Paradox Mage is a class introduced in the base game. It must be unlocked by playing as a Temporal Warden and getting "killed" by your future self in the Daikara. When your future self kills you, because of the grandfather paradox that your death would cause, your future self dies instead of you, and you survive with 30% health remaining.

A hand may clap alone if it returns to clap itself.
Search for the power in the paradox.
Description
A Paradox Mage studies the very fabric of spacetime, learning not just to bend it but shape it and remake it.
Most Paradox Mages lack basic skills that others take for granted (like general fighting sense), but they make up for it through control of cosmic forces.
Paradox Mages start off with knowledge of all but the most complex Chronomantic schools.
Their most important stats are: Magic and Willpower
New Class Unlocked Description
Time isn't a linear thing; it only appears to be. In truth it's a fabric, the very fabric that holds the universe together.
Some seek to weave this fabric, to bend it and shape it to their own will. Only the truly dedicated or the truly mad manage to unlock the secrets of time and space.
You have learned such secrets and can now create new characters with the Paradox Mage class.
Paradox Mages are non-traditional spell casters who use chronomancy to reshape the universe. Class features:
- Control the flow of time around you
- Bend and manipulate the timestream or even pull yourself from the future
- Manipulate space and gravity to smash your foes to pieces or keep them in place
- See into the future or even travel into the past
Paradox Mages use Paradox for their powers. It represents how much damage they've done to the spacetime continuum.
The higher their paradox the greater the effect of their powers but the harder they'll be to control.
