cloak. This is similar to the Cloak of Deception, but its stats scale with character level and it can spawn randomly for other characters.

This addon incorporates some modified game mechanics:
The ability to shrug off critical hits has been changed. Instead of using the percent value to ignore crits completely, it reduces the crit multiplier by the same amount to a minimum of 100%.

Modified checkHit and checkHitOld functions are employed that allow for wider level differences between opponents (see http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=35229).
Saving throws have been modified slightly to make them more effective at reducing the duration of status effects you fail to save against. (See http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=36715 for details.)

This is a continuation of jayseesee's original addon. It's my hope that the gems in this release are balanced, consistent across tiers, and useful to a variety of different characters.

Also hopefully all the Crystal's balance issues have been worked out: it should be an interesting tactical challenge to make best use of its unique mobility, find the right time to exploit its Runic Saturation status clear Stasis talent, and optimal self-imbued gemstone for each dungeon.

This pack compiles several classes, with an emphasis on hybrid design. Not all classes are complete: the ones which I'm not satisfied with are marked as either INCOMPLETE or "in BETA".

- The Transcendent Fist is an unarmed Psionic warrior, using a gem in his TK slot to hit with flexible energy types.
- The Storm Warden is a melee-and-ranged skirmisher with magical mobility and support spells.
- The Striker is a cunning and covert class, with a focus on delivering shock-and-awe thunderbolts from stealth.
- The Gravitic Infantry is a melee-focused Chronomancy user (formerly named the Heavy).
- The Creep is a stalker in the dark, cunning and covert in his hate.
- The Vector uses disease and debilitation to keep his foes at range while he snipes them to death.
- The Flenser is a Defiler whose knives debilitate and torture his victims.

(BETA) Shield Hero is an Adventurer who starts with heavy armor and a shield. Not very exciting unless you were annoyed about not being able to equip your Adventurer's shield right away.
(BETA) Prototype Hero is an Adventurer who starts with 1.3 mastery in every category. Not very useful for players, but it might be interesting for addon writers to spitball new category combinations.

(INCOMPLETE) The Flux Marauder is a Paradox thug, stealing time from his enemies.

The Lost City of Vulcus

Some events in history are of such importance and have such wide ranging ramifications that they become fixed points -- junctions in time that must and will happen in order to maintain the integrity of the chronoverse.

Lost ages ago, Vulcus was considered by many to be the greatest center of Dwarven learning below the surface. Even up until the fall of Reknor in recent times, however, Dwarven innovation and breakthroughs continued, seemingly by miracle. Fate, however, dictates that one of the greatest untold secrets of the Empire cannot remain hidden forever. Perhaps you will be chosen to take part in this crucial point in history -- to reap the rewards or to suffer the consequences.

This addon incorporates a new major event (like the drake cave or fearscape invasion portal) that has a chance to occur (possibly more than once) on each level in various zones (Infinite Dungeon, Spellblaze Scar, Ardhungol, High Peak, Reknor, Shadow Crypt). Within the game, this event is most like a combination of the Lost Merchant and Limmir quests, and is intended to replace those for characters in the I.D.

Recommended level 10+ (depending on class). The intended difficulty is slightly higher than the Limmir quest, and there are gradations of success. Participating in the event when it spawns is completely optional and you can do it later if desired.

This is possibly the most complex encounter in ToME, with a large number of NPCs, enhanced AI, and various terrain effects. It is compute heavy and will tax slower computers (even with reduced graphics settings).

Adds a new character class to the game: The Randventurer! Randventurers are similar to Adventurers, they can get any talent tree - except they don't get to pick which ones! At character creation they are given many semi-random talent trees, selected so that (hopefully) every character is playable and viable. Any talent tree that can be learned in the game has a chance of appearing on your character. To keep characters playable, randventurer does several things: Prevents conflicting weapon styles, Limits the number of stats used, Makes sure any requirements are met, Ensures any resources the character has are usable and many other small things. See the forums for more detail about Randventurers.

This addon adds a Tower Defense Campaign.

Set in a war-torn Derth, you are all alone against an endless onslaught of enemies.

You'll have to make smart use of your towers, as well as your own brawn, to survive and flourish.

Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs:
- Escorts now follow the player when not close to the portal.
- Escorts occasionally say useful things.
- Escorts heal 5% of their maximum health per turn.

Player's targetting improvements.
- The initial target for the talents of beam, ball and cone types is chosen to cover as many enemies as possible.
- Visible enemies are marked with colored numbers.
- Red color for NPCs that should be able to attack you if you make an action, green for those that will not, orange for those that will not only able to attack if you move (both participants speed, energy and availability of ranged talents are considered).
- The numbers represent the mobs' relative 'power', they can be used in target selection mode.

Archery dosent get enough love. Give it some with a stealthy afflicted that shoots xor stabs stuff!

Space/Time: active. Hit your target with your main weapon for physical and knockback, then attack with offhand for temporal and slow.
Shield Implosion: active. a melee attack that causes the targets shields to collapse in on them, works against magical, mental and physical shields (blocking creatures).
Wide Strike: active. melee attack against all visible creatures in a range of x.

Impossible Magic - high level
Flame Shards: active. Ice Shards but does fire damage and freezes.
Gravel Bolt: active. physical damage beam that dazes.
Iceflash: active. Fireflash but does cold damage and burning.

Plenum ToolTip: Enhanced tooltip display for ToME version 2.4 for ToME 1.3.0

This addon replaces the normal tooltip for actors in TOME with a more detailed description of monster abilities and characteristics. It adds to the standard tooltip detailed information on speed, main-hand, off-hand, and ranged damage, and damage modifiers and extra crit power, including damage penetration and damage affinities, plus retaliation damage, depending on what options are selected (from a tab in Game Options menu). This makes it much easier to inspect multiple monsters and quickly identify the most threatening. By holding a meta-key (ctrl, alt, or shift) and hovering the mouse over a monster, information on its status immunities and talents is displayed.

Right before you engage the beast however, you see what appears to be a... portal, directly behind it.
The beast appears to have come from it... meaning there are more monstrosities out there...

Steeling your resolve, you have choosen to explore the portal, and look for a way out."

In this addon, you attempt to complete the farportal as many times as possible.
In order to help this, a couple of things have been changed.

You are given access to a town in the north.
You gain the same basic sorting storage as in the main game, and the training dummies have been moved to the south.

In the Town, you can find a multitude of shops, and a Merchant.
The Merchant is capable of doing many things to aid you on your way.

He can craft you tier 1-5 artifacts, for fair(or so he says) prices, to offer you a boost when you find yourself struggling.
If you don't like the item you got, you can pay him 10% of the original cost to reroll it again!
He can also craft you companions, if you ever find yourself struggling. (These guys will not level up however, so don't think about stacking em. :wink: )
You can also give him 33% of your gold to restock all shops.

Lastly, and most dangerously, you can ask him to break 'Seals' of the Farportal, which will directly summon Farportal Bosses into the fortress.
You can choose between 1 to 10 at once. (6+ are slightly buggy atm, so be advised)
This is expensive, however, and will cost you, at the least, 2000 gold in your pocket.

Additionally, you gain 10% of your current gold every time you complete a farportal, alongside an experience boost.
This boost will decay over levels, but is noticeable for some time.
The gold bonus will reward players who dare to attempt the Farportal without maximizing their gold spending.

Experimental addon.

Gluttons are cursed with insatiable Hunger, which they use as a resource. It increases over time, and gives benefits and penalties depending on the current amount they have. They can Devour creatures, which they can then Digest to gain bonuses, sometimes permanent, including stat points and even talents. Since Gluttons can gain stat points from Devouring creatures, they gain no stat points per level. Since they can gain talents as well, they start with few categories. This is the basic class concept, and I hope you have fun with it. Disclaimer: the Glutton is very unbalanced right now (hence the alpha status). I welcome and encourage any feedback.

In it's current version, it randomly swaps out the grid files (which are the tile-sets/how your map looks) and layouts of every floor.

Additionally, floors will steadily get larger (and enemy counts will rise as a result) the deeper you go.

NOTES

The first floor is always a basic dungeon.
Currently, you may find doors that don't properly blend into adjacent tiles. This is due to not all sets of grid files actually coming with a built-in door, and them instead using the Basic one.
Signposts will always use the basic floor.
Not all layouts support vaults, so for those of you that like diving into instant death, you may be forced to hold yourself back.

Power comes at a price, but the price is worth paying...

This addon adds more Taints to the game.

Taints are Inscriptions powered by corrupt forces. As such, they are arcane so Oozemancers and other Zigur Zealots need not apply.
They do not get egos for scaling, instead they scale on a new stat called Taintmarks.
Taintmarks are a measure of how tainted by corrupted forces you are.
Each Taintmark increases the power and duration of Taints by 20%, but decrease you luck by 1 and increase the cooldown on nature gifts by 1.
Taintmarks are gained in many ways:
Each inscribed Taint grants a Taintmark.
Possessing a corrupt power source like Vim or Hate grants a Taintmark.
Being Undead, becoming Undead or changing your shape grants a Taintmark.
Giving in to your Hate grants a Taintmark.
Having Dark Ritual, Ruin or Blurred Mortality grant a Taintmark.
Having Blighted Summoning, Corrupted Shell, Bloodspring or Legacy of the Naloren grant a Taintmark.

Taintmarks are listed on your character sheet under stats.

Current Taints are only a little more rare than normal inscriptions. In v1 they will be much rarer but certain bosses will have a guaranteed Taint drop.

List of Taints:
Devourer: As before but also eats on of your own sustains for more healing.
Telepathy: As before but both effects have the same duration.
Darkness: Darkens the area, grants a temporary stealth boost and makes you activate stealth mode (even if you don't have it), but decreases your darkness resistance.
Vampire: Adds Life Leech chance and amount, but decreases your light resistance.
Blood Magic: Increases your Spellpower and lets you cast with life instead of mana/vim when needed, but decreases your physical save.
Reaper: Increases you physical power and restores resources on kills, but decreases your spell save.
Inversion: Grants damage affinity all, but changes some of your damage to healing.
Shade: Allows you to walk through walls and grants evasion, but reduces your healing.
Ghoulish Rot: Your hits apply Ghoulish Rot disease but your movement speed is decreased. Also blocks hits from being above a certain amount.
Banshee: Scream doing mind damage and causing confusion in nearby enemies, but silences you.
Bone Thorns: Sharp thorns sprout from your bones causing heavy bleeding damage to enemy attackers, but also causes you to bleed. Also increases armour and hardiness.
Blood Snare: Hurl a blood bomb at the target where it explodes, doing blight damage and pinning enemies. This blood bomb is made from your own blood.
Acceleration: Reduces cooldowns, but then they are on cooldown for longer when used.
Exchange: Removes debuffs from you then inflicts you with another random debuff.

Adds Draconians as playable race, with their own starting area. This addon was updated and forked by Aura of the Dawn, in the absence of ajfluffy.

While most people are sane enough not to enter, those that do never come out the same, if at all.
The Hedge forever changes them... empowers them... to what end, nobody knows.
A Hedgeknight is a worthy foe, capable of laying wound upon wound on enemies, and inflicting them with the most dangerous of poisons.

Talents

Ivy

All talents in this tree revolve around summoning friendly Ivy, each of which has a different effect, and scales slightly differently.
All will have 15% of your max health, and all will have a Resist All rating equal to a certain stat. (Will be listed below.)
Using one talent in this tree will put every other talent in this tree on a 3 turn cooldown.

Each Ivy's effect is applied when you land a melee attack on an enemy that is also within melee range of an Ivy.
Doing so will kill the Ivy, apply it's effect, and restore 3 Equilibrium to you.

Additionally, all Ivy (and your Bush Guardian) are part of a Plant Network, that allows them to share damage with one another.

Poison Ivy

Resist All is equal to 50% of your poison resistance.
This Ivy will deal weapon Damage split between Nature and Poison damage.

Crippling Ivy

Resist All is equal to 50% of your physical save.
This Ivy will cripple the target, reducing melee, spellcasting and mind speed for 5 turns.

Razorleaf Ivy

Resist All is equal to 50% of your bleeding resistance.
This Ivy will deal weapon Damage split between Physical and Bleeding damage.

Medicinal Ivy

Resist All is equal to 50% of your heal mod.
This Ivy will heal your health.
Amount healed is equal to your constitution + 25% of your max health.

Thorns

Offers some basic combat moves, a little bit of mobility, and a sustain that greatly increases your damage potential in extended fights.
Also includes a passive that grants some immunities, as well as reducing the immunities of nearby enemies based on it's value.

Thorn Whip

Attack a nearby enemy within range 4 for Nature weapon damage.
If you hit, you pin them, and pull yourself to them.
If used while in melee range, also deals a high amount of Physical weapon damage.
Can be cast on an Ivy, which will refund your cost, and half your cooldown.
Higher talent levels allow you to control your landing.

Thorn Graze

Attack an enemy in melee range for Nature weapon damage.
Also deals a high amount of weapon damage split between Bleeding and Poison.
If used while your Bushy Friend is within melee range of your target, applies a regeneration effect onto your Bushy Friend.

Thorn Rose

Grants passive Pin, Poison, and Bleeding resistance.
Also passively reduces the Pin, Poison, and Bleeding resistance of nearby enemies based on this value.

Thorn Body

Sustain that grants passive Armor and Strength.
Also adds bonus Bleeding damage when hit in melee, and on weapon attacks.

Bush Guardian

A tree that revolves around a moderate damage pet, that uses him for mobility and damage options.

Bushy Beard

Passively grant yourself Constitution and Accuracy.
Sustain this talent to bring your Bushy Friend to the battlefield.
Your Bushy Friend's stats are based on your Willpower and Max Life, and he gains bonus Life Regen and Resist All for every Ivy on the field.

Bush Taunt

Requires your Bushy Friend to be on the battlefield.
Deals damage in a radius 1 around your Bushy Friend.
Taunts any enemies hit.

Bush to Bush

Requires your Bushy Friend to be on the battlefield.
Deals damage in a radius 1 around both yourself, and your Bushy friend.
You deal Physical damage, Bushy friend deals half Nature, half Bleeding.
If your Bushy Friend is more than 2 tiles away, you also jump near him.

Bush Whacker

Requires your Bushy Friend to be on the battlefield and within 2 tiles of yourself.
Kicks your Bushy Friend across the battlefield, dealing damage in a radius 1 around his landing position, and stunning targets hit.

Hedgecraft

A tree that revolves around using your control over the hedge to do weave 'Impossible' feats.

One With the Hedge

Link yourself into your Plant Network, sharing and receiving damage though it.
Talent points reduce the values you give and recieve.

Hedgify

Empower your weapon with the very power of the Hedge itself, and attack all targets within a range of 3 for half Nature, half Poison damage.
Confuses all targets hit.
With One with the Hedge sustained, this talent's cooldown is reduced to 4, and it additionally heals all allies within range.

Hedge Portal

Step 'through' the Hedge to your target location, gaining bonus Armor, Defense, and Resist All for a few turns.
With One with the Hedge sustained, this talent requires you to target a friendly Ivy for the teleport(which will die), but it's cost and cooldown are removed.

Hedge Grasp

Pull in a nearby enemy with the power of the hedge, pinning and blinding them.
With One with the Hedge sustained, if your Bushy Friend is on the field, he'll pin and blind all enemies around his current position.

Petals

A tree that revolves around low to mid ranged melee combat.

Petal Beam

Attack an enemy at short range with a Nature Weapon attack.
If the attack hits, you will deal additional damage to all enemies near your main target.

Petal Swarm

Attack an enemy at short to medium range with a Nature Weapon attack.
If the attack hits, you Stun them.
If the attack misses, or the Stun fails, you instead Daze them. This Daze cannot be resisted.

Petal Implosion

Attack an enemy in melee range with a high damage Nature Weapon attack.
This attack will than knock you back a small to medium distance.

Petal Dance

Sustain this talent to become one with your Petals.
While sustained, every single Weapon attack you do grants you a Petal charge.
If the enemy is in melee range, they are additionally knocked back 1 tile.
These petal charges will be expended whenever you take more than 5% of your max life in damage, and will reduce the damage.
You lose 1 charge per turn.
Damaging Ivy grant 2 charges each, while non damaging Ivy grant 0 charges.

Content is modular and various sections can be disabled via the options.

Primary Features
Druid class:
Uncast spells to produce nature based magical effects.
Its an agile nature mage, but can be played as a fighter/mage hybrid, or as a summoner hybrid.
Uses staves, alchemist gems and equilibrium.
Werebeast Class:
Werebeast fits somewhere between Cursed and Wyrmic, with a touch of Rogue thrown in.
Flavour is you have been cursed by nature's hate at those who harm it.
Can be played with conventional weapons or dual mindstars, stealthy or heavy.
Uses both Hate and Equilibrium.
Woodsman Class:
Archery, Summoning and Traps.
Use whatever you need to survive.
Summoner:
A full rework is available.
Allows you to command your critters to attack or defend.
Wyrmic:
A few talents improved and many new categories.
General:
Loads of nature based artifacts.
A few of new inscriptions.
Oozemancer can get the Wild-gift/Symbiant category.

Druid Info

Zigur:
As Druid's use spells they cannot become a Zigur follower, as this would make all their talents unusable.
However, you can still attempt to join Zigur, you might get something special instead.
