| Addons | Quantum Slider Tweaks 1.7.0Assorted quality-of-life changes for the Quantum Slider class and Vorloth race from Tradewind_Rider's Quantum Slider addon (required). Currently includes:
Trapmaker Class 1.7.4Adds the Trapmaker class. Loot Expansion (Shad3 fork) 1.7.4An expansion of loot types and ego affixes A fork of Wayback's loot expansion (https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/loot) Quantum Slider 1.7.4This addon adds three new content: a new race, a new class and a new area with mini-games. I., Adds a new race: the Vorloth. Vorloths are not from Eyal, they are from planet Luxam. II., Adds a new Chronomancer subclass, the Quantum Slider. The class has a very unique way of gameplay: you should run & teleport as fast and as many times as you just can. Quantum Slider has only the Spellbinding (locked) tree from the original chronomancy trees. Their new, unique trees are: - starting unlocked class trees - Quantum Theory - for paradox management and unique mobility benefits (defense & utility) - locked higher (from lvl 10) class trees - Paradox Mysticism - overcharged by speed causes very dangerous electrical properties... cook your enemies while running fast! - starting unlocked generic trees - Prajna - extended senses and enlightenment (tracking, other vision effects, immunities & buff) Paths - contains 8 individual "MINI-PRODIGIES" (specializations) - locked generic trees - Quantum Fusion - enhance your spellcasting (damage enhancement, buffs & debuff) Quantum Sliders also have a Class Evolution, the: Táltos. The addon also contains new effects and new damage types for the class. The possible power level is higher than with a paradox mage. Slider is a very strong class if it's played in a simple way, but the more complex III., Adds new npc to the city of Last Hope. You can enter into a new shop, where ring imbuing can be done like in Angolwen. You can play two different mini-games there too: a, a Soko-Ban puzzle game b, and a real time epic Space Battle game These mini-games have no effect on the campaign, these are for enjoyment. Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Adventuring Party 1.7.4Tired of being alone on your adventures? Tired of being an archmage with no one to give that unique battleaxe to? Tired of having no one to use your healing spells on? Tire no more, for now you can create fully controllable additional party members to join you on your adventures, each as capable as your leader. Included is a sustainable talent to control each party member as their turn comes up to allow fully tactical combat when things get rough. -Grants the ability to add any number of additional members to your party each with their own race and class, allowing you to take on higher difficulties. -!Due to how alchemists are designed, you will not be able to take direct control of their golems if the alchemist is not your main character, but should still function correctly elsewise. For a list of changes, please see the change notes on steam or by reading the int.lua file included in each downloadable version. Glint 1.7.1Makes magic more glinty Juggernaut Evolution for Bulwark 1.6.7Adds a new class evolution for Bulwark, the Juggernaut. As a Juggernaut, the Bulwark gains the ability to equip shields in the off hand and main hand simultaneously and Weapons Mastery will apply to shields. While equipped with two shields: - You may use Rush while sustaining Last Stand. Audiomancy 1.7.4Version 1.2.1 released Jan 16, 2023; see change notes. Audiomancy is an audio enhancement for ToME that does not affect music. It started with the High Quality Sounds mod (thanks to Gurkoz), but it does a bit more than replace sounds. It enhances the code introducing random variance, layering, and new trigger points. Weapon types (sword, great axe, mace, sling, bows, etc.) have distinct sounds in combat, along with NPC types having different impact sounds. Many weapons have distinct critical hit sounds as well. Ranged weapons have separated attack and hit sounds. Melee and ranged talents you would have expected to produce sound before likely will with this mod. Multiple hits trigger multiple sounds, e.g. the Volley talent. There is still more to do, especially in terms of providing distinct sound effects for various game mechanics and talents, but the code as-is will affect almost every sound played in the game while adding more. I attempted to maximize compatibility, replacing a single function and using superloading and hooking for the rest. Feel free to reach out to me with any issues you discover or ideas/suggestions you may have on Steam or at theclawhorn@protonmail.com. Version 1.2.1: Version 1.2.0: Version 1.1.0: Ashes of Urh'Rok 1.7.4Official Expansion! Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. As the barrier between our worlds begins to crack under their scrutiny, helpless Eyalites have begun to disappear, whisked up to serve as their slaves and playthings. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?
Features:
Draconians 1.7.2Adds Draconians as playable race. This version of the addon is tweaked to allow Defiler classes. Attempting to fix for 1.7 by removing the dracolich function, as I'm not well enough versed in coding to make it compatible. Class: Wisp 1.7.0A new class, a psionic archer who starts with the powers of hypnosis, light telekinesis, and control over fabric. Class Talents Generic Talents There is also an evolution prodigy for this class, Incarnate Storm. Incompatible with https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/mv-greenwatch Nekarcos's Quality of Life 03: Summoning Timer (GOLDEN) 1.7.6This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay. Tinker Tinkering 1.7.0A collection of small quality-of life tweaks for tinker-using characters in the Embers of Rage DLC. Notable changes:
(License note: This addon uses a modified version of an image by Lorc from Game-icons.net, pursuant to the Creative Commons CC-BY-3.0 license.) Stalker Evolution for Rogue 1.6.7Adds Stalker as a new class evolution prodigy for Rogue. While wearing no heavy armor (including helms, boots and gloves) and wielding no weapons: Nekarcos's Quality of Life 02a: Tile Scanner (GOLDEN) 1.7.6This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay. Stability: High Background: After watching a friend nearly rage quit ToME after failing to understand stealth mechanics. It inspired me to add more information to the UI! Expanded Shop Inventory 1.7.4Significantly increases the number of items available for purchase in all shops, and allows some higher-quality items. Players can set the number of items with the new option appearing in the 'Game Options/Gameplay' tab. Barachi -- Playable Race 1.6.7Adds Barachim, a froglike race, as a playable race selectable in all campaigns. They have been adapted from their original appearance in Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup in order to better gel with ToME's gameplay and lore. Barachim are stationary fighters with an innate aptitude for handling the fundamental elements of Fire, Cold, Acid, and Lightning. The more they use a specific element, the more attuned they become to it, increasing their power dramatically as an encounter goes on. They can further use their attunement to the elements to stoke the faint vestige of divine power they still possess, enhancing their ability to use talents; the most powerful barachim can summon a bountiful fountain of water to heal and purify their bodies and drench their enemies. However, they suffer a 30% movement speed penalty when on dry land, relying primarily on their Leapfrog talent to hop around the battlefield and reposition themselves. Barachi are best suited as tanks or elemental casters, staking out a position on the battlefield and steadily building momentum as they manipulate the elements to their advantage, shrugging off their foes' attacks and retaliating with an accelerating barrage of specialised combat abilities that tip the scales increasingly in their favour. Humility and hardship forge truly indomitable wills, adventurer. Through fire and flood, darkness and blood, we remain. Escorts Enhanced 1.7.0Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs: Embers Races for Maj'Eyal Campaign 1.4.4Adds Embers of Rage races for use in the Maj'Eyal Campaign. Currently they all start in the Trollmire, Allied faction, with the default Human quest. Suggestions for that stuff is welcome. DarkGod pretty much showed me how to do this, so thank you! Yeti/Whitehoof will be locked unless you've unlocked them in the Embers of Rage DLC. I'm still new at this, so let me know if there are any issues and I'll try to sort them out. V1.0.1 is up, I wasn't paying attention when I did it through TOME so I just got rid of the old version. This version should hopefully add in the random escort quests for the three races, since they weren't defined before. Race: Wrathwrought 1.7.4Adds wrathwrought as a new subrace. They are psionic focused humans. Stat modifiers: +2 Strength, +1 Dexterity, +0 Constitution, +0 Magic, +4 Willpower, and +3 Cunning. Life Rating: 12 Experience Penalty: 10% Racial talent tree: Unstoppable Wrath - Passively increases immunities to stun, confusion, pin, fear, silence. The Savvy Fighter - Passively increases critical chance, critical power, Armor Penetration and Accuracy. Faster Stronger Better - Passively increases Global speed, Physical speed, movement speed and all damage done. ---Changelog Bromantic Mod Pack 1.7.6Just a mod that i made to train my modding skills. Changes to Races, Classes, Prodigies and some other stuff, all changes can be turned off individually. Credit to Housepet and discord community. PS: Im only publishing so my friends can use it, but feel free to try the changes, and if you are interested in only a small part of my addons, i can split it in a seperate addon if you want. List of changes : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qZEaouCPNNCW12FaA7lmxxX0KFjGHRQN7nYvqtMUFgQ/edit?usp=sharing Demonologist: ReSeeded ReAnimated 1.7.6Updated the legendary Mr Frog's Demonologist: ReSeeded addon to work on newer versions, merged the Demon Seeds Plus addon by Erenion and all Demon Seeds are now able to be levelled infinitely. I also added some small changes for myself - killing enemies will now heal and resurrect both equipped seeds and seeds in inventory, prioritising equipped ones. The last talent in Demonic Pact will, in addition to Mr Frog's changes, also summon a demon on entering combat, just like in the vanilla version of the game. Original Demon Seeds Plus addon description: Gives some unused demon seeds (Khulmanar, Walrog) new skills and adds new unique seeds (Draebor, Lithfengel, Shasshhiy'Kaish, Kryl-Feijan, Corrupted Daleach). Original Demonologist: ReSeeded addon description: A full redesign of the Demonologist class, featuring rewritten flavour text, enhanced QoL, some enhanced visuals, and many, many balance and design changes to talents intended to reduce tedium and enhance gameplay diversity while holding true to Demonologist's core gameplay as a heavily-armored melee/caster hybrid. Features include: An entirely new talent tree: Bloodbinding, replacing Combat Techniques and Combat Veteran. Lay down hexing circles to strip foes' strength and restore your stamina, and go for their throats with a deadly gap closer that strikes without fail! No more tedious sustain management: Osmosis Shield, Rain of Fire, and similar talents have all been reworked so that they only drain your Vim when they directly take effect, preserving their functionality while removing the need to manually toggle them off and on to conserve your limited reserves of Vim! Enhanced demon seed management: Demon seeds are now automatically replaced when you acquire a new seed of the same type but greater level, and cleaning all the outdated seeds from your inventory is as quick and easy as pushing a button! Seed descriptions are now more verbose, giving a short explanation of what equipped talents actually do! Rebalanced and redesigned talents: Every single one of Demonologist's unique trees and talents has been given a revamp to improve midfight utility, reduce tedious prebuffing, streamline awkward mechanics, focus their damage output, and provide more sensible scaling that rewards investment in specific aspects of the class! Poor talents have been buffed, broken talents fixed, and centralisation has been moved away from just a few extremely strong skills to a wide array of potential build options, all while preserving the class's core ethos as a spellslinging melee fighter that refuses to die no matter how much punishment it takes! Massively redesigned demon seeds: Ring seed effects are much more diverse, and all other seeds have been rebalanced as well, with improved or all-new effects on the vast majority of seeds. Demon seed talents have been given the same balance and design pass as those of the core class, giving enhanced functionality while maintaining the same wild variety of diabolical techniques to respin the class's basic gameplay! And many more! A (mostly) comprehensive list of changes from basegame can be perused in basegame_changes.txt within the .team file. Truth has many facets, adventurer. Those who walk in darkness can see the light all the more starkly. Verbose Enemies 1.3.1Makes the monsters of Eyal somewhat more talkative...and prone to insulting you. Featuring taunts from Gaslamp Games' roguelike Dungeons of Dredmor! Also now featuring the EXTENSIVE taunt collection from the iconic Dredmor mod, Death By A Thousand Taunts. This mod was created by Deeborm, and is only included with their approval. Three cheers for Deeborm! Relive your dredmor adventures in the world of Eyal. You can also add your own taunts! To do this create a file named verbose_user_defined_taunts.cfg and place it in your settings folder where it can be friends with all the other .cfg files. Inside this file put: All taunts (base Dredmor taunts, Deeborm's extended dredmor taunts, and custom taunts) can be toggled from the in-game settings, in the Misc tab. Grove Keeper 1.7.4Adds the Grove Keeper, a Wilder subclass. The Grove Keeper is pirmarily a mindpower-caster with limited summoning ability, but has the option to mix slings, or one-handed weapons and unarmed attacks, into their skill set. They are also able to become proficient with mindstars and focus wholly on mind-casting. Includes advanced class categories favoring either weapon-hybrid or mind-casting play style, with the advanced hybrid tree working equally well for ranged or melee. Full details in the forum. Damblis Race 1.7.6Adds the Damblis, a race of humans developed during the Age of Allure, though not as well known as the Higher. During the heights of human and halfing power, many nobles sought entertainments of all variety: comical, martial... sensual. One particualr noble house began to curate beauty and charisma among their subjects, using any means they could, leading to the creation of the Damblis humans. While the details of the process that led to their refinement are unknown, the results were unquestionable: a breed of humans possessing unmatched beauty and charm, able to beguile any who so much as looked upon them. Some say their allure goes beyond mere physical beauty and swear they entrance others by caressing their inner thoughts with mental powers beyond understanding. 1. Dressed to Kill: Once per turn when an enemy sees you they must save against your mindpower or suffer mind damage. The damage can not be reduced by mental save and can be a mental critical hit. Your mindpower for this check is boosted based on your equipped rings, necklace, and belt. Enemies of rank Normal and lower will simply die instead of taking damage. 2. Stunning Looks: Enemies within a cone with a radius equal to your vision range must make a physical save against your mindpower or become stunned for several turns. 3. Irresistible: Enemies who can see you but are not adjacent to you suffer from a stacking affliction which reduces their saves, defense, and resistance to all damage. 4. Take it Off: All enemies who can see you when you sustain this talent will suffer from talent failure chance so long as they can still see you and you continue to sustain the talent. Requires a belt. Full details on the forum page. Doombringer Destroyer Reskin 1.7.6This allows Doombringers to select a different Destroyer form than just the Champion of Uhr'rok. Nothing against the Champ, but maybe some characters wanna look a little different when they hulk out. Now, the Destroyer can use any of the various demonic appearances, or even a number of non-demonic forms: a faeros of one size or another, a phoenix, and quite a bit more. Even dragons! (Wyrmics, you had your chance.) The text of Destroyer has been very slightly tweaked to reflect the more general and/or personal effect. I mostly aimed to include fire-elemental stuff, given the class, but there are some selections that don't really slot into either "demon" or "fire" — i.e., if you wanna morph into a big sandworm, that's also cool. There are two ways to configure this addon, both only visible to Doombringers:
I suspect the chosen setting will likely also impact the temporary Destroyer mode granted randomly by demon statues, too, though that's one thing I haven't tested. This addon has no mechanical component; it's purely cosmetic. It is also very easy to fork and extend, if desired; just add a new entry — a name and a filename — to the Width-variant tiles are not currently supported. --- CHANGELOG:
Automatic Talent Gambits 1.7.4Allows customization of automatic talent usage in the style of FF XII gambits. Version 1.4.0 includes the following fixes and improvements: Forbidden Cults 1.7.4Official Expansion! Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind. Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!
Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.
Race: Formorians 1.7.6Adds the Formorians as a playable race, an elusive ant-people who live in colonies under the isle of Rel. The Formorians are an adapted version of the Formicids from DCSS. Formorians are physically strong despite their small size, and can use their strength and multiple limbs to wield a two-handed weapon in one hand-pair, much like Ogres. However, they're not nearly as sturdy as they are strong, being almost as frail as Yeeks. They make up for this by sensing their foes from afar with their antennae and being able to dig an escape tunnel in an emergency. Still a work in progress--tweaks to the talents, balance changes, and more skins are likely coming! Heartstalker - Psionic Class 1.7.0Adds Heartstalker, a psionic class themed around the subconscious, as a birth option. Heartstalkers are a stealth-oriented class that start with twin daggers. Confounding foes's perceptions with their strange psychic power, they weaken their victims from afar, unseen and untouchable, before drawing in close for the kill when they feel the time is right. Take care, however, for though your mind is a potent shield against hostile intent, the physical flesh it guards is exceedingly frail. Heartstalker talent trees include: Perception: Turn aside prying eyes to hide your presence! All that we know of ourselves and others is merely a facade; the truth of the mind and the world sleeps where it cannot see. Cleaner Item Descriptions REVISED 1.7.0This is a fork of Cleaner Item Descriptions v2.1.4 (which itself is a fork of Better Item Descriptions) which makes Item Stats easier to read... Mirrorblade 1.7.2Adds the Mirrorblade, a chronomancer that calls upon his temporal twin. Unlike Temporal Wardens, Mirrorblades train exclusively with melee weapons, and only ever call upon one other timeline for aid. However, this specialized training has resulted in an extremely effective paired combat style. Faster Run/Rest/Explore 1.0.6Important: this addon will have no effect if left unconfigured! Please read the description! Recommended settings:hit escape -> video options
Description:Enables faster run/resting by use of FPS dividers. These dividers simply divide the game's requested FPS by their respective values while resting or running. After starting a new game or loading a saved character, configure this addon by hitting escape -> video options. Setting these dividers to something greater than one can substantially reduce the amount of time required to finish resting/running on older computers. Just be careful when resting on an escort mission... Changelog:See the forum discussion for the changelog. Artificer Class 1.7.4Adds an Artificer class to the game. Beware: Although powerful later on, artificers have a weak early game, and require a good deal of item management to succeed. This class may not be for everyone. Requires Embers of Rage DLC Class: Spellweaver 1.7.6Adds the Spellweaver, a Mage subclass who creates custom spells with Spellweaving components. Note: If you need to make a bug report, please use the forum thread: https://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=53519 Greenwatch 1.7.4Two new Wilder subclasses emerge: the Woods Walker and the Anamage. --== Woods Walker ==-- Favored by wood, wind, and earth, the Woods Walker is most at home wandering the fields and forests of Maj'Eyal. While the Woods Walker brings both archery and mindstar options to the mix, their primary strength lies in their connection to Nature. Class Talent Trees: Generic Talent Trees: --== Anamage ==-- A curious case, the Anamage was once an arcane user, but has experienced a dramatic shift, coming to belief that all magic began with Nature and must be returned to her. The Anamage starts as a follower of Zigur, having fervently sworn off the arcane. Class Talent Trees: Generic Talent Trees: Enjoy! -Mister Vimes Godmode 1.7.6GodMode for T.O.M.E version 1.7.6

Stability: High Embers of Rage 1.7.4Official Expansion! One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal. The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged... but one Pride remains. Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom. The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal. Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes. Features:

Adds the race of Doomlings, demon-corrupted halflings, wielding destructive corrupted versions of the original halfling talents. Doomlings begin in the Searing Halls, and thus can get kidnapped by demons at high level. Racial Abilities
Sholtar 1.5.5Sholtar have no racial talents of their own; instead, the four slots can be used to learn talents from defeated enemies (of a high enough rank). In this manner, the Sholtar can improve nearly any class by adding abilities from other calsses, or even talents that are normally exclusive to NPCs. --- The Sholtar were once a great nation, with many vasts cities in the southeastern regions of Maj'Eyal. In spite of the harsh, dry terrain they inhabitied, or perhaps because of it, they were a people of great ingenuity and adaptability. The Cataclysm which tore the world apart centuries ago swept nearly all of the Sholtar lands into the murky depths, and all but erased their people from the face of Eyal. While very few survived, those who did fought for survival with all of the wit and grit that was their birthright. An already adaptable people grew to become even more adaptable through neccessity, and it has become their greatest strength. Sholtar are able to learn abilities by carefully studying others, and, regardless of their class, they can always improve by incorporating the talents of others into thier skill set. Bugnibus Bugfix Pack 1.7.0Combines several separate bugfix addons, both for convenience and potentially reduced resource usage on smaller machines. Includes the following addons:
