Mod that allows you to play as an adventurer who somehow ended up with humanlike intelligence, but the body of a bear.

Bears are an unusual adventurer species. They are unable to use most equipment (hat, lite, amulet, cape and tool only), but are very strong, fast and tough and have a rather powerful racial talent tree.
For now the NPC dialogues do not reflect that you are a bear, although it would be nice if I could find time to change that in the future.

Racial talents
- Maul: You gain two powerful unarmed paw attacks. Despite being unarmed, you can use your paws to perform most attacks that would normally require melee weapons.
- Ursine Ingenuity: Reduce all cooldowns, increase stat contribution to inscriptions and unlock a special "off hand" slot.
- Ironhide: Gain strong defences that scale with physical power, and the ability to treat your tough hide as light armour
- Huge. Angry. Bear.: You become far larger, faster, tougher, and stronger.

There are also 2 race evolution prodigies, with more to come if I have any good ideas. Suggestions welcome.

Adds Weaver class.

Weaver is a Wilder subclass, a resilient unarmed combatant with emphasis of moving around strategically through their set-up battlefield. Their skill sets revolve around arachnids. Laying webs, injecting enemies with poison, beating enemies with your limbs, creating cocoon for later consumption, and more! Their talents mainly uses equilibrium, have huge equilibrium demand yet heavy hitting, and moderate-long cooldown. Some even needs "special charge" to use. So if you decide to become one of the weaver, make sure to use your talents and resources wisely!

Their arachnid nature starts to take shape, modifying their body and giving them the resilience, agility, wisdom, and abilities of a spider.They will even grow spider legs!

As spider would, they grow accustomed in the art of threads and webs. They can trap and disarm their preys, cut them with threads, and eventually encasing them in a cocoon.

These are some of the technique of prey hunting. Begin with an ambush, revel in "the circle of life", hasten their prey to "sleep" with specialized moves, and disable the prey's most annoying sustains!

Cocoon is an important resource for the weaver. The liquefied prey inside a cocoon are very nutritious and versatile to use beside hunger filling. The cocoon can nourish the weaver, converted to chemical weapon, and even storing genetic material for backup and cloning.

A new class, a psionic archer who starts with the powers of hypnosis, light telekinesis, and control over fabric.
They use only Psi as their resource.
They are unlocked along with Mindslayers.

Psionc/Noumena - Strange manifestations of energy let you disable enemies and hide yourself from view.

Adds a new class, the Lost, designed by Thornstromb and developed by me.
The Lost is a new Afflicted class based around a hybrid of Archery and Stealth. Skulking in the shadows, the Lost is filled with a piercing hatred for the living.
A nasty glass cannon that relies on tools and inscriptions for survival, but does atrocious amounts of damage while undetected. You have an alternate version of stealth that never breaks, and while you have no inbuilt source of stamina regen, as a Willpower-main class you'll have plenty of stamina for most fights.

Steam-Fu Master is a class that combines steamsaw and steamgun to fight in close range.

This class revolves around melee range combat, wreaking havoc, and throwing oneself into the fray. Shoot enemies multiple times at the cost of high ammo cost that you feel your ammo pouch has a hole. And do not forget your saw shreds through your foes.

Don't worry about surrounded by enemies as you have decent survivability and steam generation, as long as you strategically utilize our injector and steam generator. But don't get cocky, choose your fight wisely as getting over your head is sure way to your demise.

Master the way of the Steam-Fu through lead and bloodshed. Attain your glory by any means necessary.

Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.
That something is you.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!

Adds an Artificer class to the game.
Artificer is a versatile class that specialize in items.
They are able to craft items and use them in ways that other classes cannot.

Beware: Although powerful later on, artificers have a weak early game, and require a good deal of item management to succeed. This class may not be for everyone.

Requires Embers of Rage DLC

Adds the Spellweaver, a Mage subclass who creates custom spells with Spellweaving components.
For example, a Spellweaver might make a spell using the Fire element, the Beam shape, and the Damage Over Time effect to make a simple Damage over Time Fire Beam. However, spells can get vastly more complicated, with things like a "Grand Checkerboard of Eclipsing and Feverish Wallweaving and Prismatic and Radiat Lingering Harm" if you want to be way over the top.
Additionally, Spellweavers can make shielding and teleportation spells with components too, although all three types of spells use the same slots.
Spellweavers who are Humans, Elves, Dwarves or Undeads will also begin in Wovenhome in the East and have a special dungeon to start the game.

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.

Its an agile nature mage, but can be played as a fighter/mage hybrid, or as a summoner hybrid.
Uses staves, alchemist gems and equilibrium.
Werebeast Class:
Werebeast fits somewhere between Cursed and Wyrmic, with a touch of Rogue thrown in.
Flavour is you have been cursed by nature's hate at those who harm it.
Can be played with conventional weapons or dual mindstars, stealthy or heavy.
Uses both Hate and Equilibrium.
Woodsman Class:
Archery, Summoning and Traps.
Use whatever you need to survive.
Summoner:
A full rework is available.
Allows you to command your critters to attack or defend.
Wyrmic:
A few talents improved and many new categories.

The Frost Invoker is a Cold-focused caster and unarmed fighter. Their primary stats are Magic and Dexterity.
Frost Invokers know Combat Training and Survival(locked) and have 11 new spell trees, 3 generic and 8 class (of which 3 start locked).

Frozen Core: Unarmed training with 40/80 Mag/Dex dam mods, and utility.

A variation on wyrmics, as a multi-elemental debuff-centered class.
Rather than having their abilities scattered among the elements, they'll rank up melee attacks, mental attacks, and elements separately.

The core of Wyrmic is:
Combat Techniques
Draconic Combat - provides weapon attacks.
Draconic Energy - provides mindpower attacks.
Draconic Body - provides mobility and survivability.

Then, a wyrmic picks one of the six natural elements: Fire, Ice, Lightning, Sand, Acid, or Poison. Each element has a single ability available right away, and a set of advanced skills that require a category point to access.
Finally, the advanced Prismatic Tree rewards you for changing elements.

Apex Predator - new generic tree that fills in a few gaps and lets you wear gems.

 - Added a new talent tree, Technique/Fencing which has defensive talents related to parrying.
 - The talent Web of Steel has been moved from Swordsmanship to Fencing. It's place in the Swordsmanship tree has been taken by a new talent, Vorpal, which gives Physical Power and Armor Penetration.
 - The talent Crescent Sweep has been reworked. It deals more damage, inflicts bleed, moves before attacking, no longer allows swapping places, and has a cooldown. It's usage as a spammable movement talent for swapping places has been filled by the new Mist Step talent on the Fencing tree.

 - Harrying blows's finishing blow no longer ignores ALL armor and resistances. It ignores 50% of the target's resistances, and has set bonus armor penetration.
 - Spring Attack now functions immediately when activated instead of only after an action is performed after it is activated.
 - Surgical Strikes's stun and interference effects are now separate (so you get the full stun regardless of what the target does on its next turn). It's cooldown has also been increased from 6 to 8.
 - Added clarifying text to the descriptions of Will to Live and Unfetter to give a better idea of how effective they are when leveled up without requiring arithmetic.
 - Buffed Spring Attack stamina restoration
 - Cunning/Tactical is once again locked by default

A new demented class, the Martyr.

This addon requires the Forbidden Cults DLC to function.

Unlike the magical folk of the Hidden Sanctuary, Martyrs' Insanity manifests in mental powers.
Martyrs mix together Sling and Melee combat, needing to use both (correctly timed with their current insanity) to succeed.
With time, they developed much stranger powers.

Fixes a bug with infinite dungeon challenges caused by clones/summons

Removes the "only offers talents at level 10" warning, allowing you to spend category points in advance.

Allows you to toggle which classes can or cannot appear on random bosses and rares.

I finally updated this mod :D It's been completely rebalanced and contains a ton of new stuff!

You are not ill; you are a weapon. A host to a menagerie of plagues, your body is a battleground you have learned to command. Every joint aches with power, every fever fuels your spells. You wade into battle, letting your infections flare and spread, hammering foes with disease-charged blows or scouring them with projected corruption. You are the source of the outbreak, and your resilience is the only thing holding the chaos within you at bay—because every plague you unleash gnaws at your own life just as eagerly as your enemies.

Mechanics:
The Infected is designed as a tanky melee/spellcasting hybrid that specializes in utilizing and manipulating their own unique diseases (Infections) which affect both themselves and their enemies.

• Spread Blight: Spread up to 6 unique Infections, ravage your enemies with the now-actually-useful Poison Storm, and watch them die to your limitlessly stacking Decay.
• Hybrid Combat: Play as a tough melee fighter that weaves spellcasting and corruption into their attacks.
• Tactical Movement: Engage with position-based talents that reward precision and grant useful short-range movements during combat.
• Backlash: Specialize in the Undying Resilience tree to gain Backlash, an alternate “health pool” that absorbs burst damage when you're low on life, but pays it back as greatly increased damage over time.

Balancing
• This class is currently not that well-balanced, but it is intended to be :) Feedback is very welcome—please let me know your thoughts on mechanics, balance, and fun factor! Feel free to reach out to @N1 on the discord server.
• I'm especially looking for feedback about power spikes: which levels feel too strong or too weak, so I know whether to adjust early-game or late-game scaling.

Allows adventurers to use talent trees from every classes and races, including those from addons.

This addon is designed as a more "addon friendly" alternative to Much more Adventurous.
(It doesn't, however, add the misc and legacy talents)

It takes talents directly from the subclass/subrace list so it should :

- Bypass race/class compatibility
(Allowing Skeletons to take Wyrmic talents, or Cornacs to use those from the Stone Warden for instance.)

- Take talents trees from NPC only classes/races
(In the base game, that would be the two talent trees of the golem.)

- Ignore the locks
(Allowing Adventurers to use talent trees from classes you haven't unlocket yet, or things like Demented/Scourge Drake.)

Additionally, "undead/lich", "Cursed/Cursed Aura" and talents from the Fallen Paladin can also be selected.

Adds the Rage Mage class. The Rage Mage is an arcane/temporal caster that, when injured, gets too mad to cast and starts punching things.

A new tinker class, the Demolisher.

This addon requires the Embers of Rage DLC to function.

Demolishers are designed to be a sort of Steam-Caster, using bombs, drones, and their steam-buggy to destroy their enemies rather than weapons.

New Talents:
Steamtech / Explosive: Plant remote charges with a tiny cooldown and blow them all up at once, lay down minefields, and send suicidal mecharachnid mines towards your foes.
Steamtech / Drones: Send out drones to create storm and smoke, while others hover around for your protection.
Steamtech / Pilot: Your steambuggy is your defense, your offense, and can hold so many explosives.
Steamtech / Engine: Your steambuggy is also the best way to get around. Scorch the ground and flatten your enemies as you zoom around corners.

Takonyudo (octopode): namesake of the addon. Start with poison unlocked. 4 weapon and 4 offhands, 8 rings, and no armor except helmet.
Hinnagami (vengeful grave soil golem): equip any weapon, armor, or jewelry you like, but the total quantity of items you can equip is limited by level.
Takanyudo (giant): too big to wear any armor or jewelry, but they can wear 5 gloves like little finger hats. Also high life rating and size category.
Mekurabe (pile of skulls): 16 head slots and no other armor. Roll around stealthily as a bunch of heads, then assemble yourself to frighten anyone you stare at.
Kyorinrin (sentient scroll): no armor slots. Gain stats and extra talent levels by picking up lore pieces depending on how long the lore scrap was.
Aoandon (lantern spirit): no armor slots. Gain stats by picking up lore pieces, and walk around with an AoE terror aura that reduces power and saves.

Gives a Potion of Martial Prowess at character creation (currently limited to Wanderer and Adventurer since I could not figure out how to make it work without specifying classes).
