Addons | Ignore Campaign/Difficulty Locks 1.1.0Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for campaigns and difficulty levels, allowing characters to play campaigns and difficulty levels that you haven't unlocked. Doesn't actually unlock anything. Prowler Class 1.5.10Adds the Prowler subclass, a hybrid Wilder that uses stealth and mobility to take down their foes. Uses a combination of standard Rogue and Wilder talents, four new Wild-Gift trees and two new Technique trees. Prowlers are wild-rogues that focus on agile melee combat with psiblades or daggers and use their strong will to augment their abilities and call nature to their bidding. The Crucible 1.3.1As I'm bad at descriptions, heres the in-game description that you'll get whenever you want to forge an item for more information; This process will transplant all egos from the 2 altars on the outside, onto the center item. This process will use Fortress energy. (Ranged weapons of any sort (including ammo) is not recommended, but not disallowed. Use at your own risk.) Bonus Escorts 1.3.1Adds Wilder and Psion escorts. Adjustable Exp 1.0.4This addon allows players to adjust the amount of exp they gain per kill via Game Options. The current allowable range is 0% - 1000%, with 100% being the default rate. The range can be expanded if there's demand for it. The adjustment rate will be set to the default of 100% for each new character made, and once set will remain persistent for that specific character. Also, the level cap on gaining exp from lower leveled opponents has been removed for increased flexibility. Please let me know if there are any issues. Beyond the Flesh Tweak 1.4.9Tweaks beyond the flesh so that each time the talent is activated a check will be made to determine if using 'psi-combat' stats (wil/cun) will be more or less effective for your currently conventionally wielded weapons. If these stats would be worse, the 'use_psi_combat' value is not set for the player, allowing them to use the sustain while using the normal stats for weapons. Mostly useful for Adventurer builds. As of the first version, only checks the mainhand or ammo if you're wielding a ranged weapon, mostly ignores the accuracy issue (save for a single check if you have a staff in your mainhand), also effects the psi focus weapon, and any and all support for shields, unarmed attacks, and talents such as Strength of Purpose or Lethality is entirely incidental. See the forum thread for a list of known issues, mostly just those listed above. As of NSRR Betterment Version 1, most of that's fixed to one degree or another. Check thread for details, or don't and just know it's working better now. Special credit to forum user/addon maker nsrr, who probably deserves more credit for the contents of this addon than I do. Last Hope archery training 1.5.10Last Hope basic training in weapon shop. p.s. I was very annoyed with inability of rogues for use of bows or slings. New Gem Types 1.4.2Adds several new gem types and attempts to fill in some gaps in Tiered gem colors; also adds the Crystal race. This is a continuation of jayseesee's original addon. It's my hope that the gems in this release are balanced, consistent across tiers, and useful to a variety of different characters. Also hopefully all the Crystal's balance issues have been worked out: it should be an interesting tactical challenge to make best use of its unique mobility, find the right time to exploit its Runic Saturation status clear Stasis talent, and optimal self-imbued gemstone for each dungeon. As always, please let me know if you find any issues in terms of bugs, game mechanics, or interface! Mighty Level Up Cheat 1.3.0Greatly enhances rate of point gain for talents, generics, stats, categories and even prodigies. Exotic randarts 1.4.6Allows you to purchase Trident and Whip randarts from the lost merchant at Last Hope. Relies on having a separate addon for defining tiered whips, such as http://te4.org/games/addons/tome/exotic-weapon-master. 50 by the Sanctum 1.1.0Auto-levels your character as you ascend High Peak (similarly to the Escape from Reknor Dwarf start zone), up to level 50 at the top of High Peak. Frequently Asked Questions: Instant Projectiles 1.5.5 Breath Variety 1.3.0Wyrmic breaths scale with best of strength, willpower, magic. Doctornull's Class Pack 1.4.2This pack compiles several classes, with an emphasis on hybrid design. Not all classes are complete: the ones which I'm not satisfied with are marked as either INCOMPLETE or "in BETA". The classes included in this pack are: (BETA) Shield Hero is an Adventurer who starts with heavy armor and a shield. Not very exciting unless you were annoyed about not being able to equip your Adventurer's shield right away. (INCOMPLETE) The Flux Marauder is a Paradox thug, stealing time from his enemies. x (Removed): The human-only Embers of Gerlyk are fire-using magical martial artists. Removed pending new content / 1.6 features. Class: Revamped Wyrmic 1.5.0A variation on wyrmics, as a multi-elemental debuff-centered class. The core of Wyrmic is: Then, a wyrmic picks one of the six natural elements: Fire, Ice, Lightning, Sand, Acid, or Poison. Each element has a single ability available right away, and a set of advanced skills that require a category point to access. Apex Predator - new generic tree that fills in a few gaps and lets you wear gems. Credits Compatibility Other AEther Operators 1.2.3Experiment addon based on Tourist example mod an Glutton Mod: Exponential Leveling 1.5.5Exponential Leveling is an addon that changes the amount of points (stats, class, ..) and optionally resources (hp/stamina/mana/regen..) you gain upon EACH level up. Being fully configurable, it can also be used to make the game easier as you wish to. THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS. How to use this addon: - Download and install, of course. Check if the addon is ACTIVATED. If you have another addon that superload/overload player.lua, it might conflict. - Start a New Game. - Under Options > Gameplay, you can enable or disable the addon. This will work from the next levelup. It cannot be used retroactively. - You can also change mode of operating (Default is balanced) and optional modes of operation (Also increase resources, life, etc on levelup) or be left as is. Operating Modes: - Balanced -> Gives extra points in a fair way depending on your difficulty (Nightmare, Insane and Madness) - Extra Points -> Gives many more points than vanilla in any difficulty - Cheatish -> Gives way more points than you'll ever need - Only Life -> Does NOT change how many points you gain on levelup, but provide some extra MAX HP on levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. Optional Modes (These work alongside Operating Modes): - None -> Nothing else than what chosen under Operating Modes - All Resources -> Increase stamina, mana, hate, vim, etc (MAX and regen) upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. - MAX HP -> Increase only MAX HP and not all resources upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. Stacks with Only Life if you want to. POINTS COMPARISON (Example: Cornac Rogue at lv50): STATS | TALENTS | GENERIC | CATEGORY | PRODIGIES | MAX HP | STAMINA VANILLA | 160 | 70 | 49 | 4 | 2 | 958 | 247 BALANCED NIGHTMARE | 181 | 127 | 101 | 9 | 5 | 958 | 247 BALANCED INSANE | 217 | 145 | 119 | 12 | 8 | 958 | 247 BALANCED MADNESS | 269 | 166 | 140 | 20 | 17 | 958 | 247 EXTRA POINTS | 212 | 171 | 150 | 14 | 17 | 958 | 247 CHEATISH | 1140 | 560 | 539 | 102 | 202 | 958 | 247 ONLY LIFE | 160 | 70 | 49 | 4 | 2 | 1252+ | 247 + ALL RESOURCES | - | - | - | - | - | 1252+ | 396+ All resources ALSO gives, by a small amount, resources regeneration like: mana, stamina, vim, positive/negative, hate (per kill, not passively generated), psi and reduces equilibrium (by a small amount) every turn even in combat. Update v4.0.3
Shadowflame Tree Tweaks 1.2.5Tweaks the shadowflame tree slightly. QuickTome: Resource Tweaks 1.3.1 Adjustable Levelup 1.5.5Allows modification of gains for stats, resources, experience gain, category points, and prodigy points. If you would like to be able to modify other values post them in the comments. UPDATE: I've added the ability to modify stat and level maximums. I have also added the ability to customize which levels stats, talents, talent types, and prodigies are gained at. This allows for alternative leveling schemes such as gaining 2 class points on every even level and 2 generic points every odd level. For example, the max/milestone level could be set to 100, xp gain at 300, and all intervals doubled with alternating offsets for a faster early game, a slower late game, and increased potential for early game specialization. NOTE: All options are accessed after loading a character through the game options window under a new Levelup tab. They will only appear for characters created after the addon is enabled. UPDATE: I've added the ability to toggle unlearning of prodigies and stats. I've also reworked some of the internals to improve compatibility with future changes. Succor and easement 1.0.1INFO: This mod is *defunct*. Dead and buried. Been for years now. To be honest, I've been hoping something similar would make it into the main game but it never did. Which I will forever be miffed by :). There are alternatives (for both, the alchemist part and the escort part), check the comments, search the addons. I keep it here for those few who might want to play an older version of the game or for coding reference. --- Old description: A few things to make rng less random with regards to character build (because I really, really dislike it when a build is subject to randomness). This includes and is limited to: It does make the game easier. Not in a significant way but use at risk to your own pride. Formerly "known" as Succor and easement. Doomed/Darkness Tweaks 1.5.5Gem Chest 1.5.3Extract Gems is now automatically used in the TransmoChest without needing an upgrade. CHANGES IN 1.1 CHANGES IN 1.1.1 No Encumbrance 1.0.4This addon permanently sets the player's current encumbrance to zero. Please let me know if there are any issues. Starting prodigy 1.0.4Prodigies have minimal requirements and you can get one at level 1. Adjustable Levelup - t155 1.5.5Allows modification of leveling. Can modify stat gain, talent gain, category gain, life gain, and more. If you would like to be able to modify other values post them in the comments. Inspired by Asellia's adjustable_level_points addon. Syro's edits: Added some changes that were added up to the game version 1.5.5, like hide categories button. Forgeknight 1.2.5The basic idea behind the class of the Forge Knight is that of armor and weapon crafting. While item manipulation is already part of the game in form of some talents like Stone Alchemy's Imbue item or Finer energy manipulations' Reshape Weapon/Armour, class talents of the Forge Knight go one step further and allow the recreation of a piece of armour (body, helm, shield) or weapon (metallic, non-archery). The underlying crafting process is pretty simple: an existing item is being used as raw material for the creation of a new item of the same basic type and subtype. The original item is being consumed during the crafting process. Crafted items are initially basic items (white display colour) enhanced by certain bonuses like combat damage or armour and defense values. The development of passive talents allows for a broader spectrum of enhancements on the crafted weapon. Eventually, a Forge Knight learns to craft items with innate extra properties, like a developed ego (green/blue/violett display-colours) and powerful talents, which the Forge Knight gains access to while wielding the crafted item . In addition to two talent types dedicated to crafting (weapons, armours), the Forge Knight gets two additional unique talent types (class, generic) covering combat and passives, as well as several talent types from those normally available to members of the warrior classtree. The class idea was partly inspired by the concept of the Enchanter class in Arcanum from House Pet, which I had alot of fun with, and the desire to build a variation of a smith-class, which doesn't exist so far in Maj'Eyal. Addendum: - Fixed compatibility with grayswandirs weapons pack: alternative damage modificators are now enhanced too. Reduced Abuse: - any antimagic item that is being used for forging will result in forged items with an antimagic powersource Revision: - removed access to regular shield/dualwielding/2handed-talent-trees from the Forge Knight Refine & Restore: - Refine Items: Learning or putting a point into the talents "Armour Forging" or "Weapon Forging" gives access to a skill, that lets you upgrade your forged items towards your current skill level in the different talents of the forge group. Only properties that were put onto a forged item via the forge-skill previously will be affected and only items that have been forged after this patch can be refined. Forbid Nature / Arcane: - If you are too distant to nature (e.g. undead), you won't forge items which grant you wild-gift-talents anymore (unless you forge items powered by antimagic forces). Refinement Fix: - Fixed an issue, where after refining an equiped weapon or armor some properties (like resists) wouldn't be registered properly Small Fix (15.01.2015): Fix weapons_of_projection (24.01.2015): Improved Staff of Awakening 1.4.9Makes the Staff of Awakening sentient and lets it upgrade itself with the power of absorbed bosses. Planning to add additional sentient weapons. Also adds a quest to make the Sher'Tul fortress fly again and a Sher'Tul race. Both are currently beta. Flight is mostly working, but I may have missed some glitches. UPDATE: I've added the ability to continue on to the embers campaign by entering the solar system and then returning to Eyal. Shaman 1.5.10DescriptionThis addon adds the Shaman as a playable class. Shamans are masters of elemental magic attacks, mindpower based summons, or good old fashioned melee weapons. Shamans use both their weapon sets and are encouraged to switch during the battle to adapt to every situation. They start with the Shaman's Path talent, a passive that gives them bonus adapted to their weapon sets of choice. 6 unique class trees (3 locked) : 2 unique generic trees : With the exception of 4 talents, Shaman talents can appear on NPC. DisclaimerThis is my first addon and first coding project, I can promise I tested this addon as best I could, but that does not mean it is without bugs. Please report any bugs you find and I will endeavor to fix them ;) If possible, please take discussions and bugs report to the forum thread I will make. CreditsNefigah for loving the Shaman idea and helping me more than a little with the coding. Chewbacca for testing Shaman maybe more than me. Micbran for correcting my bad english. Rexorcorum for the pretty awesome spirits and totems tiles. Orange because his name is lucky :frog: :robot:. http://game-icons.net/ for all the icons. In advance, whoever tries this out and gives me feedback so I can continue to improve it ! Changelog1.0.8 : - updated bark armor and yeti totem description to fit new crit shrug behavior (main game 1.6 changes) 1.0.7 : - nerfed snake/boar fetishes damage (turns out reapplying DoT so much gives way too big numbers) 1.0.6 : - nerfed bark armor shield at low TL/STR 1.0.5 : - Added an option for legacy spirit tiles due to popular request. Found under Game Options --> Shaman, enabling will display old spirit tiles (need to resummon the spirits) 1.0.4 : - Fixed fetish targeting not working if you aimed beyond their range 1.0.3 : - Elemental Spirits description fixed (was incorrectly stating it used raw levels) 1.0.2 : - Last tiles added, say hello to the new spirits ! 1.0.1 : tiles added for Wyrm totem and Bones totem. Shaman path correctly given to everyone at birth. Updated shaman path description to reflect the scaling. Eternal Darkness 1.5.0Adds many new spells for Necromancer and modifies many existing spells, effects and minions. See thread for full details. Multi-Class Challenge 1.4.8Allows the player to pick multiple classes, turning all enemies into Randbosses as a counter-measure. In order to activate this addon, check your Game Options for a new tab. Aegis Reward 1.5.5An edit of Waladil's Conveyance Reward to give Aegis rather than Conveyance, as I feel Aegis is a better Spell counterpart to Wild-Gift/Fungus. Cash Grab 1.4.8Reduces value reductions from zones. Feel free to comment, but bear in mind that this is designed for people who WANT to grind for insanely specific end-game loot. If you don't wanna do that, don't download the mod. Those value penalties were put in to discourage a specific style of play, this addon is for people who wanna do that style of play anyway. TODO: Farportals. I've found the code but don't want to overload the large piece of code it's in, and I don't seem to be able to superload the things that define Farportal value. Bonuses at Level 10 1.5.10Characters are given +2 Class Talents, +2 Generic Talents, +10 Stat Points, and +1 Prodigy Points upon reaching level 10. This is meant to compensate for the removal of Alchemist Quests, Escorts, Yeek Wayist's Buff, and Wyrm Bile's Stat Changes which are tedious but provide very nice rewards. The idea is to restore some of the power which is lost by removing these rewards without changing the overall strength of the character. Getting the Light Category via escort, for instance, is easily as good as most Prodigies. You can download the mod that removes these things here, made by Regalion: Marson's All-Seeing Eye 1.2.3v1.0.0 I created this so I could experiment with Madness without the need for a crazy amount of scouting. This is an extreme solution to scouting tedium as it also sees through invisibility and stealth as well. I may come up with a middle-ground solution after mucking with this a bit. Stoneshaper 1.5.0Adds the Stoneshaper, a wild caster. Stoneshapers manipulate terrain, creating or destroying it at need, and have been known to forge formidable weapons from stone. Midnight 1.5.0Adds two new shadowy Celestial classes. Now with a new starting zone: Save the Sunwall crops from a worm infestation. Currently there are nine new categories. It also grants Sun and Glyphs to Sun Paladin at 1.3 mastery. QuickTome: Improved Recall 1.4.8Changes to make ToME faster to play without providing gameplay advantages. You may freely modify and redistribute this addon and its contents, except where otherwise indicated in the Credits section below. Weight: 216890 Full list of effects- After generating the world map, using zone exits or recalling allows you to teleport to most reachable zones, instead of having to walk through the world map. Recalling can still drag doomelves/doombringers/demonologists to the Anteroom of Agony, and the teleportation won't let you bypass Crypt of Kryl'Feijan, Godfeaster, or the Dreadfell ambush. - Maj'Eyal characters start with the Orb of Communication, which can be used to contact the alchemists, Elder of Last Hope, Protector Myssil, and Zemekkys when appropriate. - Achievement pop-ups and announcing your own achievements in chat can be disabled in the game UI and Online options, respectively. - Added an easily toggleable "digging mode" that automatically uses your Dig talent when you move into a diggable wall with no hostiles in sight. Same with staff-using mages and Staff Combat. So I figured out how to fix it and did! Boneling Talent Tree 1.4.8Adds in the Boneling tree for Corrupters and Reavers. Summon forth a swarm of self-replicating(and self-destructive) Boneling minions. Carve two Bonelings from target foe's body, dealing Moderate Physical damage. Bonelings are weak melee attackers. Whenever they land an attack on a foe, they spawn another Boneling, up to a maximum which scales with TL and Willpower. - Splinter Overload target Boneling with extra Vim, causing it to explode for High Physical damage in a small radius. The primary explosion can hurt friendlies. Additionally, upon learning this talent, any Bonelings that die via any means explode for Minor Physical damage in a radius of 1. The secondary explosion does not hurt friendlies.- Collar Bone Must target foe that is surrounded by at least 2 Bonelings. All adjacent Bonelings sacrifice themselves to attach to target foe, reducing their damage dealt for 5 turns by a Moderate value. - Rough Ribbed You have learnt to intwine yourself with your Bonelings. Nyles GOD Mode 1.5.5Nyles GOD Mode is an addon that prevents you from being killed. Sort of. THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS. It works this way (there are two different modes inside):- When activated, start a New Game. - You will find under game options > gameplay, a new setting that lets you toggle godmode on or off. - You can change this setting any time at any place in the game. Upon spotting an enemy, you will be granted a huge amount of life and regen as well a an incredible amount of resistances. When all the enemies are killed, you stats will be reverted back to normal. Update v2.0.1

Shield Tactics - New Bulwark Talent Category 1.5.10Adds the 'Technique/Shield tactics' talent tree as a new generic category available to Bulwarks. Starts locked at 1.3 mastery, and requires Con. 1)Tempered Will: 2)Relentless Retaliation: 3)Tactical Defense: 4)Reflexive Block: Unlimited Respec 1.3.1Removes the restriction on how many talents you can respec. Extra Dungeons 1.5.5In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.) Current mod features: Experience Controller 1.5.5
Experience Controller is an addon that lets you change the amount of experience you receive upon killing foes. You can enable/disable it realtime and it will work from the next kill onward. It also works for arena and infinite dungeon alike. THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS.
