Game | Tales of Maj'Eyal: Age of Ascendancy 1.7.6 |
Addons | Grey Out Unusable Items 1.0.2 (1.7.2)This addon shows inventory items in dark grey if they have a power source incompatible with your character. Arcane items are greyed out for antimagic characters, and arcane disrupting items are greyed out for characters with arcane abilities. Never accidentally break your spells again! Golem Can Pass 1.0.0 (1.6.0)Fixes an apparent bug in game releases 1.6.0 thru 1.7.6, restoring the ability of Alchemist golems (and other NPCs) to displace and push past non-hostile NPCs. Also available as part of the Bugnibus Bugfix Pack. [NOTE: We anticipate/hope that the relevant bug will be fixed in a future game release, at which time this addon will be officially deprecated.] Golem Speed Lock 1.2.0 (1.7.0)Adds an option to the Sher'Tul fortress butler to spend some fortress energy enhancing your golem to match your movement speed. Frequently Asked Questions: Interact with the Worm 1.2.0 (1.7.0)Adds new talent Interact with the Worm, allowing Writhing Ones from the Forbidden Cults DLC using the Demented/Friend of the Worm talent tree to manipulate their worm that walks' equipment and talents (and name) in a more convenient manner similar to Alchemists' Interact with the Golem talent. Hotkeys Toolbar Scroll Lock 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Adds new game option "UI | Scroll hotkeys toolbar with scroll wheel", which can be disabled to prevent the scroll wheel or other scrolling input mechanisms from affecting the hotkeys toolbar. Audiomancy 1.2.1 (1.7.4)Version 1.2.1 released Jan 16, 2023; see change notes. Audiomancy is an audio enhancement for ToME that does not affect music. It started with the High Quality Sounds mod (thanks to Gurkoz), but it does a bit more than replace sounds. It enhances the code introducing random variance, layering, and new trigger points. Weapon types (sword, great axe, mace, sling, bows, etc.) have distinct sounds in combat, along with NPC types having different impact sounds. Many weapons have distinct critical hit sounds as well. Ranged weapons have separated attack and hit sounds. Melee and ranged talents you would have expected to produce sound before likely will with this mod. Multiple hits trigger multiple sounds, e.g. the Volley talent. There is still more to do, especially in terms of providing distinct sound effects for various game mechanics and talents, but the code as-is will affect almost every sound played in the game while adding more. I attempted to maximize compatibility, replacing a single function and using superloading and hooking for the rest. Feel free to reach out to me with any issues you discover or ideas/suggestions you may have on Steam or at theclawhorn@protonmail.com. Version 1.2.1: Version 1.2.0: Version 1.1.0: Automatic Notes 1.5.7 (1.7.0)Automatically collects notes about unvisited zones and unactivated features/events that the player has seen and may wish to return to later, updated as the player revisits said points of interest. Notes will reflect:
Notes for a level are updated when the player enters or leaves the level, and when bringing up the auto-collected notes list manually via <Alt-Shift-A> (configurable via the "Key bindings" dialog). The auto-collected notes list will also optionally pop up when you load a character, configurable via the game option "UI | Automatic notes". Frequently Asked Questions: Ashes of Urh'Rok 1.1.4 (1.7.4)Official Expansion! Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. As the barrier between our worlds begins to crack under their scrutiny, helpless Eyalites have begun to disappear, whisked up to serve as their slaves and playthings. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?
Features:
Prophecy Management 1.1.1 (1.7.0)Adds a new talent Prophecy Management, for easier management of the prophecies associated with Grand Oration, Twofold Curse and Revelation. Skirmisher + Annihilator DeJankifier 1.0.2 (1.7.0)Fixes various janky behaviour with Skirmisher, Archer, and Annihilator's projectile effects: Talents intended to hit instantly now properly do. In basegame, these classes use extremely fast projectiles in an attempt to simulate instant hits. However, this obviously does not work for many reasons, allowing actors to act in the interim (most obnoxiously, stepping out of the way of said attacks). This can no longer happen with this addon. Grenade Launcher's FX now sync properly with the projectile's impact. In vanilla EoR, the visual shockwave and sound FX are created immediately upon Grenade Launcher triggering, despite the actual projectile having travel time. This addon causes these effects to instead trigger when the grenade actually lands, and additionally adds enhanced VFX for each grenade type. Talents that now hit instantly: This addon tampers with core engine functions. As such I cannot fully guarantee stability or compatibility. Note that Embers of Rage is not required to load this addon. Enjoy! Better Sounds Mod 1.0.4 (1.7.4)Description Added Mods: + The infamous Wilhelm scream mod + Somebody shut that dog up! Установка: Удаление: или в игре: Interact with Sidekicks 1.2.4 (1.7.0)Provides an interface to interact with party members similar to the Interact with the Golem talent, by which yo ucan alter their equipment or spend their talent points. Also adds additional functionality like applying a rune or infusion directly to a party member, or managing its talent point plan in conjunction with the Talent Point Planner addon. The interaction dialog is bound to Alt-Shift-I by default, and can also be accessed by right-clicking on a suitable party member on the map or via the "Interact with Party Members" action on the main game menu. (NOTE: If you are using this addon in conjunction with the Talent Point Planner addon, you will need to upgrade the latter to release 10.8.3 or higher for compatibility. Similarly, if you are using this addon with the ZOmnibus Addon Pack or ZOmnibus Lite, you will need to upgrade it to release 17.2.3 or higher for compatibility.) Forbidden Cults 1.0.12 (1.7.4)Official Expansion! Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind. Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!
Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.
Bikini Tinker 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Slightly modifies internal tinker implementation so that attaching or detaching a tinker on a bikini or mankini does not count as taking it off for purposes of the associated achievement. Possessor Tweaks 2.3.0 (1.7.0)Adds useful information to various Possessor-related dialogs and talent tooltips. Frequently Asked Questions: Cleaner Item Descriptions 2.1.3 (1.7.0)This is a fork of Better Item Descriptions that simply makes the tooltip larger and uses long phrases instead of abbreviations. If you hold ALT before mousing over an item, you can see its vanilla description. If you ask what part of a description means, everyone gets to laugh at you. However, feel free to suggest better phrasing. Telekinetically Swap Tinkers 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Applies the existing "Gameplay | Swap tinkers" game option when wielding objects in the telekinetic slot via the Telekinetic Grasp talent, so that attached tinkers will (if requested) be transferred automatically from the old telekinetically-wielded item to the new one. (NOTE: If you are using this addon in conjunction with Use Item Shortcuts, you should upgrade the latter to release 2.13.0 or later. Similarly, if you are using this addon in conjunction with ZOmnibus Addon Pack or ZOmnibus Lite, you should upgrade the latter to release 17.7.4 or later.) Also papers over a bug in the existing male/female choices, so that the Fortress Shadow will continue to appear properly in the chat dialog with its appearance altered. NOTE: This class requires access to donator tiles, and thus requires the player to have donator status (including via purchasing the game through Steam). Frequently Asked Questions: Mindstar Tuning 1.1.0 (1.7.0)Modifies the Attune Mindstar talent to allow individual control over the nature-vs.-mind attument of your mainhand and offhand wielded mindstars. If either of you want to just steal my code and put it in your addons that is completely fine with me. Turn Separators v2 2.1.2 (1.6.0)Description I just fixed OoDChecker. This was good idea with update mod in a time, but ... Original Turn Separators mod by Codefly Installation: Remove: or make it easy in game: :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: РУС ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Описание Это моя улучшенная версия оригинального мода. Auto-Swap Ammo 1.1.1 (1.7.0)Allows you to arrange for specially tagged ammo in your inventory to be automatically swapped into your quiver when you use an archery-related talent with an empty quiver wielded. To use: Tag (via the 'Tag' action in the use-item dialog) all ammo in inventory that you wish to use with this addon with the tag AMMO:SWAP. Tag your "primary" ammo in your quiver slot, the one you want to be wielding after reloading is finished, with AMMO:SWAP:primary. When you use an archery-related talent while your wielded ammo is empty, if there are any non-empty ammos in your inventory tagged AMMO:SWAP or AMMO:SWAP:primary, a dialog will prompt you to choose which one to wield before firing (if there is only one, it will be swapped in without a dialog). During resting, waiting or moving, when ammo normally reloads, if your wielded ammo is full and any tagged ammo in your inventory is not full, one of them will be automatically wielded to continue reloading (with your "primary" ammo taking priority). Once all your tagged ammo is reloaded, your "primary" ammo will be re-wielded. Visibly Distinct Shadow Crypt 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Changes the appearance of the entrance to the Shadow Crypt in the far east to be different from the entrances to the Orc Prides, to avoid entering the wrong zone by mistake. Tinkers for Sidekicks 1.1.0 (1.7.0)An experimental addon that expands tinker-related actions from the use-item dialog and inventory dialog to allow attaching/detaching tinkers on equipment worn by the Alchemist's golem or other permanent party members. In particular:
This addon should also work similarly with the Annihilator's mecharachnid from the Embers of Rage DLC, the Writhing One's worm that walks from the Forbidden Cults DLC, or other permanent party members provided by other addons; for those cases, we recommend also using addons Interact with the Worm, Interact with the Mech, or Interact with Sidekicks, respectively, to provide access similar to the Interact with the Golem dialog. Frequently Asked Questions: Buffs Display Wrap 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Modifies the buffs display in the Minimalist UI, arranging for the vertical stack of beneficial or detrimental effect indicators to wrap to the next column if it would otherwise overlap the main toolbar or the hotkeys toolbar. Also available as part of the Bugnibus Bugfix Pack. Explicit Default Cosmetics 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Fixes a small cosmetic glitch in the Customize dialog on the character creation screen by explicitly setting the default cosmetics for your current race/class/sex as selected, so that selecting a value in one category (like Skin) doesn't lose the default selection in another category (like Hair, leaving the character bald). Show Second Weapon Set 1.1.0 (1.7.0)Modifies the equipment/inventory dialog to optionally include equipment frames for the second weapon set, controlled by game option "UI | Show second weapon set in equipment dialog". Equipment can be wielded directly to the second weapon set by dragging it from the inventory list. Mannendake's Improved Auto-explore and Rest 3.5.1 (1.7.2)Quality of Life improvements for resting and auto-exploring. This is a fork of a fork of Marson's auto-explore and rest tweaks, forked by Dracos and then again by mannendake. This version fixes opening doors taking a turn and returns the fixedart icons to their respective lore entries. v3.5.1 *** FOR ToME v1.7.2 *** It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them. This mod provides several options to control it. These may be found by opening the Game Menu->Game Options->Gameplay menu. Feel free to customize to preference with the defaults meant to be free of questionable behavior. Latest Update Notes: Existing Features: Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'. Available modes: • 'Always Viligant' always stops running when a hostile creature is seen via telepathy. • 'Original' is standard ToME auto-explore behavior, which ignores telepathy when running or auto-exploring. • Compatible with ToME v1.6.0 Notes: • Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. If in 'Always Viligant' mode and a hostile is within telepathic sight (but not normal sight), you will auto-explore in 1 square per keypress increments. Highlight Antimagic Disruptors 1.0.0 (1.7.0)Adds game option "UI | Hilight arcane-disrupting equipment", which hilights in the equipment display any worn or wielded arcane-disrupting equipment that is causing the Antimagic Disruption effect. Auto-usable Wards 1.1.1 (1.7.0)Modifies objects that confer the Ward talent to provide two separate talents: an instant-use, no-cooldown talent Choose Ward and the original talent, renamed Apply Ward, which now activates the ward type selected via Choose Ward. The author is assured that this arrangement will make wards easier to use with the game's auto-use functionality. Possessor Bonus Class 1.7.4Donators/Buyers bonus! Sandworm Cavern SONAR 1.2.2 (1.7.0)Gives the player access to an item that can detect and highlight sand cavern walls in the Sandworm lair. Frequently Asked Questions: Embers of Rage 1.1.10 (1.7.4)Official Expansion! One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. It adds to the standard tooltip detailed information on speed, main-hand, off-hand, and ranged damage, and damage modifiers and extra crit power, including damage penetration and damage affinities, plus retaliation damage, depending on what options are selected (from a tab in Game Options menu). This makes it much easier to inspect multiple monsters and quickly identify the most threatening. By holding a meta-key (ctrl, alt, or shift) and hovering the mouse over a monster, information on its status immunities and talents is displayed. In addition, information on temporary terrain features (like smoke and darkness) and map effects (from spells and the like) will be displayed in the terrain tooltip if the appropriate options are enabled. This addon is originally developed by Hachem_Muche and continued by sSs1897. version changes: version 2.7 for ToME 1.5.0: -- updated for cold flames custom edit version 0.1 for ToME 1.6.1: version 0.2: version 0.3: version 0.4: Logical Alchemists 1.0.4 (1.5.10)Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with. Auto-Rotate Auras/Shields 1.1.0 (1.7.0)Adds game options "Gameplay | Auto-rotate auras" and "Gameplay | Auto-rotate shields", which will make an effort to ensure that you have the game maximum of two aura or shield talents from the Psionic/Projection resp. Psionic/Absorption trees active at once. In particular, any time you deactivate/spike one of these talents, or one comes off cooldown, the game will attempt to activate other available related talents, in the order you specify. Use Alchemist Gems From Inventory 2.2.1 (1.7.0)Allows you to configure talents that use alchemist gems to prompt for gems to use from inventory instead of your wielded gems, via the "Prompt for alchemist gems to use with this talent" option on the right-click talent binding menu or the Talents dialog. Affected talents are:
Interact with the Mech 1.2.0 (1.7.0)Adds new talent Interact with the Mech, allowing Annihilators from the Embers of Rage DLC using the Steamtech/Mecharachnid talent tree to manipulate their mecharachnid's equipment and talents (and name) in a more convenient manner similar to Alchemists' Interact with the Golem talent. Annotated Charm Hotkeys 1.1.1 (1.7.0)Modifies the display of torques, totems and wands in the hotkeys toolbar, adding a corner image reflecting the charm's type. [NOTE: If you are using this addon in conjunction with Juggle Hotkeys on Unwield, you will need to update the latter to release 1.4.0 or higher for compatibility. Similarly, if you are using this addon in conjunction with the ZOmnibus Addon Pack or ZOmnibus Lite, you will need to update it to release 17.0.0 or higher for compatibility.] Command Multiple Staffs 1.1.2 (1.7.0)Modifies the Command Staff talent to work on a staff wielded in the offhand, psionic focus or other non-mainhand slot. If you are wielding multiple staffs, the talent will prompt you to choose one to modify. Swap Equipment Sets 1.0.0 (1.7.0)An experimental addon to coordinate and simplify swapping in specified sets of equipment for temporary use and re-wielding your original equipment later. To use this addon, tag your swap-in items with SET:SetName (for whatever set name); in the "Swap Equipment Sets" dialog (bound to <Alt-Shift-X> by default), they will be listed as the set SetName, and can be wielded from the dialog (taking the normal amount of game time for such an equipment change). Your original equipment will be temporarily tagged with SET:SwapBack, so you can re-wield your original equipment by swapping in the SwapBack set. Also provides an optional status indicator in the buffs display to remind you when you are wearing equipment from one of your swap-in sets (controlled by game option "Gameplay | Show marker for swapped-in equipment"). [License note: This addon uses a modified version of an image by Delapouite from Game-icons.net, pursuant to the Creative Commons CC-BY-3.0 license.] Frequently Asked Questions: Invasion Portal Rain Check 1.1.1 (1.7.0)Adds the ability to temporarily seal a naga invasion portal or Fearscape invasion portal, preventing further spawns from the portal but allowing you to unseal and enter it later. |

Uses 0 power out of 1000/1000 This chest is an extension of old Sher'tul places of power. Any items dropped inside are transported to an other place, processed and destroyed to extract energy. The byproduct of this effect is the creation of gold, which is useless to process, so it is sent back to you. When you possess the chest all items you walk upon will automatically be put inside and transmogrified when you leave the level. Simply go to your inventory to move them out of the chest if you wish to keep them. Items in the chest will not encumber you. |
