Doesn't actually unlock anything. Quantum Slider 1.7.2This addon adds three new content: a new race, a new class and a new area with mini-games. I., Adds a new race: the Vorloth. Vorloths are not from Eyal, they are from planet Luxam. II., Adds a new Chronomancer subclass, the Quantum Slider. The class has a very unique way of gameplay: you should run & teleport as fast and as many times as you just can. Quantum Slider has only the Spellbinding (locked) tree from the original chronomancy trees. Their new, unique trees are: - starting unlocked class trees - Quantum Theory - for paradox management and unique mobility benefits (defense & utility) - locked higher (from lvl 10) class trees - Paradox Mysticism - overcharged by speed causes very dangerous electrical properties... cook your enemies while running fast! - starting unlocked generic trees - Prajna - extended senses and enlightenment (tracking, other vision effects, immunities & buff) Paths - contains 8 individual "MINI-PRODIGIES" (specializations) - locked generic trees - Quantum Fusion - enhance your spellcasting (damage enhancement, buffs & debuff) Quantum Sliders also have a Class Evolution, the: Táltos. The addon also contains new effects and new damage types for the class. The possible power level is higher than with a paradox mage. Slider is a very strong class if it's played in a simple way, but the more complex III., Adds new npc to the city of Last Hope. You can enter into a new shop, where ring imbuing can be done like in Angolwen. You can play two different mini-games there too: a, a Soko-Ban puzzle game b, and a real time epic Space Battle game These mini-games have no effect on the campaign, these are for enjoyment. Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Juggernaut Evolution for Bulwark 1.6.7Adds a new class evolution for Bulwark, the Juggernaut. New Gem Types 1.5.10Adds several new gem types and attempts to fill in some gaps in Tiered gem colors; also adds the Crystal race. This is a continuation of jayseesee's original addon. It's my hope that the gems in this release are balanced, consistent across tiers, and useful to a variety of different characters. Also hopefully all the Crystal's balance issues have been worked out: it should be an interesting tactical challenge to make best use of its unique mobility, find the right time to exploit its Runic Saturation status clear Stasis talent, and optimal self-imbued gemstone for each dungeon. As always, please let me know if you find any issues in terms of bugs, game mechanics, or interface! They use a unique resource called "Void Energy" that is built up by casting certain spells and quickly disperses when out of combat, requiring careful management to retain momentum. Possessor Bonus Class 1.7.0Donators/Buyers bonus! Dance of the Edge 1.6.7Introduces the Blade Dancer, a dual-wielding Warrior subclass whose style revolves around shifting between different forms ("dances") in order to prevail in any combat situation. Each dance is quite powerful, becoming more so with more Talent Point investment, but only a limited number of dances can be active at once. The Blade Dancer's key trait is flexibility. There are myriad ways to build this character, all of them with great potential for entertaining gameplay. Class Features:Eight New Talent Trees - Five core dances: Dance of the Moons, Storm, Torrent, Mountain, and Leaf. Each dance improves aspects of your character, as well as granting access to powerful techniques while active. Spread your talent points across multiple dances, or focus on just one or two. Other Talent trees allow you to improve your dances or even mesh them together into deadly combinations. Unique starting Area - Human, Elf, Halfling, and Dwarf Blade Dancers will start in a new, unique starting area, with a couple of novel critters and a new boss at the end. Class-Specific Quest - Upon finishing their starting area, Human, Elf, Halfling, and Dwarf Blade Dancers will gain access to a class-specific sidequest that runs parallel to the main game. Completing this quest grants access to a nice peice of equipment. Auto-Scumming - Many of the dances raise your core stats while active. Mirrorblade 1.7.2Adds the Mirrorblade, a chronomancer that calls upon his temporal twin. Unlike Temporal Wardens, Mirrorblades train exclusively with melee weapons, and only ever call upon one other timeline for aid. However, this specialized training has resulted in an extremely effective paired combat style. Point Credits 1.7.2Allows you to spend an unlimited amount of class, generic, stat, category and prodigy points by digging into negative values, as deep as you want to. This addon presents an unique approach to the "I want more (insert type here) points for my character!" problem. Instead of simply adding +N more points to spend each level, it allows you to use as many points as you wish - you'll simply go into negative values if you don't have any points at the moment, effectively "loaning" them. From whom? For what fee? What's the due date? Who knows! Maybe the Eidolon's feeling like doing some commerce, or maybe the divines are smiling at you! All that matters is that all those points are yours to spend *now*! If you want, you can get those elusive talents up to survive in early game and compensate for them later as you level up, eventually balancing out... or get yourself all these cool talents you really wanted to have and learn than the build of your dream will forever be short of 24 generics, 6 class points, inscription and a prodigy. :> No actual penalties for loaning the points are implemented or intended to be implemented. Design premisesWhile there's already a lot of addons that grant characters more points, they are often found suffering from some significant flaws - like surplus points dangling when all desired talents have already been developed, or still insufficient amount of points despite all the extra ones, or an uneven point gain curve when one's struggling with point deficit in the early game but has a large surplus of unused points in the late game, or the difficulty to gauge the unbalanceness of the current build at a given moment of time... and so on. With point loaning, however, you can have as many or as few extra points as you wish, and always know how strongly you deviate from the intended game balance curve. I love this particular approach, and it is my hope that it will appeal to many other players, as well. :> Compatibility

Inferno Race Pack 1.4.0Adds a collection of my races. Guaranteed Sludgenest and Dogroth Caldera 1.5.0Makes the Sludgenest and Dogroth Caldera always appear on the map after the level requirements have been met. Barachi -- Playable Race 1.6.7Adds Barachim, a froglike race, as a playable race selectable in all campaigns. They have been adapted from their original appearance in Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup in order to better gel with ToME's gameplay and lore. Barachim are stationary fighters with an innate aptitude for handling the fundamental elements of Fire, Cold, Acid, and Lightning. The more they use a specific element, the more attuned they become to it, increasing their power dramatically as an encounter goes on. They can further use their attunement to the elements to stoke the faint vestige of divine power they still possess, enhancing their ability to use talents; the most powerful barachim can summon a bountiful fountain of water to heal and purify their bodies and drench their enemies. However, they suffer a 30% movement speed penalty when on dry land, relying primarily on their Leapfrog talent to hop around the battlefield and reposition themselves. Barachi are best suited as tanks or elemental casters, staking out a position on the battlefield and steadily building momentum as they manipulate the elements to their advantage, shrugging off their foes' attacks and retaliating with an accelerating barrage of specialised combat abilities that tip the scales increasingly in their favour. Improved Auto-explore and Rest 1.7.2Quality of Life improvements for resting and auto-exploring. v3.5.0 *** FOR ToME v1.6.5 *** It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them. Latest Update Notes: Existing Features: Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'. Available modes: • 'Always Viligant' always stops running when a hostile creature is seen via telepathy. • 'Original' is standard ToME auto-explore behavior, which ignores telepathy when running or auto-exploring. • Compatible with ToME v1.6.0 Notes: • Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. If in 'Always Viligant' mode and a hostile is within telepathic sight (but not normal sight), you will auto-explore in 1 square per keypress increments. Showing Items Tier in Inventory 1.7.2This addon add a column to inventory which show items Tier and allows sorting to show higher Tier first There is an option under "Game Setting"->UI->Sort Items by Tier by default items which is going to be transmo- and of type scroll (rune,infusion..), tinker or other without Tier specified will be placed at the top of the inventory to avoid occasional transmo of valuables This mod is safe to use without starting new game Bazaar 1.2.5- This addon introduces a new variant of vault, the bazaar, where you don't fight for items, but rather buy (or steal) them. - A central aspect of this addon is a new questline (consisting of 3 follow-up-quests), which introduces the player to the bazaar-system. The questline starts in the Village of Elvala (look out for a special npc - he will lookout for you as well). - I took the idea to this addon from starsapphire (Idea : Markets in dungeons! - http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=42553) ------ Details: ------ (1) Bazaars can appear in most dungeons and outdoor zones, which happen to also generate vaults; chances for regular vault-generation aren't being limited. Bazaars won't appear in the East however - tradesmen haven't made it there yet. (2) Each bazaar contains a shopkeeper and a limited amount of items, which can't be pickuped by normal means (they are chained to the ground). Instead, you either have to pay to be able to pick up such an item - or you try to unchain it (success chances scale with cunning, dexterity and talent points in Heightened Senses and Stealth). Failure to unchain it will trigger a trap which teleports the player (and his party) to a parallel zone ("Mirrorscape"). --> To escape from the Mirrorscape, a special guardian needs to be killed. Alternatively, there are two hidden exit points. The Power of the Guardian scales extremely with the Base-Level of the Zone (Break-Points: Level 20, 30, 50, 70) and the item-quality the trap is based on (unique items are protected by stronger guardians). Killing the guardian allows the player to pick up the item in question. --> Killing the shopkeeper unchains all item in his shop. Shopkeepers are extremely strong, however. (3) Additionally, each shopkeeper has a rare ingredient for sale, and some of them also sell maps, which point to special treasure areas in a variety of zones. To find out about these special goods, chat with the vendor. (Again, treasuremaps point only to zones in the West.) (4)In Elvala starts a questline, which leads to the discovery of a new zone, The Bazaar. Follow-up quests then introduce more in depth to the bazaar system. (5) Most bazaar-vaults will also be generated inside the Infinite Dungeon - most Treasuremaps also work here. (6) From time to time, a caravan will spawn on the overworld map. Encountering a caravan is similar to an "Ambush", however without meeting hostile npcs - instead, two shopkeepers will offer their items. So, How to start? --> Go to Elvala, talk with a nice dwarf! Notable modifications to the core game: - added a new Faction ("Free Traders") Feedback about bugs, improvements, compatibility issues very welcome. Fixed: 24.11. 27.11 1.12 12.12 20.12. - removed an empty event file from the bazaar main zone, as it would trigger an error with the latest ashes update 01.02. A warning: you are trapped inside the mirrorscape until you defeat its guardian or find the exit Draconians (1.7 compat) 1.7.2Adds Draconians as playable race, with their own starting area. This addon was updated and forked by Aura of the Dawn, in the abscene of ajfluffy. forked AGAIN in the absence of Aura and it becoming unplayable in 1.7.2 (glad to yank down ifthe original fork updates). As a Barbarian, the Berserker loses the ability to equip body armor, but gains the ability to wield a two-handed weapon in their off-hand. It also grants Sun and Glyphs to Sun Paladin at 1.3 mastery. Streamlined Early Game 1.5.3Removes the tedium of early-game world map navigation. Mind Knight: Psionic warriors who strengthen their mental abilities by tapping into their inner magic. Adept at telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation, they are mobile scouts who can quickly get a lay of the land and sow chaos among their foes with physical and mental debilitations, or even outright compulsions. All mage knights can cast while they fight, but experienced storm knights are also able to fight while they move. Earth Knight: The heaviest of infantry, earth knights hammer their foes with physical and natural forces while shielding themselves with the power of the earth. Highly resilient in the face of any attack, earth knights provide a slow and steady offense supported by powerful gemstone shields and the endurance of a living mountain. Sea Knight: Healers first, fighters second, battle mages a somewhat distant third, while sea knights lack the raw offensive power of other mage knights, they make up for it with amazing personal defense and recovery abilities. And though their attacks may be individually weak, like the sea itself, they are able to wear down even the strongest defenses eventually, eroding their opponents away with gradually strengthening spells, making them terrors in a battle of attrition. Mana Knight: Experimenting pioneers who do amazing things with raw magical energy. They have the most conventional magical training of the mage knights, even if they sometimes put it to unconventional use. Their arcane attacks can overwhelm the powers of other spellcasters, and while they lack the scope of power of full-fledged archmages, they are masters of the fundamentals of the various arcane schools. Logical Alchemists 1.5.10Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with. Qlass Pack 1.7.2Adds several new classes and races: - Moon Fox race: Race that can radically transform class and generic talents by attaching tails to them. This addon also makes a couple other changes to make the Zephyr class work: Other than that, the addon tries not to affect existing classes/races/talents. The new classes won't appear on enemies or Adventurers. You may freely modify and redistribute this addon and its contents, except where otherwise indicated in the Credits section below. Weight: 134953 ===== Credits ===== Sounds: ===== Changelog ===== 1.1.0: 1.0.1: 1.0.0: Zilquish Race 1.7.0Adds the Zilquish race, an artificial lifeform created by necromancers based on the accidental birth of the first skeletal ooze. They're tough, and can use natural talents. Comes with one secret unlockable feature, and one less secret unlockable feature! They will be added to the racepack on its next update, but for now here they are alone. This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack! Hiveminder Class 1.7.0Adds Hiveminders, an insect-themed wilder class, as a birth option. Hiveminders are a melee class specialising in dual-wielded daggers or psiblades. They command their vast hivemind to lend them potent support and utility powers which make up for their lacking offense. Hiveminder talent trees include: Hivemind: Resonate your mind with your insects to enhance your perception and enthrall enemies! Hiveminders also have access to the Combat Training, Lethality, Call of the Wild, and Mindstar Mastery generic trees by default, and can additionally unlock the Fungus and Mobility trees through levelling up. Power is a subtle thing, adventurer. The smallest of factors can make the greatest of differences. Faerie Race 1.5.2This addon adds in a Faerie, or Fey, race into ToME. This addon was originally created by Kaballah, but he hasn't been online in over a year. --- The Fey are an incredibly quick and agile race, however they are incredibly fragile. Fey stats: Fey skills: -Flight -Fey Luck -Fey Speed -Fey Dust --- Dark Faeries are Faeries that have given up much of their natural agility and defense in exchange for bonus offensive potency. Dark Fey stats: Dark Fey skills: -Powers of the Dark -Fey Clone -Vision of the Shadows -Feyd to Black Gnomes 1.7.2Adds gnomes as a new race. They are a distant relative to dwarves and know the location of the Iron Council. Garden Gnomes have nature skills, but are not necessarily antimagic. https://github.com/Werekracken/tome-gnomes All gnomes get: -- Generic Trees: These trees add a huge amount of survivability. -- Generic Trees: -- Generic Trees: -- Generic trees: -- Stat modifiers: +4 Cunning Generic Trees: They also start with the steam resource, a steam generator implant, and medical injector implants in inventory if you want to go that route. -- Stat modifiers: +2 Cunning, +2 Strength Generic Trees: -- Class Trees: Generic Trees: All skill trees are are locked and have x1.00 multiplier (instead of x1.30). --Starting points --Level up points But wait, there's more! In addition to the normal golem slots of MAINHAND, OFFHAND, BODY, and 2 GEM slots, gnomish alchemist golems also get LITE, HEAD, CLOAK, HANDS, BELT, and FEET slots. Additionally for tinker gnomes: -- A good amount of the gnomish alchemist golem changes were inspired by the "Golem - The Ironbreaker" addon. The intent with the golems is to have a fun variant and potentially more useful in the mid and late game, and it fits with the gnome theme of cunning and tools. I'm aware there is another addon named "Let there be gnomes" which was last updated in 2015, but this addon has nothing to do with it. Having never tried that addon I have no idea if there would be compatibility issues if you loaded them both (if you even could load a race addon that hasn't been updated in 6 years /shrug). -- Frost Invoker 1.7.0Adds the Frost Invoker, a mage subclass. The Frost Invoker is a Cold-focused caster and unarmed fighter. Their primary stats are Magic and Dexterity. Generic: Frozen Core: Unarmed training with 40/80 Mag/Dex dam mods, and utility. Class: Hail: Offensive spells which can reduce the cd of Artic talents. Locked: Blizzard: Defense and debuffs focused on a single AoE spell.
