This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack adds particles to certain effect types (such as "dizzy stars" for stuns and confusions, or green bubbles for poisons).
Background: It is otherwise difficult to tell if or when certain effects procced or not, and it is also kind of obnoxious having to check each and every enemy for whether they're affected by something or not.

This addon replaces ToME's floating combat text:
- Shows the damage type (lightning, etc.) as icons or text!
- Text moves in a consistent direction and should be much easier to read than ToME's default for a variety of reasons.
- Can group damage for an entire player turn, or by every action taken - choose how much information you want to see!
- Various font sizes to choose from
- Various font coloring options (color by major damage type, use the default red / green, etc.)
- Text duration can be changed to fit your play style.

Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?

Features:

• Start with a new class, the Doombringer! These avatars of demonic destruction charge into battle with massive two-handed weapons, cutting swaths of firey devastation through hordes of opponents. • Two new events, appearing anywhere in Eyal!
• 20 new artifacts, with unique and interesting effects. Collect the Obsidian Treasures to amass more and more power! Slip your hands into the Will of Ul'Gruth and watch your sweeping blows smash down walls! Wear a giant hideous hell-mouth as a fashionable belt!
• 7 new achievements! Conquer the worst Urh'Rok's forces can throw at you, and hang their metaphorical skulls from your profile page!

This makes elemental damage resists and damage increases curve in the same way that saves do.

- This doesn't change item or talent descriptions, but does correctly show on characters.
- All resistance may show up incorrectly in the tooltips.
- All base resist values are tripled so that 100% old resist will match up with 100% new resist.
- Resist caps still apply to the pre-curve pre-tripled values.

Actor:onTakeHit is currently a mismash of talent and effect specific code. This makes it difficult to read, difficult to mod, and probably difficult to maintain. I've (partially) converted it to a callback system to clean things up and allow more flexible talent definitions.

Adds a new talent Prophecy Management, for easier management of the prophecies associated with Grand Oration, Twofold Curse and Revelation.

Makes clearer view of EuipDoll by replacing item egos list with actual name, and tuning a font a bit
Because 'Ichorqueen' tells me much more than 'steel,hate,psyport,super.c,telekinetic', and looks definetly better :)

Adds all races available in the Arena campaign to the Orcs campaign. You will still need to have a race unlocked in order to play it in the Orcs campaign.

This should work for all DLC races and most addon races, assuming they are not implemented in an unusual way and their addon weight is lower than that of this addon (200000).

Replaces the Ghoul Global Speed Penalty of the default 1.5.5 game with a starting healing mod of 51% (compared to normal).

Also includes Ghouls Don't Breathe features (thanks blortad) with an added fix I made so tinker inscriptions (Embers of Rage DLC feature unlocked in original campaign) don't get overwritten. Ghoul Buff (thanks StarKeep and of course DarkGod) is included in its entirety:

Ghoul Buff:
Tweaks the 1st and 4th Ghoul Racials.
1st for general usefulness, now grants flat damage reduction instead.
4th for general usefulness, now checks your Str+Con against Physical Save, and spawns infinite duration, slowly decaying, ghoul summons.

Ghoul MultiFork general details:
The base healing mod increases by 1% each level, and then becomes greater than 1 if you go past level 50 (levels greater than 50 only available in Infinite Dungeon). Of course Constitution, items and other factors (such as current zone effects, negative effects, sustains, passive effects and maximum healing mod value) can and do affect your final healing mod value.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH: Race Rebalancing Addon aka RACISM, Ghoul Buff addon, Ghouls Dont Breathe addon, Ghoul Global Speed Tweak addon because they change similar things.

ADDON PRIORITY (Load order): 1000

This addon OVERLOADS the Ghoul racial skills file to add the 1% healing mod bonus per level and incorporate the Ghoul Buff features:

This addon also uses a 'ToME:load' HOOK to change the default ghoul global speed to 100%, to remove the requirement for ghouls to breathe, to set the basic healing factor, and to change the character creation text.

The Dread Necromancer is a complete reimagining of Necromancer - while it shares many of the themes and names, and has a few talents retained, it's effectively an entirely new take on the class.
It still uses mana and souls, but souls behave quite differently. You can store up to 5, and regenerate and can retain up to 3 out of combat. Damage dealt by you and your minions grant soul fragments, and you gain a soul when you obtain a sufficient amount. Souls are used both to summon minions, and for your more powerful spells.
Depending on your categories chosen you can have powerful, temporary minions, weaker mass minions that last indefinitely in combat, or a single minion with customization options.

Allows the demon seed effect to stack multiple times.

Combines multiple good mods that enhance various aspects of Arcane Combat, with some edits to resolve compatibility issues:

Adds the High Guard, a mage subclass. The High Guard is a melee fighter with mid-range spells who can wield any staff in one hand and favors shields in the offhand.
Primary stats are Magic and Strength. All talents are spells and use only mana. Attacks with both staff and shield, with nearly all attacks (save for bumps) dealing the damage type your staff is currently alinged to.

Makes the Staff of Awakening sentient and lets it upgrade itself with the power of absorbed bosses. Planning to add additional sentient weapons.

Also adds a quest to make the Sher'Tul fortress fly again and a Sher'Tul race. Both are currently beta. Flight is mostly working, but I may have missed some glitches.

UPDATE: I've added the ability to continue on to the embers campaign by entering the solar system and then returning to Eyal.

Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind.
Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.
That something is you.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!
• The Godfeaster: Deep undergroud the ground shakes as ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• The Scourge Pits: On the south of the Iron Throne lays a fool pit of ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• Forbidden Tomes: Find special artifact books of ancient lore. But, read at your own peril, for the story they tell may very well suck you in... quite literally.
  Maybe you will even find The One That Writes...
• Occult Egress: A strange, extremely old, contraption of unknown origin. It seems to require some kind of code sequence to activate. Maybe you will find some during your adventures?
• The Entropic Void: So you think you are strong? Powerful? Invulnerable? In the end, entropy always wins, as you will learn...

What would an expansion about horrors be without a bunch of new horrors to torment you with? Please give a warm welcome to:

Adds a keybind to activate the new player AI. Set to Alt+F1 by default.
This player AI rests, auto-explores, and attacks enemies.
It will clear an entire floor or stop when it hits 1/4 health in the presence of enemies.
Future versions may add configurations.

Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs:
- Escorts now follow the player when not close to the portal.
- Escorts occasionally say useful things.

Background: I know-- It's so obvious, right?? For the longest time, I've wanted to make this add-on-- But it was only now that I could confirm its stability.

This unlocks various(all?) talents trees at x1.3 for Adventurers, including possessor, stone warden and cursed/cursed aura. This addon REQUIRES possessors to be enabled, meaning you must be a donator, and logged in.

Obsoletion notice:
Frozen Summoner AI was designed for 1.5.10. This addon is not needed if you are playing on version 1.6, as the official game includes changes which makes this redundant.

There's a little 'quirk' with the AI where summoned minions of yours will help break you out of any ice you may be stuck in. Unfortunately for you, this also just damages you, which may kill you.

This addon removes this behavior entirely.

Extends mod.class.Actor:reactionToward(). This addon is safe to enable and disable on existing save files.

Adds the Ruined, an afflicted subclass.

Ruined are spell casters that have been twisted by the curse.

• WARNING* This addon is NOT compatible with the story mode, it won't crash the game or anything but will turn some factions hostile. If you want to buy spells in the main story you can *Disable* this mod -in game- ("Main menu" > "addons") and install my addon below!

This addon places "--------" turn separator lines at the exact points you made a move so that you can easily tell what has taken place since your last move, and what text corresponds to the turn before that"

Con gives die_at for undead.

Adds the Steam Witch, a Tinker sub-class. The Steam Witch was born into time magic but found the ordered ways of the Wardens boring and struck out to find a path of their own. Travelling through time and space they found an affinity for technology and integrated their time magic with steam mechanisms.

Steam Witches are a ranged attack and spell casting class. Their tl;dr description is ‘magical Psyshot’. Class highlights:

Mystic Combat: Steam Witches fight with a steamgun in one hand and a dagger in other, projecting ranged dagger attacks when attacking with the steamgun. Successful dagger attacks will trigger additional effects based on a selected Touch ability (possible magical attack, magic enhancement, or lifesteal regeneration).
Timegear: Use steam-powered devices that are infused with magical effects.
Hexes: Cast hexes on enemies to render them vulnerable to damage types. Later abilities add damage-over-time and effect vulnerabilities to hexes, plus a special attack based on the hexes a target is afflicted with.
Witchbrews: Customize your character build with one of three Brew sustains that enhance either combat, magic, or steampower.
Future Relics: Activate powerful offensive and defensive abilities that require a turn and a large amount of steam to charge up.
Time Magic: Phase away from enemies, deflect and delay damage, repair your timeline, summon a spider familiar, and create walls out of thin air! Be careful though, as Steam Witches lack the rigorous training of Chronomancers and thus do not benefit from and have less control over Paradox.
Clockwork Menagerie: Command an array of mechanical creatures just short of a winged monkey with cymbals.

• 1.2.0 Update: Extensive talent tree modifications/additions; new character creation required for talent changes.

This addon makes items description easier to read and determine on a glance it's usefulness
- sorts all stats by category - DPS/DEF/MISC
- item's passive power always the same blue color (not a random blue-yellow-pink-green)
- item's usable power - always yellow
- all rarity categories are displayed
- encumbrance value moved to the right under item name
- "on hit" powers always green
- "Stats" have an ornage highlight and placed before others because it's most important one
- Removed many extra-explain details, which any veteran player would not want to read each time
for example, stat "S.pwr/crit" shorten from "Spellpower on spell critical (stacks up to 3 times)"
means you do remember that it can stack only 3 times, and is not so super important anyway
- DLC supported - Orcs/Ashes
- few bug-fixes along the way

Most important thing to remember
- Requirements only shown for those you don't meet. If you want to see all reqs - hold CTRL
- "Phasing" stat means - "Damage Shield penetration", the name was taken from the source and looks good to me, and short enough
- The "-" minus sign at the end of stat mean immunity or reduction of some sort, for example "Blind-" = "Blindness immunity",
- "Max.summ" = Max wilder summons
- "Summ.HP.reg" = Life regen bonus (wilder-summons)
- "Def/telep" = Defense after a teleport
- "Res/telep" = Resist all after a teleport
- "Dur/telep" = New effects duration reduction after a teleport

Adds many new spells for Necromancer and modifies many existing spells, effects and minions. See thread for full details.

Gluttons are cursed with insatiable Hunger, which they use as a resource. It increases over time, and gives benefits and penalties depending on the current amount they have. They can Devour creatures, which they can then Digest to gain bonuses, sometimes permanent, including stat points and even talents. Since Gluttons can gain stat points from Devouring creatures, they gain no stat points per level. Since they can gain talents as well, they start with few categories. This is the basic class concept, and I hope you have fun with it. Disclaimer: the Glutton is very unbalanced right now (hence the alpha status). I welcome and encourage any feedback.

Minor buffs to rogue

As recently seen with the cults expansion, new classes are sometimes missing from addon campaigns due to load order. This addon solves that problem. It allows usage of all main campaign classes in all addon campaigns.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack adds a heads-up display to the side if your current character has a summoning timer, displaying their remaining time.
Background: It was originally designed to operate with "OoTS" Lifelinks, but I later decided to extend it for general purposes. Besides, it looks nice!

Adds Mummies as a new type of undead that cripple their enemies and overcome any obstacle.
They start out weak to fire, but quickly overcome that.

Embalming increases Strength and Willpower
Entangle wraps up an enemy, slowing them, with a low cooldown.
Inevitability wears away at the resistances of your enemies as your own resistances mount.
Uniquely, they have a small secondary racial tree that removes detrimental effects.

Mummies begin in their own starter zone, a low-level dungeon reminiscent of both the Blighted Scar and the Elven Ruins.

Mummies are initially locked, and unlock by defeating the Mummy Lord

Tweaks the auto use options for talents.
Adds a bunch of options merged from the great but lacking Safer Automatic Talents by Phoenix1 and useful but limited-option Extended Auto-Use by DeathBySnooSnoo. UPDATE: As well as some work by tsedaka and auto-accept-spell-target by Stuntofthelitter.

Default hotkeys:

• Toggle auto-accept-target ALT+F1
• Toggle auto-use on/off CTRL+P (or ALT+SHIFT+P for a separate additional disable)
• Change auto-use-custom-priority ALT+SHIFT+O

Replaced the 'bind to left click' feature with one involving auto use.. can set multiple spells to left click on an enemy and it will use with normal priority. Can customize order with alt+shift+o as per usual. One spellcast per click, top priority first, will move towards target with normal pathfinding if out of range of top priority spell.

Sandworm lair terrain is automatically revealed.

Hope that makes it less annoying.

Binds the Zone:create hook. This addon is safe to enable and disable on existing save files, though doing so will not have any effects for characters who have visited the sandworm lair already.

Adds to glutton class, reorders class generics, and mods glutton talents. Requires orcs dlc for new steam resource. Requires Glutton mod https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/glutton.

Allows modification of gains for stats, resources, experience gain, category points, and prodigy points. If you would like to be able to modify other values post them in the comments.

UPDATE: I've added the ability to modify stat and level maximums. I have also added the ability to customize which levels stats, talents, talent types, and prodigies are gained at. This allows for alternative leveling schemes such as gaining 2 class points on every even level and 2 generic points every odd level. For example, the max/milestone level could be set to 100, xp gain at 300, and all intervals doubled with alternating offsets for a faster early game, a slower late game, and increased potential for early game specialization.

NOTE: All options are accessed after loading a character through the game options window under a new Levelup tab. They will only appear for characters created after the addon is enabled.

UPDATE: I've added the ability to toggle unlearning of prodigies and stats. I've also reworked some of the internals to improve compatibility with future changes.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack adds damage logs about loss in healing (for example, if you're healed 200, but have -40% healing, it will display "80 anti-healing").
It also has an option to change how negative healing factor operates so that it is multiplicative instead of additive (a behavior which makes healing reduction generally more useful to you and enemies alike).
Background: The effects of reduced healing are quite invisible, and this always bugged me! This makes it more noticable so that when things like Draconic Body are affected, you can understand just how much damage it actually caused!
Stability: High

• Features can be toggled in: "(Menu)" > "Game Options" --> "[Nekarcos]"

Constitution now adds the following bonuses per point: 3 Con, 0.25% max health, 0.5% heal mod, 0.5% Stun Immunity, and 1 Max Stamina.

This addon replaces the default tactical borders with a verson that more clearly shows the healthbars while making target identification quick and easy.

+++ This addon only works for new characters, unless you edit your save file+++

Instructions for save file editing:

Locate your save folder - (Generally in C:\users\*username*)

( The name of you save folder inside your *username* directory is T-Engine )

BACKUP YOUR T-Engine folder TO A SAFE LOCATION - ( You can copy and paste it on your desktop )

Inside your *username* directory, open your T-Engine folder
Open the 4.0 Folder
Open the Save Folder
Look for the folder with your character's name you wish to edit and open it.
Look for and open your desc.lua file ( You can use notepad, but it may be easier to download and install something like Notepad++ )

Locate the line that looks like the following:

Add inside the { } the following 'myth-minimalist-ui' so that it now looks like:

Modifies the Command Staff talent, allowing you to link your staff's damage element to your currently active alchemy infusion.

Adds several new gem types and attempts to fill in some gaps in Tiered gem colors; also adds the Crystal race.

This is a continuation of jayseesee's original addon. It's my hope that the gems in this release are balanced, consistent across tiers, and useful to a variety of different characters.

Also hopefully all the Crystal's balance issues have been worked out: it should be an interesting tactical challenge to make best use of its unique mobility, find the right time to exploit its Runic Saturation status clear Stasis talent, and optimal self-imbued gemstone for each dungeon.

Adds 3 new dungeons to the world map (blood soaked ruins, infested ruins & wolfmire) these dungeons will have unique boss and lore spawns. 8 new bosses have been added that will spawn in the new dungeons (they will also spawn in Infinite Dungeon)

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.

The addon improves gamefield view during different post effects
For example, it's hard enough to see anything around you while having invisibility and confusion/sleep statuses at the same time

Here is details about what been changed:
- Invisibility status no longer cause whole screen to go blue. The character outline-only effect still applies and it's enough to check your status on a glance
- Invisibility status no longer cause whole screen blur effect.
- Lightning Speed status no longer cause whole screen to go blue. Blur effect still applies though
- Lightning Speed status will no longer apply blur if you have Confused/Sleep statuses (which also make things blurried)
- Unstoppable status now makes whole screen a bit more brighter-red so it's easier to see stuff
- Unstoppable shader now have higher priority over Stealth, so if you activate Unstoppable while being stealthed - you'll see visual change
- Frozen state no longer causes whole screen to become greenish. This effect was caused by no_healing state, but in the frozen state last thing you going to care about is no_healing, and it's not even obvious

Some minor tweaks to the Arcane Blade:

- Arcane Combat now chooses it's target randomly from all targets in a cone, instead of just firing in a straight line.
- Arcane Combat picks spells based on the talent levels of those spells. If you have level 2 Flame and level 4 Lightning, Lightning will be chosen twice as often.

Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with.
In the base game, when you hand in ingredients to an alchemist, another alchemist completes one of his remaining elixirs at random.
What this addon does is remove the elixir that you are already helping them with from the possible elixirs to be chosen unless it is their last elixir.

Forbidden Cults tweak that adds lore drops containing the random artifact codes that exist for the Occult Egress. This doesn't give you any more artifacts than you would normally get, but makes them easier to find.

Spawns 12 Merchants around the map that will sell Talents - Class, Stat, Category & Prodigy points! A Master jeweler that will Imbue all items! 3 Unique Dungeons and 8 Unique Bosses!

There are 8 new bosses/mini bosses that will spawn in the new dungeons (With custom sprites). Battle against powerful [spoiler]vampires, werewolves and wererats[/spoiler] in your journey to glory! Bosses drop gold on death *They will also spawn in Infinite Dungeon*

Talents that require a dlc will be clearly noted next to the talent, if you don't own a dlc and try to purchase a dlc talent the gold will be removed but the talent wont be acquired.

Note: Since Waladil will no longer be updating "Extra Dungeons" I decided to add Caldera and Sludgenest to the world map.

Adds the 'Technique/Shield tactics' talent tree as a new generic category available to Bulwarks. Starts locked at 1.3 mastery, and requires Con.

1)Tempered Will:
While your shield is raised you become a nearly impenetrable wall of metal and pure grit, able to divert some of the force of even non-physical assualts.
While Block is active, you will gain X% Physical resistance and Y% of all non-Physical incoming damage will be converted to Physical damage. Damage conversion is improved by your Spell Save, and Physical resistance by your Constitution.

2)Relentless Retaliation:
Each time you fully block incoming damage, you gain X% attack speed for one turn. This effect can stack up to 8 times. The effect improves with Dexterity.

3)Tactical Defense:
Each time you fully block incoming damage, you use the tactical advantage to reduce the remaining cooldown of your inscriptions. This will reduce the cooldown of a random inscription by one turn, and can occur at most X times per turn. This value improves with Constitution.

4)Reflexive Block:
You are unmatched in your ability to react with your shield. If an attack would deal damage greater than X% of your maximum life, you raise your shield in an instant, preemptively reducing the damage by Y% of your block value and assuming a blocking stance. This bonus block will not check or trigger Block cooldown. Damage reduction improves with Constitution. This talent has a cooldown.

Important: this addon will have no effect if left unconfigured! Please read the description!

• Resting divider: 10
• Running divider: 5

Description:

Enables faster run/resting by use of FPS dividers.

These dividers simply divide the game's requested FPS by their respective values while resting or running. After starting a new game or loading a saved character, configure this addon by hitting escape -> video options. Setting these dividers to something greater than one can substantially reduce the amount of time required to finish resting/running on older computers.

Just be careful when resting on an escort mission...

Adds the Vor'tep as a new Giant sub-race, a breed of altered trolls. Get it right here or on the Steam Workshop.

Vor'tep have a life rating of 13 and an experience penalty of 15% and start with +3STR, +3WIL, +3CON,+3MAG, -2DEX, and -2CUN.

Vor'tep posses the strength and will to wield any one-handed weapon in their offhand innately.

For 5 turns, each magical, physical, or mental detrimental effect applied to you by an enemy will have the duration preemptively reduced by X turns or 50% (rounded up), whichever is greater. If this reduces the duration to 0 or less the effect is completely negated. The power of the effect improves with Constitution.

Trollblood
Passively increases life regen by X and healing modifier by Y%.
Scales only on talent level.

Blood Rush
Sustaining this talent will cause talents to cooldown by one turn at the begining of each turn. This will occur regardless of stuns or other effects that would normally reduce or prevent cooldowns. This will not effect talents with a fixed cooldown.
CAUTION:
This will cause you to take X% of your maximum life as irresistible damage on the first turn, increasing each subsequent turn. Each turn the damage dealt will be 15% greater than the turn before. If your life is below 20% of your maximum at the start of a turn, the sustain will automatically deactivate.
The damage of the effect is reduced by Willpower.

Internal Inscription
You are able to internalize a rune or infusion of your choice. Once chosen, the inscription will be triggered instantly when you are below 15% of your maximum life. This has a cooldown and is the only way to activate the inscription.
Cooldown decreases significantly with talent level and is based only on this talent (the original cooldown of the inscription is completely disregarded).

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack places foolproofing on various actions that commonly cause trouble. Particularly, it will halt VERY slow movement or talent failures from various sources.

During the Allure Wars, the ogre race went through several experimental attempts at improving them even further.
One such attempt, nicknamed the Brute Squad by the team working on them was an attempt to focus and increase the aggression
shown in battle. While successful, and quite intimidating to the enemy, training ogres for outright brutality led to many
descending into a kind of bleak madness, their hardwired goal-focused brains becoming mired in blood and brutality. While
the experiments were discontinued, a rare ogre is still born showing the results of that work, even larger than most and
with an...aggressive appetite.

Allows you to choose which escorts you will encounter at the start of the game.
You may change the future encounters in the game menu (Esc).

There is an option to choose a random escort in case you just wanted to guarantee some unlocks before continuing with the base game's behavior.

Note: You're only supposed to be able to choose the lost tinker once. (Must have the Embers of Rage DLC and unlocked by playing in the Orcs campaign)
Note: Unfortunately the only time that addons can get the possible escort types is after the random escort quest is assigned.
This means escorts added by other addons will not be available for selection, but will still be possible to find using the random selection.

This addon is somewhere for me to test all my wacky ideas to see what might work in the main game. As the title states, it focuses primarily on reworking existing classes and categories. The first version contains a full Berserker rework.

Berserker now has 3 unlocked unique categories: Bloodthirst, Might and Rage. 2H Assault has had a few improvements made.
Their locked categories are the Berserker-specific Titan, as well as reworked and improved versions of Superiority and Warcries.
Note that they also have a small, hidden boost to Life/Stamina regen due to no more Combat Veteran.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Rather than altering the existing Berserker, this is a new class called Barbarian in order to minimize impact on unrelated areas. This class will not appear on rares/randbosses.
- Not compatible with Bastion due to sharing many talents. Bastion will be merged into this addon at a later date.

This mod adds a new artifact digger to your starting inventory for the Age of Ascendancy campaign.
Stats: 20 dig speed, +5 max life

Revamps the Skirmisher class.

All talents have been re-coded to remove artificial break points in scaling. In most cases, bonuses which were gated by talent level in vanilla will scale in from the first talent point, reaching approximately the same power at the talent level they were previously gated behind.

Many attack talents' damage scaling has been adjusted to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents. Max damage scaling values remain the same, but talents will scale up to to those values at a rate somewhat closer to other weapon attack talents.

Many attack talents' stamina costs have been reduced to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents relative to their damage/utility.

Scoundrel is unlocked, master increased to 1.3.
Poisons mastery is increased to 1.3 (from 1.2).
Stealth is granted, locked at 1.0 mastery.

[Buckler Training]
'Buckler Expertise' grants Armor and Hardiness while wearing light armor (values taken from 1.6). The description has also been updated to reflect what it actually does (i.e. it now notes that melee attack deflection does not work in heavy armor).
'Bash and Smash' now scales in the second shield hit as a chance to occur (50-100%). Knockback distance now scales, instead of having an artifical (and hidden) break point.
Moved to level 8 talent.
'Buckler Mastery' no longer has scaling projectile spread radius (projectiles will always be deflected in a radius of 1). Buckler Mastery now grants immunity to damage from your own projectiles. The critical strike for Bash and Smash now scales in as increased crit chance (50-100%) for the shield hit(s).
Moved to level 12 talent.
'Counter Shot' has been replaced with a new level 4 talent:
'Dash and Crash', a talent which will rush toward a targeted foe up to X tiles away, attack with your shield for Y damage, and activate Block for free. If the shield strike hits, the target may be confused for Z turns. Cooldown decreases with level [~20-10 turns].

[Tireless Combatant]
'Tireless Combatant' talents have been changed to use Dexterity (instead of Willpower) as a requirement.
'Breathing Room' now adds stacks of the new 'Breathing Room' effect each turn their are no enemies adjacent to you. The effect increases life and stamina regen and can stack up to 4 times. You will lose one stack per turn if an enemy is adjacent to you.
'Pace Yourself' now grants flat damage armor instead of reduced fatigue.
'Dauntless Challenger' has been reworked. Rather than passively granting regeneration, you can activate the talent to consume all stacks of Breathing Room and gain the Dauntless Challenger effect for X turns. The effect grants 200% of the stamina regen and 400% of the life regen granted by Breathing Room, multiplied by the number of stacks consumed. You cannot gain stacks of Breathing Room while under this effect, but the regeneration from Dauntless Challenger will persist regardless of enemy location, etc.
'The Eternal Warrior' has improved resistance cap scaling, and now scales in the 'Breathing Room' regeneration bonus from 10%-20% (which also improves 'Dauntless Challenger' as a result).

[Skirmisher Slings]
'Sling Supremacy'now allows you to reload when you Block.
'Swift Shot' now resets Hurricane Shot cooldown completely. Additionally, a somewhat obscure but potentially exploitable bug from vanilla has been removed.
'Hurricane Shot' now always hits targets only once, but the damage scaling is doubled. Projectiles from this attack now travel instantly.
'Bombardment' has been completely reworked. It now costs 20 stamina to sustain, causes Shoot to cost 5 stamina, and increases fatigue by 50%. While active, all sling shots which hit will trigger an instant sling attack on the same target for [20-40]% weapon damage. This can trigger from any shot, from any talent, so long as a sling is equipped. This can affect multiple targets and trigger multiple times, but will strike each individual target twice per turn at most.

[Called Shots]
'Called Shots' attack talent projectiles now travel instantly.
'Kneecapper' has improved pin and slow duration scaling.
'Noggin Knocker' now scales up the stun/increase duration, from 1 (at TL 1) to 2 (at ~ TL 5 / TL 4 at 1.3 mastery).
'Sling Sniper' cooldown reduction now scales and it is possible to reach 3 turn reduction with increased mastery.

Allows full control over respecialization at any time.

Grants the ability to respecialize all your attributes: stats, talents, categories, and prodigies.

Categories no longer have a cap.

This addon will cause all actors to generate with the 'Shoot' talent. Useful for Adventurers in particular.

Content is modular and various sections can be disabled via the options.

Druid class:
Uncast spells to produce nature based magical effects.
Its an agile nature mage, but can be played as a fighter/mage hybrid, or as a summoner hybrid.
Uses staves, alchemist gems and equilibrium.
Werebeast Class:
Werebeast fits somewhere between Cursed and Wyrmic, with a touch of Rogue thrown in.
Flavour is you have been cursed by nature's hate at those who harm it.
Can be played with conventional weapons or dual mindstars, stealthy or heavy.
Uses both Hate and Equilibrium.
Woodsman Class:
Archery, Summoning and Traps.
Use whatever you need to survive.
Summoner:
A full rework is available.
Allows you to command your critters to attack or defend.
Wyrmic:
A few talents improved and many new categories.
General:
Loads of nature based artifacts.
A few of new inscriptions.
Oozemancer can get the Wild-gift/Symbiant category.

As Druid's use spells they cannot become a Zigur follower, as this would make all their talents unusable.
