Minor buffs to rogue

Adds Bloodriver Adherent class, a Mage subclass.

Bloodriver Adherents are very in tune with arcane energies, their mana will buffer any harm done to them. It also makes them know basic elemental spells innately.
They also have access to unique Bloodriver spells which utilize their own mana-infused blood to enhance their effects.

Bloodriver Adherent talents revolves mainly on their bleed mechanics. A lot of talents costs both mana and life to cast.
By default, this class can, and it is recommended, to focus on 2 different basic element talent trees. These 2 selected elements will later got advanced talents that you can learn.

There are around 11 custom made talent category which you can choose. Some are essential to Bloodriver Adherent, as this subclass try to utilize bleed as much as possible.
However, how you want to play this subclass, which talent to choose, is up to your liking.
You want to cause debuffs to your enemies? Prolong debuffs and make them suffer? sure you can!
You want to summon a cute golem to do your bidding and cute fairy to spice things up? Go ahead!
You want to just straight up deal damage to your enemies? say no more!
You can even summon some totems, put traps, and more.

There are currently 9 variation of totems. 5 which you will learn by default, and the remaining 4 you will learn by:
killing a certain named bear
destroy a certain magical crystal
killing a certain spider in the east, and
going to a certain place where magic are blazing.

This subclass is a bit tricky to play and on the harder side of difficulty-wise.
As both mana and life are used as resources to cast, and both life and mana dictates your livelihood, you will need to manage your mana and life, and choose your actions carefully.
If your mana is empty, you won't instantly die, but you will suffocate and take damage every turn. Suffocation will last until either you die or you replenish your mana.
There are a lot of self-perseverance talents embedded in this class, so you can take those to ensure your longevity.

Also beware, some of the talents are very powerful, but makes no distinguishing between friend or foe, so you may harm your allies, or even yourself!

If you are starting as humans, halflings, elves, or ogres, there is a small quest given at birth, you can do the quest and get some reward for it. There are also some lore fragments scattered regarding The Bloodrivers.

Places the Sect of Kryl-Feijan event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter.

1) Add Discordant as playable psionic subclass. A psionic tank with death radius around them (think of Mindrot, but less sucky). Wins battle through attrition, melts trash mobs just by standing. Can also spam tele-frags if you feel like it.

2) Add Kudzu as playable wilder subclass. Invasive, annoying, and hard to get rid of. Master of crowd controls and area denials. Cover the world with fungus, lichens, moss, and kudzus.

3) Add Scorpion as playable rogue subclass. Stealthy brawler with poison fist. Pull in your enemy and dethrone them with chain of combos.

4) Add Critic as playable afflicted subclass. High-risk, high-reward, critical-centric class that use feedback pool as life. Overpower your enemy with overwhelming amount of Gestures, or die from receiving too much criticism.

5) Add Colossus as playable race. Artificial giant constructed by dwarves to guard their gold, has some non-living characteristics. Starts on Reknor (dwarf start). A durable race with some drawbacks. Also like gold.

This adds three new classes, two of which are loosely based on the Headless Horror, plus a mini-adventurer that gets talents from all three.

Hekatonkhieres are spell-using melee combatants who mix armed and unarmed attacks while accompanied by their eldritch Wandering Eyes.

Technique / Harming Hands: Use your other 98 hands to grab, crush, drag, and batter.

Spell / Mountainshaper: Locked but available at level 0, your eldritch presence spills out into the world and warps the ground.
Technique / Splintered Lord: Time your attacks to take advantage of your extra-dimensional nature - or just chop enemies in half
Spell / Eyesight: Improve and direct your Wandering Eyes to better protect you and afflict your enemies.

Starts characters off with category points instead of categories known.

My personal twist on and combination of "Moderately Generous Levels" by Chaotic Heretic, and "Constitution Viability Buff" by Raenarill.

This is my first ToME mod, so bear with me, I'm still working on balance and stuff, just give me constructive criticism please!

Leveling changes:
Sets max level to 100, though you still get the bonus points at 50. Birth stats remain unchanged.

+ 0.2% resist all per level, so 10% at level 50, 20% should you reach level 100.

+1 to all saves per level up to level 50.
Level 2 is a "double" level, granting double the normal points (6 stat, 2 class/generic points)
Extra stat point every even level, starting at level 4.
Extra class point ever odd level, starting at level 3.
Gets rid of the extra class point and removal of a generic point at level intervals of 5.
One category point at levels 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 75, and 100. Removed point at 34.
Two prodigies at level 25, and then one at 50, 75, and 100. Removed prodigy at 42.

Constitution changes:
Max life per point increased from 4 to 6.
Added 0.05 life regen/turn per point.
Added 0.75% Heal Mod per point.
Added 0.2% chance to shrug off criticals per point.
Added 1 Stamina per point.

The Dread Necromancer is a complete reimagining of Necromancer - while it shares many of the themes and names, and has a few talents retained, it's effectively an entirely new take on the class.
It still uses mana and souls, but souls behave quite differently. You can store up to 5, and regenerate and can retain up to 3 out of combat. Damage dealt by you and your minions grant soul fragments, and you gain a soul when you obtain a sufficient amount. Souls are used both to summon minions, and for your more powerful spells.
Depending on your categories chosen you can have powerful, temporary minions, weaker mass minions that last indefinitely in combat, or a single minion with customization options.

Allow trial and error for character building without restarting new game while minimizing inbalance.

You can respec stats, talents, categories and prodigies freely at any time.
You cannot respec prodigies that cannot be learned with Writhing Ring of the Hunter.

Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind.
Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.
That something is you.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!
• The Godfeaster: Deep undergroud the ground shakes as ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• The Scourge Pits: On the south of the Iron Throne lays a fool pit of ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• Forbidden Tomes: Find special artifact books of ancient lore. But, read at your own peril, for the story they tell may very well suck you in... quite literally.
  Maybe you will even find The One That Writes...
• Occult Egress: A strange, extremely old, contraption of unknown origin. It seems to require some kind of code sequence to activate. Maybe you will find some during your adventures?
• The Entropic Void: So you think you are strong? Powerful? Invulnerable? In the end, entropy always wins, as you will learn...

What would an expansion about horrors be without a bunch of new horrors to torment you with? Please give a warm welcome to:

A new demented class, the Shining One.

This addon requires the Forbidden Cults DLC to function.

Celestial Spellcasters who have been overcome with madness and become more and more like unto Luminous Horrors.
Shining Ones begin in Kroshkurr by default.

Shining One talents do not appear on enemies.

Celestial / Incinerator: Burn enemies and the ground beneath them.
Celestial / Seals: Create a patch of ground that grants powerful bonuses as long as you can hold it.
Demented / Core-Gate: Summon more horrors to fill the battlefield with lasers.

Adds two acid trees for Archmages, allowing them to deal acid damage. Compatible with Arcanum.

Includes 4 new Class Evolutions:

• Doomed: Hollow - Merge almost completely with your shadows. If you have the original version of Fallen, they can also become Hollow.
• Archer: Zephyr - Lightning-using Arcane Blade at range.
• Temporal Warden: Warp Rider - melee-only specialist.
• (requires Forbidden Cults DLC) Writhing One: Gourmand - This evolution expands the Slow Death tree with a 'Possessor-lite' effect. You can keep the talents you've eaten forever (3 at a time).

Isn't Zephyr already a class?
Yes. https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/qlass-pack But it's plenty different, and lacks a lot of what makes Archer itself.

Donators/Buyers bonus!

 Alters the Command Staff talent effect. 

When you command a staff, it will change the attack damage type of the staff along with the damage increase type causing melee attacks made with the staff to be dealt as the chosen damage type.

In this addon, I want to fix obvious and not so obvious shortcomings in the behavior of skills.

Rime wraith:
The skill ended early if the "host" died.
-Now the wraith chooses a new target

When "jumping", wraith incorrectly registered the remaining time of the effect if it made several "jumps" in one turn
-Now the skill always works out the declared duration.

Aura of Undeath
The aura effect was applied only to the minion in direct line of sight. It was enough for the minion to go behind a tree and the effect disappeared. I can't say that this is a bug, but in my understanding, auras do not work like that.
-Now it is applied to all minions in the declared radius.

Adds a collection of my races.

• Allows healing and regeneration while in a possessed body.
• Removes restrictions on the number of creature types that can be possessed.
• Adds useful information to various Possessor-related dialogs and talent tooltips.

A combination of all my celestial addons; Firmamancer, Primal Chosen, Trench Strider, Radiant, the Empyreal fork, and the newly added Bloodtide Cultist.

Adds a NPC that will grant you invulnerability/max dmg, 249 spells available, stat/generic/prodigy points, money, raise sub stats, set level, and can imbue ANYTHING (as long as you have the gems and item)!

He spawns near the portal to Angolwen.

1 new category containing 8 arcane/elemental combo spells.

Alchemist Features:
Altered Alchemists Guild quest.
Two new unique categories: Poison Alchemy and Metal Alchemy.
They also get access to Mana Alchemy and Herbalism.

Allows characters created in the AoA campaign to access special starting zones normally restricted by race and/or class.

After the character is created and the level-up screen closed, a dialog will offer the option to transfer to one of the following starting zones (and gain associated quests, etc):

Sunwall. (Celestial Human/Elf Start)
Point Zero. (Chronomancer Start)
Irkkk. (Yeek Start)
Trollmire (Allied Start - must start elsewhere).
Searing Halls (Doomelf/Doombringer/Demonologist Start - requires Ashes DLC).

Notes:
Choosing to start in the Sunwall will set your faction to 'Sunwall' regardless of race.
Choosing to start in Irkkk will set your faction to 'The Way' regardless of race.
Choosing to start in Trollmire or Searing Halls will set your faction to 'Allied' if you are undead.
Choosing to start in Kroshkkur will set your faction to 'Sanctuary of Horrors' if you are undead.
Choosing to start in Point Zero or Kroshkkur will also teach you the corresponding 'Teleport:' spell, which cannot be unlearned. As these are spells, knowing one will prevent you from entering Zigur or betraying escorts.
You will not recieve the Cloak of Deception if you select a new start as undead, but your faction will be changed as listed above and you will not need it.

Forbidden Cults tweak that adds lore drops containing the random artifact codes that exist for the Occult Egress. This doesn't give you any more artifacts than you would normally get, but makes them easier to find.

Places unplayable staring dugeons on map. Allowing all 4 extra dungeons. Unlocking Yeek island. |Places all extra cities on map, and adds extra dungeons and cities like heroes rest (trainer city). Also reacts to Ooze mod, undead racepack and faetouched collection.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack improves visibility of status effects by adding particles to certain effect types (such as "dizzy stars" for stuns and confusions, or green bubbles for poisons).
Background: It is otherwise difficult to tell if or when certain effects procced or not, and it is also kind of obnoxious having to check each and every enemy for whether they're affected by something or not.

• Features can be toggled in: "(Menu)" > "Game Options" --> "[Nekarcos]"

Removes all ambient sounds from the game. This includes removing dog barking, bird screeching, blacksmith sounds, wind, and so on. Monsters will still make their growling and hissing noises while fighting.

Donators/Buyers bonus!

Changes the mastery of the Adventurer's talents to 1.3 and gives it 1 more category point, 2 extra talents points and 2 extra generics.

Now, there are quite a few addons that do similar things, however they tend to overwrite the adventurer birth data, making them incompatible with other changes to the class.

Adds more 1H staves with more variety to the game.

1H staves are so hard to find because in the base game there are only 2 egos that make a staff 1H.
This addon adds more 1H staff egos that are based on some of the existing 2H staff egos, but with some of the bonuses toned down.
Also slightly expands the number of staves available in staff stores to account for the wider variety.

Removes the "only offers talents at level 10" warning, allowing you to spend category points in advance.

Adds the Murder tree for necromancers, allowing them to conjure flocks of crows.

Allows Adventurer to take any class evolution prodigy, adds an option to allow any class to take multiple evolutions, and adds an option to remove requirements from prodigies.

Should be compatible with all evolutions from addons and future updates.

Normally prevents you from selecting an evolution for a class that adventurer doesn't get any talents from (any class not possible on random bosses, or stone warden when not playing dwarf/drem), but this restriction is removed if you also have zizzo's addon Slightly More Adventurous or my addon Much More Adventurous.

Allows Adventurer characters to use some talent trees from addon-provided classes that would otherwise be inaccessible.

More specifically: Adventurers typically are allowed to use talent trees for classes added by addons, unless those classes are flagged as not for use on random bosses. This addon bypasses that check, making talent trees from classes so flagged available to Adventurers.

3 new dungeons have been added to the world map [with more to come] (Blood Soaked Ruins, Infested Ruins & Road to Derth) these dungeons will have unique boss and lore spawns. Sludgenest and Noxious Caldera will now spawn on the world map at level 1.

New Bosses:

There are 8 new bosses/mini bosses that will spawn in the new dungeons (With custom sprites). Battle against powerful [spoiler]vampires, werewolves and wererats[/spoiler] in your journey to glory! Bosses drop gold on death *They will also spawn in Infinite Dungeon*

Talents that require a dlc will be clearly noted next to the talent, if you don't own a dlc and try to purchase a dlc talent the gold will be removed but the talent wont be acquired.

The Witherer is a Corruptor that focusses on slowly killing their enemies.

Experience Controller is an addon that lets you change the amount of experience you receive upon killing foes.

You can enable/disable it realtime and it will work from the next kill onward. It also works for arena and infinite dungeon alike.

THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS.

 

How to enable/disable or configure this addon:

• Download, install and activate it. Start a New Game.
• You can enable/disable or change mode, set the amount of flat experience or multiplier to apply to each future kill from the "Gameplay" settings in-game.

 

Modes functionality:

• VANILLA -> Doesn't change anything compared to original game.
• BALANCED (default) -> Gives on general more experience to the player on higher difficulties than original game, depending also on the rank and level of the defeated enemy.
• VERY FAST -> Gives 250% flat experience compared to original TOME.
• FLAT -> Each kill gives X experience points, regardless of what you kill or what level you/they are. How much per kill can be configured in the Gameplay settings.
• CUSTOM -> Multiplies by X all the experience you gain from kills. You can set your own multiplier in the Gameplay settings.
• INSTANT LV50 -> One kill for LV50. A cheat way to test out new builds REALLY fast.

A collection of small quality-of life tweaks for tinker-using characters in the Embers of Rage DLC. Notable changes:

• New tinker recipe Regeneration Salve.
• In the Create Tinker dialog, place initial focus in the recipes list for ease of keyboard navigation.
• Expand the descriptions of schematics in tinker stores and recipes in the Create Tinker dialog to include more useful information.
• For characters with both a transmogrification chest and an Automated Portable Extractor, the latter will automatically be used for items that yield ingredients when melted, and the former will be used for the rest for fortress energy (controlled by game options "Gameplay | Multiplexed transmogrification" and "Gameplay | Multiplexed transmogrification minimum tier").
• Schematics for tinkers you've already learned can optionally be listed in a different color in stores and in player inventory for easier distinction (controlled by game option "Gameplay | Highlight learned schematics in stores").

Alters the Attune Mindstars talent effect.

This addon will alter Attune Mindstars to allow you to choose any basic damage type (physical, arcane, fire, cold, nature, blight, mind, temporal, light, darkness, acid, lightning) for your mindstars damage type. Mindstars that do not teach Attune Mindstar (i.e. fixedart mindstars) will not be affected. Additionally, Attune Mindstars will also affect any telekinetically-wielded mindstars.

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.
