Adds the Feling subrace to halflings. Born of magical bloodlines, they take on the shape and nature of cats.

This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack!

Adds Wilder and Psion escorts.

Blessed is a human subrace with no racial talents, but a blessing of some kind that grants them an additional stat point every level. I just made this since sometimes i just don't want to pick any race and cornacs are just a little too much of a race for that side of me. I doubt this is balanced.

Adds 5 werewolf races to the game!

Copying and pasting the gist of the racial details from the forum post into here for easy visibility.

Adds gnomes as a new race. They are a distant relative to dwarves and know the location of the Iron Council.

Garden Gnomes have nature skills, but are not necessarily antimagic.
Ensorcelled Gnomes have magic skills.
Tinker Gnomes have tinkers. (only available if you have Embers DLC enabled)
Iron Gnomes have strength and constitution skills. (only available if you have Embers DLC enabled)
Cursed gnomes have hate skills.
Shady gnomes have cunning skills.

https://github.com/Werekracken/tome-gnomes

All gnomes get:
A second tool slot. (Most tools share a cooldown so it's not amazing to have a second one, but can save your butt by not having to equip a different tool in combat.)
Two generic trees. (If your class also has that tree then you get that tree at +0.3 talent level.)
An extra generic talent point every 10th level.
Special alchemist golems.
size_category = 1, the smallest
life_rating = 9, second lowest tied with halflings
Experience penalty: 10%

--Level up points
2 stat points every level.
1 class point every other level.

But wait, there's more!

In addition to the normal golem slots of MAINHAND, OFFHAND, BODY, and 2 GEM slots, gnomish alchemist golems also get LITE, HEAD, CLOAK, HANDS, BELT, and FEET slots.

Additionally for tinker gnomes:
Your golem can equip tinkers too!
Your golem can use steamsaws, but you probably want to equip the golem with a steam generator.
Steamsaw Mastery is included in Golem Power for tinker gnomes.
Your golem can use both runes and implants.

Comments
There is not much new here. The goal of gnomes is to add more race variety.

A good amount of the gnomish alchemist golem changes were inspired by the "Golem - The Ironbreaker" addon.

The intent with the golems is to have a fun variant and potentially more useful in the mid and late game, and it fits with the gnome theme of cunning and tools.

I'm aware there is another addon named "Let there be gnomes" which was last updated in 2015, but this addon has nothing to do with it. Having never tried that addon I have no idea if there would be compatibility issues if you loaded them both (if you even could load a race addon that hasn't been updated in 6 years /shrug).

Changelog
- v1.0.0 Initial release of tinker, garden, and ensorcelled gnomes.
- There is an issue with tinker gnome alchemist where using the "interact with golem" interface can duplicate tinkers. Auto-swap tinkers doesn't work correctly on the golem either. I'm not sure how to fix this...
- Not a bug with this addon: demonologist tinker slots and demon slots don't play well together. The problem is not specific to the gnomes addon.
- v1.0.1 Fixed the Ensorcelled Gnomes spell/utility tree so it is properly disabled when silenced.
- v1.0.2 Fixed some copy/paste errors between v1.0.0 and v.1.0.1.
- v1.1.0 Updated init.lua and put the long description on the Gnomes addon page. Added the Cursed gnomes.
- v1.1.1 Changed the overload of golemancy to a superload, which is a better way to do it. (Thanks FL0RENT_.)
- v2.0.0 I read somewhere on the forums where DarkGod said that class trees shouldn't be given to races, so I took out class trees. Gave gnomes a second tool slot and +2 Cun. Bumped life per level a little. Added Shifty gnomes.
- v2.0.1 Since they are cousins to dwarves, give them the same life rating. (Gnomes were way too squishy.) And remove the exp penalty because gnomes are definitely not OP.
- v2.0.2 Added Iron Gnomes. Added the trees they get to their descriptions in the class selection so you have an idea of what you're getting before you choose them.
- v2.0.3 Fix iron gnomes stat description, set starting steam generator and injectors on tinker gnome to be marked for transmutation, and take out safety net lines that prevent classes that don't start with golem from learning golemancy.

In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.)

Current mod features:
All characters can visit the Iron Throne, its shops, and its two attendant dungeons.
All characters can travel through the tunnel in the Ancient Halfling Complex to reach the Island of Rel. There they can visit Irkkk and the two dungeons.
All characters will receive caldera at level 20, and sludgenest at level 30.
The maximum level of Rel's dungeons is raised to match Halfling Complex (to 25)
The maximum material level of Rel's dungeons is raised by 1 (from 2 to 3)

Minmay's runic golem left me wanting more gems, so I made more gems! There's still a few colors here and there missing, especially at T5 due to the supersaturation of Whites, but it's a decent holdover.

Three new lines of gems.
One extra gem at T2 since it was missing a gem compared to other tiers.
Gem restructuring

Crystal Race! New race based off of the crystals of scintillating caves!

Full list of gems on the thread.

Adds the Sholtar as a playable Human subrace.

Sholtar have no racial talents of their own; instead, the four slots can be used to learn talents from defeated enemies (of a high enough rank). In this manner, the Sholtar can improve nearly any class by adding abilities from other calsses, or even talents that are normally exclusive to NPCs.
Sholtar are not quite as powerful as other humans, recieving -2 points to all stats and a life rating of 8. They are exceptionally thorough in their studying and gain an extra generic talent point every 3 levels. This thoroughness, unfortunately, also leads to a 40% experience penalty. Original by nsrr and keevan, forked and nerfed into oblivion by mannendake, with adjustments for insane since monsters sometimes have dozens of levels in a talent.

---

The Sholtar were once a great nation, with many vasts cities in the southeastern regions of Maj'Eyal. In spite of the harsh, dry terrain they inhabited, or perhaps because of it, they were a people of great ingenuity and adaptability.
The Cataclysm which tore the world apart centuries ago swept nearly all of the Sholtar lands into the murky depths, and all but erased their people from the face of Eyal.
While very few survived, those who did fought for survival with all of the wit and grit that was their birthright. An already adaptable people grew to become even more adaptable through neccessity, and it has become their greatest strength.
Sholtar are able to learn abilities by carefully studying others, and, regardless of their class, they can always improve by incorporating the talents of others into their skill set.

Adds the Mindslinger as a new, Yeek-only, Psionic subclass.
Mindslingers wield slings in their main-hand and telekenetic weapon slots and gain many bonuses while their off-hand slot is empty, ranging from defense to added procs on ranged attacks.
One part Mindslayer, one part Solipsist, a dash of Skirmisher, just a pinch of Arcane Blade and Cursed, and 100% Grade-A Yeek.

New Talents:

Psionic/Mindslinger:
Master the sling and your mind to fire shots infused with Psionic energy.

Psionic/Force:
Learn cunning off-hand gestures to focus your mind and perform powerful defense and offensive feats.

Psionic/Charge:
Master the use of Feedback and charge your shots with potent mental forces.

The Dread Necromancer is a complete reimagining of Necromancer - while it shares many of the themes and names, and has a few talents retained, it's effectively an entirely new take on the class.
It still uses mana and souls, but souls behave quite differently. You can store up to 5, and regenerate and can retain up to 3 out of combat. Damage dealt by you and your minions grant soul fragments, and you gain a soul when you obtain a sufficient amount. Souls are used both to summon minions, and for your more powerful spells.
Depending on your categories chosen you can have powerful, temporary minions, weaker mass minions that last indefinitely in combat, or a single minion with customization options.

See the forum thread for full details.

Adds the Steel Drake category for wyrmics, and eventually also adds Steel Drakes.

Fallen has been added to the base game as an evolution for Sun Paladins

This addon contains the original version, a base class afflicted/celestial hybrid.

Fallen are unlocked alongside Sun Paladins.
If you want to skip straight to it, I recommend using: https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/ignore-raceclass-locks

Please report any bugs on the forum thread.

This class is originally inspired by the enemies John and Aluin, Afflicted Sun Paladins.

Fallen have a mix of old and new trees.
Enemies do not generate with Fallen talents.

Bloodstained: By making bloody attacks, increase your positive energy.
Darkside: Consume positive energy for attacks and mobility.
Shadows of Suffering (locked, level 10): Use your shadows for defense and control.

Black Sun (locked, level 10): Celestial attacks using gravity.

Self-Hatred: Spend life for Hate and power.
Dirges: Useful songs in the style of Chants and Hymns.

This addon is a fork of the Beholder (Eye Fix) (https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/beholder-efix), which was a fork of Beholder (Continuation) (https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/beholder-cont), which was a fork of Beholder race/classes (https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/beholder-raceclasses). It's been over a year since Beholder (Eye Fix) was updated last and it's been broken for a while, so here is the third fork.

Adds Beholders as a playable race and the Mage Eye as a Beholder only class.

Nekarcos's Quality of Life 07: Visible Size Categories addon is recommended in conjunction with beholders because it's fun to see their size change as they grow.

https://github.com/Werekracken/tome-wkbeholder

---
Beholder race

Beholders resemble floating orbs of flesh with large mouths, a single central eye, and lots of smaller eyestalks on top with deadly magical powers. Instead of gaining category points as they level, they must absorb energy from arcane items to grow. They cannot wear most equipment, but have lots of tentacles and eyes.

-2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, +0 Constitution, +3 Magic, +4 Willpower, +2 Cunning

+ 10% Lightning, Fire, and Cold resist

-20% movement speed

Race trees

- race/beholder: Basic abilities common to all Beholders.
- technique/tentacle-combat: Strike nearby foes with your tentacles.

---
Mage Eye class

Mage eyes focus on harnessing the powers of their eyestalks.

+ 6 Magic, +3 Willpower

Generic trees

- spell/aegis
- spell/divination
- spell/conveyance
- cunning/survival (locked)
- technique/tentacle-combat: Strike nearby foes with your tentacles

Class trees

- spell/phantasm (locked)
- spell/meta
- spell/fire-eye: Flame eye abilities
- spell/frost-eye: Frost eye abilities
- spell/lightning-eye: Lightning eye abilities
- spell/central-eye: Central eye anti-magic abilities
- spell/tri-beam (locked): Refocus your central eye's energies. You must reach the 3rd beholder growth stage to be able to learn this talent tree.
- spell/death-eye (locked): Death eye abilities. You must reach the 5th beholder growth stage to be able to learn this talent tree.

Changelog
- v1.0.0 Took out some logic around redefining some AI rules for talent usage because it was breaking this from loading and breaking other add ons as well. Made Temporal Gaze thralls so that you can't switch and control them because that was causing errors too.
- v1.0.1 Fixed an issue that caused bump attacks to error in conjunction with other addons.
- v1.0.2 Fix Channel Mastery to correctly randomly use known masteries. Add sounds for Frost Laser and Lightning Laser.
- v1.0.3 Make Beholder playable in Embers of Rage.
- v1.0.4 Make all classes (except wilders) available to the Beholder race. Make beholders levitate by default instead of at stage 5 growth. Changed them from starting with 10 infravision to getting +2 infravision for each growth stage.
- v1.7.3 Bumping version number to fix the fact that tome version and addon version got switched up.
- v1.7.4 Change Temporal Gaze to not kill the target when it's over and to not follow you around. Reduce cooldown and duration of Temporal Gaze. Fix talent cooldown reduction while beholder addon is active (like with Windtouched Speed).
- v1.7.5 Make the Beholder cosmetic size changes into actual size changes as well. Add handling of Nekarcos's Quality of Life 07: Visible Size Categories addon. Fix instant graphic update on size changes.
- v1.7.6 Update all beholder character models with new art from Rexocorum! Increase the amount of points it takes to grow for stages 3/4/5 and update the Beholder race quest information in the quest log. Take out display size changing with growth because Nekarcos's Quality of Life 07: Visible Size Categories addon does a much better job of that. Add display of equipment for the Beholder and it's cloaked human model (but not at the character creation menu because of reasons.) Fix issue where growing while Cloaked made your character tile disappear. Take out chance for unique gems and rings on birth. Add quiver slot back in because some classes need it.
- v1.7.7 Fix starting rings. Improve quest information about growth. Fix alchemist golem tile.
- v1.7.8 Add a ring slot to replace the one lost by the quiver.
- v1.7.9 Re-fix beholder tile update on growth. When you change faction via your Cloak ability, the faction of your summons change with it. Take out T_ARMOUR_TRAINING = 2 from Beholder race definition, that should be class based.
- v1.7.10 Normalize talent levels (.0 or .3).
- v1.7.11 Fix Absorb Magic so you can only drain items whose material level is equal or higher than your growth stage (it wasn't being applied to unique and rare items).
- v1.7.12 Fix the Draining Gaze map effect so you can see the area of effect of your gaze.
- v1.7.13 Take the innate Use Tentacles off of non-Mage Eye Beholders and give them Tentacle Combat generic tree unlocked at 1.0 mastery (to help make up for not being able to wear most gear), and make Channel Mastery useful for classes other than Mage Eye. Fix error when trying to unlearn Tentacle Mastery. Add some base game spell talent trees to Mage Eye to keep up with the times (more options). Fix log lines for Manadrain Gaze effect damage. Add class icons from Rexocorum for Mage Eye.
- v1.7.14 Fix for compatibility with Zizzo's Passive Cooldowns.
- v1.7.15 Make Absorb Magic and Beholder's Cloak of Deception not unlearnable so that if auto-assign at birth is disabled new chars will still get them.
- v1.7.16 Fix faction when playing Recaiden's Demons campaign. Remove cooldown on Absorb Magic.

Adds the High Guard, a mage subclass. The High Guard is a melee fighter with mid-range spells who can wield any staff in one hand and favors shields in the offhand.

Adds the Grove Keeper, a Wilder subclass. The Grove Keeper is pirmarily a mindpower-caster with limited summoning ability, but has the option to mix slings, or one-handed weapons and unarmed attacks, into their skill set. They are also able to become proficient with mindstars and focus wholly on mind-casting. Includes advanced class categories favoring either weapon-hybrid or mind-casting play style, with the advanced hybrid tree working equally well for ranged or melee.

Adds new races to take your game in different directions.

Feline: Lucky and agile warriors that prefer keeping their hide in one piece. Have an extra ring slot, but no feet slot due to oddly shaped feet.
Grey Canine: Proud alpha dogs that lead their pack into battle as they roam maj'eyal. Strong and healthy. They also have odd feet and miss out on the slot, but do not deign to ornate their tails with baubles.
Hooter: Wise birds that can see trouble coming. They have an extra amulet slot. Like most of the furrae races, they have no feet slot. Darn talons.

Adds the Nekomancer class. Nekomancers are summon-based mages that focus on debilitating their enemies while reinforcing their allies. They primarily deal physical and light damage. Uniquely, they do not use mana like other mage subclasses, relying souly on the soul resource. They use the soul resource in a much different way then Necromancer does, since they naturally regain one soul a turn. Combined with a relatively low soul maximum, they run completely counter to the standard ToME resources with tiny regeneration rates and huge maximums. Aside from the usual unlocked Combat Training and Survival, Nekomancer uses completely unique trees. It has 4 unlocked class trees, one locked class tree and two generic trees.

Changelog:

1.0.1: Updated description somewhat
1.0.0: Initial Nekomancer release

Adds the White Monk, a warrior subclass.

The White Monk wields no arms, instead using intense focus and training to turn their body into a weapon. They fend off enemy blows with their immense willpower and can preform healing and regenerative rites. Primary stats are Dexterity and Willpower. White Monks have the unique ability to project unarmed melee attacks at a distance, with talents that allow them to strike many targets in a area, as well. White Monks have a base damage modifier for hand gear of 60% Dex and 60% Wil, and gain some of the same benefits to unarmed attacks as Brawlers.

Includes seven new talent trees and incorporates a few existing trees from Warrior and Rogue classes.

Rending - Attack your foes from afar and sap their energy.

Mending - Heal and cleanse yourself and even prepare a rite that can ward off death itself.

Fending (generic) - Ward off enemy assaults, directing some damage to your stamina pool.

Agile Combatant - Move across the battlefield with unmatched agility.

Martial Arts - Master the art of unarmed fighting and gain bonus strikes from your attacks.

Black Belt (locked) - Learn advanced fighting techniques to cripple your foes and react with finely honed reflexes.

Transcending(locked) - Directly manipulate your foes' spirits to sap their energy and learn to project your spirit to assail all nearby foes.

Follow one of the Six Ways with a set of class evolutions for the White Monk:

Way of the Rushing Bull

Way of the Flying Arrow

Way of the Open Palm

Way of the Arcane Flow

Way of the Transcendent Spirit

Way of the Hidden Viper

Adds Vampires as a playable race, as jack of all trades with access to necromantic trees.

This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack!

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack makes size categories VISIBLY apparant. To be clearer-- A "Tiny" ant will now look SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than, say... A "Big" bear.
Background: I know-- It's so obvious, right?? For the longest time, I've wanted to make this add-on-- But it was only now that I could confirm its stability.
Stability: Very High

• Features can be toggled in: "(Menu)" > "Game Options" --> "[Nekarcos]"

Adds two acid trees for Archmages, allowing them to deal acid damage. Compatible with Arcanum.

Adds a swordsmaster class to the game.

CHANGELOG

1.6.0

 - Added a new talent tree, Technique/Fencing which has defensive talents related to parrying.
 - The talent Web of Steel has been moved from Swordsmanship to Fencing. It's place in the Swordsmanship tree has been taken by a new talent, Vorpal, which gives Physical Power and Armor Penetration.
 - The talent Crescent Sweep has been reworked. It deals more damage, inflicts bleed, moves before attacking, no longer allows swapping places, and has a cooldown. It's usage as a spammable movement talent for swapping places has been filled by the new Mist Step talent on the Fencing tree.
 - Lightspeed Draw can now attack enemies adjacent to any tiles you pass through in addition to enemies that you pass through directly. These additional targets count when determining whether you can use Lightspeed Draw or not. It still can only hit one enemy per tile you travel through though.
 - Fixed Swordsmanship not functioning for daggers
 - Fixed Swordsmanship to not permanently replace a weapon's strength damage mod with dexterity
 - Harrying blows no longer requires your spring attacks to hit the target; instead it only requires that you attempt them.
 - Harrying blows's finishing blow now bypasses evasion/repulsion talents that the target possesses
 - Harrying blows's finishing blow no longer ignores ALL armor and resistances. It ignores 50% of the target's resistances, and has set bonus armor penetration.
 - Spring Attack now functions immediately when activated instead of only after an action is performed after it is activated.
 - Surgical Strikes's stun and interference effects are now separate (so you get the full stun regardless of what the target does on its next turn). It's cooldown has also been increased from 6 to 8.
 - Added clarifying text to the descriptions of Will to Live and Unfetter to give a better idea of how effective they are when leveled up without requiring arithmetic.
 - Buffed Spring Attack stamina restoration
 - Cunning/Tactical is once again locked by default
 - Added translation support to timed effects

1.5.2

 - Fixed bug with pre-use talent for swordsmanship talents when npc does not have an inventory

1.5.0

 - Added a new talent tree, Technique/Two-handed Bladework, which serves as a Dexterity-based replacement for Technique/Two-handed Assault
 - As it has now been replaced, Technique/Two-handed Assault has been removed from the Swordsmaster class.
 - Cunning/Tactical is now unlocked by default

1.4.1

 - Lightspeed Fatigue duration changed from 40 turns to a lower value which is based on effective talent level
   - (with 1.3 mastery: 24, 21, 18, 16, 14)
 - Lightspeed Fatigue now increases stamina cost of Lightspeed Draw linearly instead of quadratically.
   - (20 -> 40 -> 60 -> 80) instead of (20 -> 40 -> 80 -> 160)
 - Removed cooldown from Spring Attack, making it fully toggleable.

1.4.0

 - Changed Moving Target to reduce direct damage taken by 30% instead of giving 15% all resist.
 - Buffed pin resistance of Slippery to 100% from 50%
 - Buffed movement speed granted by Slippery to 50% from 20%
 - Spring Attack once again restores stamina when wielding one-handed weapons
 - Lowered the maximum number of attacks per turn at ETL 5 for Spring Attack from 3 to 2
 - Fixed typo in Harrying Blows description
 - Fixed Swordsmanship talents still being usable even when disarmed
 - Removed Duelist tree from Swordsmaster class, as it is mostly extraneous at this point

1.3.1

 - Fixed infinite loop caused when reflecting certain spells like Invoke Darkness with Web of Steel

1.3.0

 - Updated for version 1.7.2
 - Raised stamina cost and cooldown for "Never Give Up"
 - Added offhand damage increase to "Swordsmanship" for swords and daggers
 - Changed format calls to tformat calls to support potential translation

1.2.0

 - Added tactical data to talents for npcs
 - Swordsmanship mastery and str/dex scaling swap now works with daggers as well as swords
 - Determination now always takes 15 turns to reach maximum regeneration instead of taking fewer turns with a higher talent level.
 - Fixed logic of projectile selffire to correctly function as indicated by comments (for web of steel)
 - Fixed Vapor Blade knocking back even when it misses

1.1.0

 - Swordsmanship now completely exchanges strength scaling for dexterity scaling on swords instead of giving -100% str mod and +100% dex mod
 - Fixed bug that prevented critical hits from occurring (oops!)
 - Unfetter and Never Give Up now have stamina costs
 - Harrying Blows fixed to only require Spring Attack to hit once per global turn instead of once per target's turn
 - Lightspeed Draw now has a fixed cooldown.
 - Spring Attack now only restores stamina if you are wielding a two-handed weapon
 - Will to Live changed to provide a health regen bonus equal to a flat amount per percent missing health rather than an amount equal to a percent of missing health. Also, now scales with Willpower.

Their racial abilities scale with their size. A huge troll is a strong troll, but the higher they grow, the deeper they fall.

Race Stats:

---

Str = 3

Mag = -3

Will = -2

Dex = -1

Con = 5

Liferating = 18

I hope you enjoy this! I would be very happy to receive some criticism :) If you got something to mention about balancing issues or if you find some errors, just tell me, i'll update this frequently.

Donators/Buyers bonus!

Adds the Nekomata race. Nekomata are human/cat hybrids who have superhuman agility and strange and miraculous powers.

Adds two new shadowy Celestial classes.
First is the Moon Paladin, who fight using two weapons and the two moons.
Second is the Starslinger, who imbues their shots with the power of the stars.
Also two new subraces that start in the Far East, regardless of class.
Mardrop Humans and Star Elves.

Now with a new starting zone: Save the Sunwall crops from a worm infestation.
New second starting zone: The Tenebrous Glades.
Travel to the barely made training camp of Midnight via a jumpgate on the west side of the Gates of Morning, then head southwest.
The shadows summoned to conceal the camp have become restless and dangerous. Quiet them down and investigate what is working them up.

Currently there are nine new categories.
Celestial/Night: A utility based generic category that generates negative celestial energies.
Celestial/Lunar Combat: Powerful offensive talents invoking the power of the moons.
Celestial/Guidance: Some defensive and one offensive talents for Moon Paladin.
Celestial/Shooting Stars: Combines star magic with ranged weapons.
Celestial/Deep Space: Some high level celestial magic for Starslinger.
Celestial/Sigils: Shape negative celestial energies into traps.
Celestial/Glory: High level light magic for Sun Paladins and Anorithil.
Celestial/Moon Magic: Magic derived from the two moons of Eyal.
Celestial/Umbra: High level dark magic for Anorithil and Star Slingers.

It also grants Sun and Glyphs to Sun Paladin at 1.3 mastery.
Reworks Chants and Hymns, and buffs Sunburst.

There aren't enough subtypes of dwarf so here are some Horrible dwarves.

This adds the Spell/Conveyance tree as a reward for completing the Tempest Peak questline for Angolwen. All the code is borrowed from DG's own, and thus everything works the same as antimagic characters getting Fungus.

Adds a new class into the game, a mage warrior hybrid. There can never be enough hybrid classes, right?

The Spell Blade is a warrior that uses magic in order to enforce their attacks with destructive spells.
They use their magic to cripple their foes and overwhelm them with swift strikes.
Their use of magic is innate and not really studied; as such they do not naturally regenerate mana and must use external means of recharging.
Therefore they also rely on channeling their spells through weapons or tools rather than casting large bolts of fire or beams of arcane energy as Archmages do. Nevertheless the result can be just as devastating.

v2.0 is a revamped version and is incompatible with old save files (too many talents were changed to work in a different way).

Contains 6 new categories.
I made the icons from scratch by myself.

Adds the Vor'tep as a new Giant sub-race, a breed of altered trolls. Get it right here or on the Steam Workshop.

Vor'tep have a life rating of 13 and an experience penalty of 15% and start with +3STR, +3WIL, +3CON,+3MAG, -2DEX, and -2CUN.

Vor'tep posses the strength and will to wield any one-handed weapon in their offhand innately.

Vor'tep have the following racial talents:

Trollkin Fortitude
For 5 turns, each magical, physical, or mental detrimental effect applied to you by an enemy will have the duration preemptively reduced by X turns or 50% (rounded up), whichever is greater. If this reduces the duration to 0 or less the effect is completely negated. The power of the effect improves with Constitution.

Trollblood
Passively increases life regen by X and healing modifier by Y%.
Scales only on talent level.

Blood Rush
Sustaining this talent will cause talents to cooldown by one turn at the begining of each turn. This will occur regardless of stuns or other effects that would normally reduce or prevent cooldowns. This will not effect talents with a fixed cooldown.
CAUTION:
This will cause you to take X% of your maximum life as irresistible damage on the first turn, increasing each subsequent turn. Each turn the damage dealt will be 15% greater than the turn before. If your life is below 20% of your maximum at the start of a turn, the sustain will automatically deactivate.
The damage of the effect is reduced by Willpower.

Internal Inscription
You are able to internalize a rune or infusion of your choice. Once chosen, the inscription will be triggered instantly when you are below 15% of your maximum life. This has a cooldown and is the only way to activate the inscription.
Cooldown decreases significantly with talent level and is based only on this talent (the original cooldown of the inscription is completely disregarded).

Adds the Effigy race, artificial constructs created to carry the spirits of the dead.

This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack!

Description

This addon adds the Bristlebarb as a playable class.
Bristlebarbs hate everyone with a passion, but refuse to lower themselves to the levels of other by fighting.
Their scorn alone empower them as they cover themselves in spikes and trudge their own path, in blood.

Bristlebarbs use no weapons but are covered in a living bramble that they can control.

They use a special resource : thorns.
Higher thorn count give them bonus damage.
Lower thorn count slow them down but increase their armor, as their thorn become dead wood.
Extremely low thorn will prevent all movement.
Thorns default to 50% on rest and increase in the presence of worthy enemies (rare rank and above).

5 unique class trees (1 locked) :
Scorn : A manifestation of their hate for the outside world
Flow of the thorn : You move like a vine, nothing stopping you from growing wherever you want.
One with the thorn : More and more, your body changes and adapt.
Mutation : your thorns started simple, what are they becoming now ?
Wrath of the thorn : harness your hate to guide your thorns in devastating attacks.

1 Unique generic tree (locked) :
Roots : a generic tree all about getting hit and doing nothing

Bristlebarbs can not appear on NPC.

Disclaimer

Please report any bugs you find and I will endeavor to fix them ;)
The class should be mostly balanced except for Roots tree and thorn weapon damage.
Any input is helpful and appreciated.

If possible, please take discussions and bugs report to the forum thread : http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&p=239099

Adds the Mage Knight metaclass, and its six sub-classes.

Forum discussion thread: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=48329

Phoenix Knight: Powerful warriors who blast their foes with solar fire while calling healing light upon their allies. Their solar fire attacks will strike as either fire or light damage, whichever will hit their target the hardest, and their potent healing and cleansing abilities make them tough opponents to bring down.

Mind Knight: Psionic warriors who strengthen their mental abilities by tapping into their inner magic. Adept at telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation, they are mobile scouts who can quickly get a lay of the land and sow chaos among their foes with physical and mental debilitations, or even outright compulsions.

Storm Knight: Swift skirmishers who rely on extreme mobility and powerful lightning magic to strike their foes down and avoid reprisals. Extremely fast and difficult to pin down, they can cast entire enemy units into disarray with their wealth of area attacks. All mage knights can cast while they fight, but experienced storm knights are also able to fight while they move.

Earth Knight: The heaviest of infantry, earth knights hammer their foes with physical and natural forces while shielding themselves with the power of the earth. Highly resilient in the face of any attack, earth knights provide a slow and steady offense supported by powerful gemstone shields and the endurance of a living mountain.

Sea Knight: Healers first, fighters second, battle mages a somewhat distant third, while sea knights lack the raw offensive power of other mage knights, they make up for it with amazing personal defense and recovery abilities. And though their attacks may be individually weak, like the sea itself, they are able to wear down even the strongest defenses eventually, eroding their opponents away with gradually strengthening spells, making them terrors in a battle of attrition.

Mana Knight: Experimenting pioneers who do amazing things with raw magical energy. They have the most conventional magical training of the mage knights, even if they sometimes put it to unconventional use. Their arcane attacks can overwhelm the powers of other spellcasters, and while they lack the scope of power of full-fledged archmages, they are masters of the fundamentals of the various arcane schools.

This addon adds in a Faerie, or Fey, race into ToME. This addon was originally created by Kaballah, but he hasn't been online in over a year.
Instead of letting it die (I mean, how could we not be able to play as a Faerie?) I decided to fork it over into a playable form.
I've taken it, modified it's values, and changed it's 4th talent.
You can nab it here.

---

The Fey are an incredibly quick and agile race, however they are incredibly fragile.
You will have to make use of their blinding speed to survive encounters.
If you find yourself in trouble, you can spray some Fey Dust onto nearby enemies while you escape.

Fey stats:
-2 Strength, -5 Constitution, +3 Dexterity, +3 Cunning, +6 Luck,
Life per level: 7
Experience bonus: 5%
Unbreathing

Fey skills:

-Flight
--Passive
--The Fey are capable of flight.
--Avoid certain traps
--Grants bonus Movespeed and Defense, that scales with Dexterity or Magic
--Effect grows if health is low
--Pretty magical wings

-Fey Luck
--Passive
--The Fey are naturally lucky, and this aids them in many ways.
--Grants Luck and Saves
--If you take more than 10% of your life in damage, some of the damage is nullified, and you gain a shield of equal value.
--Scales with Luck
--Effect grows if health is low

-Fey Speed
--Active
--The Fey are always fleet-footed, and are ready to split upon a moment's notice
--Grants bonus Global Speed that scales with Dexterity or Magic
--Effect grows if health is low when activated
--Removes all Pinning effects

-Fey Dust
--Active
--The Fey's Dust, while pretty, turns out to not feel good when thrown into eyes
--Sprays a cone of Fey Dust, which deals damage that scales with Dexterity or Magic
--The spray also knocks back and blinds enemies hit
--It can also stun or confuse, if used at low health

---

Dark Faeries are Faeries that have given up much of their natural agility and defense in exchange for bonus offensive potency.
They are extremely frail, even more so than their more agile counterparts, but make up for it with faster offense, higher damage, and many different tricks.
Despite all thoughts otherwise, they are still, mostly, a playful bunch to be around, if not a bit more painful in their method of invitation.

Dark Fey stats:
-3 Strength, -7 Constitution, +3 Dexterity, +3 Magic, +1 Cunning, +6 Luck,
Life per level: 5
Experience penalty: 5%
Unbreathing

Dark Fey skills:

-Powers of the Dark
--Passive
--The Dark Fey have sacrificed their Flight for additional offensive potency.
--Grants bonus Cast Speed and Combat Speed, that scales with Dexterity or Magic
--Grants bonus Damage that scales with Luck and Character Level
--Effect grows if health is low

-Fey Clone
--Passive
--The Dark Fey have given up some of their natural luckiness, but not all.
--Grants Luck and Saves
--Upon dealing damage, you summon a clone of yourself for a few turns.
--Has your entire talent list, deals 50% damage, and has 10% of your max life.

-Vision of the Shadows
--Active
--The Dark Faerie has lost it's ability to flee, and has been forced to find other methods of survival, in the form of dark magics.
--This talent shows all enemies within a moderate to large radius around yourself.
--Calls forth 3 shadows onto nearby enemies that are in sight.
--Shadows are extremely weak, but make for decent body-blockers.
--Vision Radius, Vision Duration, and Number of Shadow Targets increases with talent level.

-Feyd to Black
--Active
--Call forth the powers of darkness to overflow the battlefield, affecting all Actors in sight range.
--Increase all allies life by a percent of their Max Life. (Including yourself.)
--Decreases all foes life by a percent of their Max Life.
--Blind all foes, even those who cannot normally be blinded.
--This effect's power increases as your life decreases.
--This talent does not proc healing effects, and cannot lower enemies below 10% of their max health.
