Description

This addon adds the Sapper as a playable class. As it is a Tinker, it will require Embers of Rage DLC to work.

Sappers use their knowledge of steam weaponry to build construct that will fight your foes and destroy the walls of their lair.
They have an automated onarger, serving as a permanent ally. They can manipulate the terrain by digging tunnels and creating impassable pits.
But they are also trained for short range combat and will not hesitate to stick their pickaxe in their enemies' skulls.

They have 9 class trees, including 4 locked ones :
- Battle Machinery
- Siege Engine (new tree) : build 3 different temporary construct that will attack your foes and protect you
- Onager (new tree) : build a permanent construct that will follow you, hurt and disable your foes, and help you reposition
- Tool Combat (new tree) : join the fray, using your knowledge of tools to deconstruct your foes' equipment as you fight, or hit your construct to temporarily improve them instead.
- Death Tools (new tree) : use the carnage of the battlefield to your own advantage

- Trapping (locked)
- Automation (locked)
- Sapper (locked, new tree) : control the field to improve your odds of survival
- Steampunch Arts (locked, new tree) : find new inventive ways to punch your enemies in the face, or embed a pickaxe in their skulls

Bloodriver Adherents are very in tune with arcane energies, their mana will buffer any harm done to them. It also makes them know basic elemental spells innately.
They also have access to unique Bloodriver spells which utilize their own mana-infused blood to enhance their effects.

Bloodriver Adherent talents revolves mainly on their bleed mechanics. A lot of talents costs both mana and life to cast.
By default, this class can, and it is recommended, to focus on 2 different basic element talent trees. These 2 selected elements will later got advanced talents that you can learn.

There are around 11 custom made talent category which you can choose. Some are essential to Bloodriver Adherent, as this subclass try to utilize bleed as much as possible.
However, how you want to play this subclass, which talent to choose, is up to your liking.
You want to cause debuffs to your enemies? Prolong debuffs and make them suffer? sure you can!
You want to summon a cute golem to do your bidding and cute fairy to spice things up? Go ahead!
You want to just straight up deal damage to your enemies? say no more!
You can even summon some totems, put traps, and more.

There are currently 9 variation of totems. 5 which you will learn by default, and the remaining 4 you will learn by:
killing a certain named bear
destroy a certain magical crystal
killing a certain spider in the east, and
going to a certain place where magic are blazing.

This subclass is a bit tricky to play and on the harder side of difficulty-wise.
As both mana and life are used as resources to cast, and both life and mana dictates your livelihood, you will need to manage your mana and life, and choose your actions carefully.
If your mana is empty, you won't instantly die, but you will suffocate and take damage every turn. Suffocation will last until either you die or you replenish your mana.
There are a lot of self-perseverance talents embedded in this class, so you can take those to ensure your longevity.

Also beware, some of the talents are very powerful, but makes no distinguishing between friend or foe, so you may harm your allies, or even yourself!

Bloodriver Staffmasters do not attune so much to arcane energies compared to Adherents. Instead, they hone themselves to gain martial prowess.

While they don't have easy access to basic element trees compared to Adherents, they have their own unique talents with stronger emphasis on bleed.

If you are starting as humans, halflings, elves, or ogres, there is a small quest given at birth, you can do the quest and get some reward for it. There are also some lore fragments scattered regarding The Bloodrivers.

Audiomancy is an audio enhancement for ToME that does not affect music. It started with the High Quality Sounds mod (thanks to Gurkoz), but it does a bit more than replace sounds. It enhances the code introducing random variance, layering, and new trigger points. Weapon types (sword, great axe, mace, sling, bows, etc.) have distinct sounds in combat, along with NPC types having different impact sounds. Many weapons have distinct critical hit sounds as well. Ranged weapons have separated attack and hit sounds. Melee and ranged talents you would have expected to produce sound before likely will with this mod. Multiple hits trigger multiple sounds, e.g. the Volley talent. There is still more to do, especially in terms of providing distinct sound effects for various game mechanics and talents, but the code as-is will affect almost every sound played in the game while adding more. I attempted to maximize compatibility, replacing a single function and using superloading and hooking for the rest.

Fixed the attackTarget hook (thank you to "Chief of Kilimanjaro" and "purpel frog" in the ToME Discord); it now properly returns two values. This should fix various misc issues, anything dependent on the second return value.

Adds Weaver class.

Weaver is a Wilder subclass, a resilient unarmed combatant with emphasis of moving around strategically through their set-up battlefield. Their skill sets revolve around arachnids. Laying webs, injecting enemies with poison, beating enemies with your limbs, creating cocoon for later consumption, and more! Their talents mainly uses equilibrium, have huge equilibrium demand yet heavy hitting, and moderate-long cooldown. Some even needs "special charge" to use. So if you decide to become one of the weaver, make sure to use your talents and resources wisely!

Their arachnid nature starts to take shape, modifying their body and giving them the resilience, agility, wisdom, and abilities of a spider.They will even grow spider legs!

wild-gift: threads and webs
As spider would, they grow accustomed in the art of threads and webs. They can trap and disarm their preys, cut them with threads, and eventually encasing them in a cocoon.

wild-gift: dance of the Weaver
These are some of the technique of prey hunting. Begin with an ambush, revel in "the circle of life", hasten their prey to "sleep" with specialized moves, and disable the prey's most annoying sustains!

wild-gift: cocoon utilization
Cocoon is an important resource for the weaver. The liquefied prey inside a cocoon are very nutritious and versatile to use beside hunger filling. The cocoon can nourish the weaver, converted to chemical weapon, and even storing genetic material for backup and cloning.

The thick and strong chitin exoskeleton of the weaver. This gives the weaver their grit and protection against enemies with various means.

Adds the Voidslime class, a new subclass for the demented category inspired by the concept of an arcane oozemancer. If I don't suck at my job the class should be on the easier side which is intentional since I'd like it to appeal to the oozemancer lovers who tend to be beginners that struggle with survival on general classes still.

A new class, a psionic archer who starts with the powers of hypnosis, light telekinesis, and control over fabric.
They use only Psi as their resource.
They are unlocked along with Mindslayers.

Technique/Psychic Marksman - Use willpower instead of strength and focus on shooting extremely accurately.
Technique/Psychic Shots - Shoot arrows that pierce targets, knock enemies around, or change direction midair.
Psionic/Idol - Surround yourself with hypnotic auras. The first 3 talents in this unusual tree can be learned in any order.
Psionc/Noumena - Strange manifestations of energy let you disable enemies and hide yourself from view.

Adds the Void Scholar, a twisted Celestial class themed around cosmic expansion and the emptiness of space, featuring a unique starting scenario. Void Scholars are dedicated spellcasters with poor durability, but many ways to negate damage and debilitate foes. Their spells are ineffective against nearby targets, but grow incredibly potent when cast at a distance -- strike from the depths of infinity, where no eyes or blades can reach! They use a unique resource called "Void Energy" that is built up by casting certain spells and quickly disperses when out of combat, requiring careful management to retain momentum.

A new class, a Celestial summoner who draws on the powers of Shandral's other planets to call up elementals.
Their basic trees summon and support Fire, Ice, and Lightning Elementals, as well as providing utility effects.
Their unlockable advanced trees rain down Meteors and twist Time Elementals into being.
They start with Chants, and a new tree in the vein of chants and hymns. They can unlock Celestial Light.

Their main resource is negative energy, which they generate by summoning and some other spells, and spent by others.

This mod should be compatible with just about everything.

Adds the High Guard, a mage subclass. The High Guard is a melee fighter with mid-range spells who can wield any staff in one hand and favors shields in the offhand.
Primary stats are Magic and Strength. All talents are spells and use only mana. Attacks with both staff and shield, with nearly all attacks (save for bumps) dealing the damage type your staff is currently alinged to.

Revamps the Skirmisher class.

All talents have been re-coded to remove artificial break points in scaling. In most cases, bonuses which were gated by talent level in vanilla will scale in from the first talent point, reaching approximately the same power at the talent level they were previously gated behind.

Many attack talents' damage scaling has been adjusted to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents. Max damage scaling values remain the same, but talents will scale up to to those values at a rate somewhat closer to other weapon attack talents.

Many attack talents' stamina costs have been reduced to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents relative to their damage/utility.

Scoundrel is unlocked, master increased to 1.3.
Poisons mastery is increased to 1.3 (from 1.2).
Stealth is granted, locked at 1.0 mastery.

[Buckler Training]
'Buckler Expertise' grants Armor and Hardiness while wearing light armor (values taken from 1.6). The description has also been updated to reflect what it actually does (i.e. it now notes that melee attack deflection does not work in heavy armor).
'Bash and Smash' now scales in the second shield hit as a chance to occur (50-100%). Knockback distance now scales, instead of having an artifical (and hidden) break point.
Moved to level 8 talent.
'Buckler Mastery' no longer has scaling projectile spread radius (projectiles will always be deflected in a radius of 1). Buckler Mastery now grants immunity to damage from your own projectiles. The critical strike for Bash and Smash now scales in as increased crit chance (50-100%) for the shield hit(s).
Moved to level 12 talent.
'Counter Shot' has been replaced with a new level 4 talent:
'Dash and Crash', a talent which will rush toward a targeted foe up to X tiles away, attack with your shield for Y damage, and activate Block for free. If the shield strike hits, the target may be confused for Z turns. Cooldown decreases with level [~20-10 turns].

[Tireless Combatant]
'Tireless Combatant' talents have been changed to use Dexterity (instead of Willpower) as a requirement.
'Breathing Room' now adds stacks of the new 'Breathing Room' effect each turn their are no enemies adjacent to you. The effect increases life and stamina regen and can stack up to 4 times. You will lose one stack per turn if an enemy is adjacent to you.
'Pace Yourself' now grants flat damage armor instead of reduced fatigue.
'Dauntless Challenger' has been reworked. Rather than passively granting regeneration, you can activate the talent to consume all stacks of Breathing Room and gain the Dauntless Challenger effect for X turns. The effect grants 200% of the stamina regen and 400% of the life regen granted by Breathing Room, multiplied by the number of stacks consumed. You cannot gain stacks of Breathing Room while under this effect, but the regeneration from Dauntless Challenger will persist regardless of enemy location, etc.
'The Eternal Warrior' has improved resistance cap scaling, and now scales in the 'Breathing Room' regeneration bonus from 10%-20% (which also improves 'Dauntless Challenger' as a result).

[Skirmisher Slings]
'Sling Supremacy'now allows you to reload when you Block.
'Swift Shot' now resets Hurricane Shot cooldown completely. Additionally, a somewhat obscure but potentially exploitable bug from vanilla has been removed.
'Hurricane Shot' now always hits targets only once, but the damage scaling is doubled. Projectiles from this attack now travel instantly.
'Bombardment' has been completely reworked. It now costs 20 stamina to sustain, causes Shoot to cost 5 stamina, and increases fatigue by 50%. While active, all sling shots which hit will trigger an instant sling attack on the same target for [20-40]% weapon damage. This can trigger from any shot, from any talent, so long as a sling is equipped. This can affect multiple targets and trigger multiple times, but will strike each individual target twice per turn at most.

[Called Shots]
'Called Shots' attack talent projectiles now travel instantly.
'Kneecapper' has improved pin and slow duration scaling.
'Noggin Knocker' now scales up the stun/increase duration, from 1 (at TL 1) to 2 (at ~ TL 5 / TL 4 at 1.3 mastery).
'Sling Sniper' cooldown reduction now scales and it is possible to reach 3 turn reduction with increased mastery.

A new demented class, the Shining One.

This addon requires the Forbidden Cults DLC to function.

Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs:
- Escorts now follow the player when not close to the portal.
- Escorts occasionally say useful things.
- Escorts heal 5% of their maximum health per turn.

Adds two races, one class, a new town, and a new low level dungeon. Completing a quest to explore the new dungeon unlocks purchasable perks in the town. This quest is the starting quest for the added races, but anyone can access an alternate version of the quest with the same rewards. Look toward the coast east of Last Hope to get started.

Available perks (cost varies):
Reveal Exotic Weapons Mastery (must already know Combat Training; Combat Training can also be purchased as per Last Hope shops).

Gain the ability to invest in Heavy Armour Training and equip mail(heavy) armor by meeting the requirement with the highest of Constitution and Dexterity (or Strength, as usual).

Gain bonus attack and movement speeds and a chance to evade incoming damage while wearing mail(heavy) armor. These values scale with Dex and Con, respectively.

Learn (locked or unlocked) a new Psionic/Mindstar combat talent tree. Similar to Wild-Gift/Mindstar mastery, this tree also has a Psiblades sustain. Once learned, you can also pay to boost mastery (as with Mindstar mastery from Zigur).

Psionic/Mindstar combat:

Psiblades:
Increases damage and physical power when attacking with Mindstars. When sustained, increases the damage modifiers and mind stats granted by equipped mindstars (this is an exact copy of the wild-gift/mindstar mastery psiblades talent).

Mind Thorns:
Instantly touch the mind of an adjacent foe, creating mental thorns which reduce mind save and deal mind damage each turn for a few turns.

Mind Storm:
Create a storm of psionic energy which lasts for a few turns. The storm will overheat the mind of foes in the area, causing them to burn (stacking). Allies in the area will be obscured by illusions, reducing the bonus damage of critical hits dealt to them.

Psionic Balance:
Attack an adjacent enemy with your mainhand Psiblade and channel the energy through your offhand to create a psionic damage shield around an ally or yourself. The power of the shield is based on the damage of the attack and can be a mental critical. The shielded target will also regain an amount of Psi based on the damage of the attack.

Races:

The Naloren are elven race with an affinity for water who are adept with mail armor, whips and tridents. They are also known for their bountiful spirit and superb flexibility.
Talents:

Spirit of the Tides:
Gain X charges of Surging Spirit for 5 turns. Charges will be consumed as you activate talents to reduce their cooldown by one turn per charge.

Spirited Combat:
Gain X% armor hardiness in all types of armor and a Y% Constitution damage modifier for all weapons.

Cleansing Water:
When you are afflicted with a detrimental effect you have a X% chance to create a 1-tile pool of Cleansing Water within 2 tiles of yourself. Moving into Cleansing Water will consume it to cleanse the detrimental effect with the highest duration currently afflicting you. This has a cooldown (3).

Whitewater:
Call on the surging tides to aid you, creating radius X pool of rushing water lasting for 6 turns. Moving within Whitewater is instant for you. Foes will have a 50% chance with each movement within Whitewater to flounder, draining 50% of a turn and leaving them Dazed for 1 turn.

Stats:

+ 4 Con, +4 Dex, -1 Cun, -1 Str, -1 Mag, +10 life rating, 10% increased global speed, 15% xp penalty.

The Freeks are a tribe of Yeeks who broke free from The Way. They are still strong psionics, but their minds have been irreparably shattered.
Talents:

Unbound Mind:
Remove up to X silence and confusion effects from yourself and increase your silence and confusion immunities by 100% for a few turns. When activated, all foes in range 8 are afflicted with Shattered Mind for the same duration, giving them a chance each turn to become dazed or confused(35%) for 2 turns.

Partition:
Increases resistance to all damage and decreases the duration of negative effects.

Hasty:
Gain a passive mind speed bonus. If you are afflicted by 4 or more negative effects, the passive speed bonus will temporarily be doubled and any actions (attacks, spells, movement, etc) will use your mind speed if it is faster than the usual speed.

Schism:
Create up to 3 illusions of yourself adjacent to foes within range 10 that will taunt enemies for a few turns.

Stats:
-2 Con, +0 Dex, +3 Cun, +0 Str, +1 Mag, +3 Wil, +9 life rating, -10% xp 'penalty', -15% confusion immunity.

Target a foe and disrupt their next talent with a blast of physical damage. At level 3+ adds confuses. At 5+ has a passive chance to block damage over a threshold, blast the source, and disrupt the source talent.

Puncture:
Deal physical damage with added bleeding damage. At level 3+ has a chance to disrupt temporary buffs on the target. Direct damage bypasses ice blocks.

Psionic Striking

Kinetic Blast:

 Deal physical damage and pin. Frozen targets take extra damage and both hits bypass the ice block.

Thermal Blast:
Deal fire damage and cold damage and freeze. If target is pinned, pull in nearby enemies and freeze them to the ground for a few turns.

Charged Blast:
Deal lightning damage and shock (reduce stun/pin resist by half). If target is pinned, boost Charge Shield value. If target is frozen, push nearby enemies away from you.

Psi Weaving:
Increased Fire, Cold and Lightning damage and res pen. Also applies to physical, but at half the value.

Altered Talents
Beyond the Flesh:
TK mindstars now project a blast of damage instead of pulling enemies. Chance, range and damage scale with mindstar tier (damage also scales on Mindpower). Active Aura damage is added to the blast at 2 times the usual power.

Quick as Thought:
Also increases mental crit chance.

Mindhook:
Can also target a wall to pull yourself.

Resonant Focus:
TK mindstars have increased chance to blast and also increase the radius of Voracity talents and the range non-melee mind powers.

Frenzied Focus:
TK mindstars attempt to blast all foes in range and Aura damage is added at 4 times the usual power.

Transcendent Telekinesis:
Resets Kinetic Blast, Telekinetic Crush and Puncture. Converts all damage to Physical while in effect. Kinetic Blast will also strike two random foes adjacent to the target.

Transcendent Electrokinesis:
Resets Charged Blast, Telekinetic Crush and Puncture. Converts all damage to Lightning while in effect. Charged Blast will also chain to 3 nearby enemies.

Static Net:
Static Charge is released with your next Telekinetic Crush or Charged Blast.

Transcendent Pyrokinesis:
Resets Thermal Blast, Telekinetic Crush and Puncture. Converts all damage to Fire or Cold (based on your increased damage) while in effect. Thermal Blast cold/freeze will hit in a radius 1 ball.

Adds an Artificer class to the game.
Artificer is a versatile class that specialize in items.
They are able to craft items and use them in ways that other classes cannot.

Beware: Although powerful later on, artificers have a weak early game, and require a good deal of item management to succeed. This class may not be for everyone.

Requires Embers of Rage DLC

Adds the Spellweaver, a Mage subclass who creates custom spells with Spellweaving components.
For example, a Spellweaver might make a spell using the Fire element, the Beam shape, and the Damage Over Time effect to make a simple Damage over Time Fire Beam. However, spells can get vastly more complicated, with things like a "Grand Checkerboard of Eclipsing and Feverish Wallweaving and Prismatic and Radiat Lingering Harm" if you want to be way over the top.
Additionally, Spellweavers can make shielding and teleportation spells with components too, although all three types of spells use the same slots.
Spellweavers who are Humans, Elves, Dwarves or Undeads will also begin in Wovenhome in the East and have a special dungeon to start the game.

Alters the Attune Mindstars talent effect.

This addon will alter Attune Mindstars to allow you to choose any basic damage type (physical, arcane, fire, cold, nature, blight, mind, temporal, light, darkness, acid, lightning) for your mindstars damage type. Mindstars that do not teach Attune Mindstar (i.e. fixedart mindstars) will not be affected. Additionally, Attune Mindstars will also affect any telekinetically-wielded mindstars.

Adds a new class into the game, a mage warrior hybrid. There can never be enough hybrid classes, right?

The Spell Blade is a warrior that uses magic in order to enforce their attacks with destructive spells.
They use their magic to cripple their foes and overwhelm them with swift strikes.
Their use of magic is innate and not really studied; as such they do not naturally regenerate mana and must use external means of recharging.
Therefore they also rely on channeling their spells through weapons or tools rather than casting large bolts of fire or beams of arcane energy as Archmages do. Nevertheless the result can be just as devastating.

v2.0 is a revamped version and is incompatible with old save files (too many talents were changed to work in a different way).

Contains 6 new categories.
I made the icons from scratch by myself.

Adds the Calligrapher, a short-ranged mage class that uses ceaseless aggression and high mobility to debilitate their enemies in a whirl of bloodied ink.
The goal is to make a class where instantly dashing into the middle of a pile of rares and laying about with AoEs is the correct way to play, rather then elaborate suicide.
They primarily deal darkness damage, with secondary fire and blight elements.
They use the brand-new Ink resource, notable for having a hard cap of 100 Ink. Ink is restored by killing high ranked enemies, or by damaging yourself with Blood Distillation.
Aside from the usual unlocked Combat Training and Survival, Calligrapher uses completely unique trees. It has 4 unlocked class trees, one locked class tree and one generic tree.

Planned changes:
-I have an idea for another locked class category
-I might add another generic category as well
-A few of the sustains might have particle effects added to them, like Divine Cipher
-It is distantly possible that I might add sound effects to the class. I'm generally not a fan of ToME's sound design though, so this is unlikely.

I like to think that I've been fairly thorough in playtesting, but there are probably still bugs and exploits lurking.
If you run across any bugs then please report them. Include the relevant lua error and whether you have any other addons active.
There shouldn't be any other addon conflicts, since I've made liberal use of shortnames and haven't superloaded anything destructively, but it's still possible that there are some.
I do still recommend having as few non-essential addons active as possible, but this addon shouldn't affect even non-Calligrapher playthroughs due to the class being disabled on random enemies.

Modifies mastery and perfection egos to only roll from what you have unlocked and have at least 1 point in, to reduce useless rolls.

Allows you to toggle which classes can or cannot appear on random bosses and rares.

You are not ill; you are a weapon. A host to a menagerie of plagues, your body is a battleground you have learned to command. Every joint aches with power, every fever fuels your spells. You wade into battle, letting your infections flare and spread, hammering foes with disease-charged blows or scouring them with projected corruption. You are the source of the outbreak, and your resilience is the only thing holding the chaos within you at bay—because every plague you unleash gnaws at your own life just as eagerly as your enemies.

Mechanics:
The Infected is designed as a tanky melee/spellcasting hybrid that specializes in utilizing and manipulating their own unique diseases (Infections) which affect both themselves and their enemies.

• Spread Blight: Spread up to 6 unique Infections, ravage your enemies with the now-actually-useful Poison Storm, and watch them die to your limitlessly stacking Decay.
• Hybrid Combat: Play as a tough melee fighter that weaves spellcasting and corruption into their attacks.
• Tactical Movement: Engage with position-based talents that reward precision and grant useful short-range movements during combat.
• Backlash: Specialize in the Undying Resilience tree to gain Backlash, an alternate “health pool” that absorbs burst damage when you're low on life, but pays it back as greatly increased damage over time.

Balancing
• This class is currently not that well-balanced, but it is intended to be :) Feedback is very welcome—please let me know your thoughts on mechanics, balance, and fun factor! Feel free to reach out to @N1 on the discord server.

Battle Skirmisher:
Embrace the warrior within to become a true menace in battle, no longer limiting yourself to slings, but also striking with your shield, fists, and even your head.
Learn Combat Techniques, Shield Offense, Conditioning and Thuggery at 1.3 mastery.
Weapons Mastery will affect Shields and Unarmed combat, and while you have a sling equipped you will use your Unarmed combat stats as your Mainhand weapon.
Your shield hits will have a 40% chance to trigger a sling attack for 50% damage.
After moving with Rush, you will automatically attack all adjacent foes with Skullcracker. Using Bash and Smash will reset the cooldown of Rush.

All sling hits will deal added light damage, and, if you have a temporary damage shield active, increase its power(up to once per turn).
Additionally, sling hits against foes outside the reach of your Radiance will pull them 2 tiles toward you. If they are pulled into your Radiance, they are pinned for 3 turns.
Finally, if you are affected by Sun's Vengance and Sun Ray is not on cooldown, your sling hits will cast Sun Ray on the target (triggering cooldown as usual).

Dreamslinger:
Master your mind and the dream forge to enhance your sling mastery with flying hammers and psionic force.
Learn Dream Smith, Discharge, Dream Forge and Feedback at 1.3 mastery. Investing 8 points in Feedback grants 40 mindpower; 12 points in Discharge grants 60.
Sling hits will trigger Dream Smith talents if they are not on cooldown, prioritizing the highest tier, up to once per turn. Talents triggered this way will strike up to range 10 and trigger cooldown and cost as usual.
All of your fire damage is converted to mind damage, you gain 40% mind resistance penetration, and your sling hits generate 8 Feedback.
Reqs:50 Cun, 25 Wil, defeat a foe while you are sleeping.

Note: Age of Ascendancy specific requirements are waived in other campaigns.

This addon makes items description easier to read and determine on a glance it's usefulness
- sorts all stats by category - DPS/DEF/MISC
- item's passive power always the same blue color (not a random blue-yellow-pink-green)
- item's usable power - always yellow
- all rarity categories are displayed
- encumbrance value moved to the right under item name
- "on hit" powers always green
- "Stats" have an ornage highlight and placed before others because it's most important one
- Removed many extra-explain details, which any veteran player would not want to read each time
for example, stat "S.pwr/crit" shorten from "Spellpower on spell critical (stacks up to 3 times)"
means you do remember that it can stack only 3 times, and is not so super important anyway

Most important thing to remember
- Requirements only shown for those you don't meet. If you want to see all reqs - hold CTRL
- "Phasing" stat means - "Damage Shield penetration", the name was taken from the source and looks good to me, and short enough
- The "-" minus sign at the end of stat mean immunity or reduction of some sort, for example "Blind-" = "Blindness immunity",
- "Max.summ" = Max wilder summons
- "Summ.HP.reg" = Life regen bonus (wilder-summons)
- "Def/telep" = Defense after a teleport
- "Res/telep" = Resist all after a teleport
- "Dur/telep" = New effects duration reduction after a teleport

This is a fork of Rukaneo's Discordant and Friends, itself a fork of Vectorinox's Discordant and Friends. This fork removes the brakes on the original addon by allowing enemies to get all non-customer classes from this addon, and marks some of the most egregiously broken (on enemies) talents as enemy-unusable. Each class should now be a challenge to work around on enemies, rather than being literally unkillable (notably primitive and discordant).

Descriptions

Add Discordant as playable psionic subclass. A psionic tank with death radius around them (think of Mindrot, but less sucky). Wins battle through attrition, melts trash mobs just by standing. Can also spam tele-frags if you feel like it.

Add Kudzu as playable wilder subclass. Invasive, annoying, and hard to get rid of. Master of crowd controls and area denials. Cover the world with fungus, lichens, moss, and kudzus.

Add Scorpion as playable rogue subclass. Stealthy brawler with poison fist. Pull in your enemy and dethrone them with chain of combos.

Add Critic as playable afflicted subclass. High-risk, high-reward, critical-centric class that use feedback pool as life. Overpower your enemy with overwhelming amount of Gestures, or die from receiving too much criticism.

Add Colossus as playable race. Artificial giant constructed by dwarves, has the same start location as dwarf. Durable race with some drawbacks. Also like gold.

This is a practice addon intended for personal use, but thank you if you decided to check it out anyway.

This addon adds three new content: a new race, a new class and a new area with mini-games.

I., Adds a new race: the Vorloth.

Vorloths are not from Eyal, they are from planet Luxam.
They are unique sound creatures, fragile but powerful.
Vorloths have their own starting zone, and they have a unique post-game boss fight.

II., Adds a new Chronomancer subclass, the Quantum Slider.

The class has a very unique way of gameplay: you should run & teleport as fast and as many times as you just can.
Running with very high speed and teleporting gives you several benefits. Sliders are always on the Run.

Quantum Slider has only the Spellbinding (locked) tree from the original chronomancy trees.

You can enter into a new shop, where ring imbuing can be done like in Angolwen.
This enables anti-magic characters imbuing too, before the East.

You can play two different mini-games there too:

a, a Soko-Ban puzzle game

b, and a real time epic Space Battle game

These mini-games have no effect on the campaign, these are for enjoyment.
Every murderhobo adventurer has to relax sometimes and play videogames.

Adds the Inferno Forger, a tinker class. As steamtech swept over Maj'Eyal, some mages adapted to it. Similar to Psyshots, these so-called Inferno Forgers use steampower to enhance their own powers - in this case, fire magic.

Adds several new classes and races:
- Bladebender class: Psionic melee fighter that triple-wields daggers and has "meta" talents that can modify other talents.
- Harbinger class: Wilder melee fighter that channels storms through their attacks. More powerful against groups of foes than against single targets. Their class talents do not use resources.
- The Cooler Anorithil class: Revamp of the Anorithil class that must directly alternate between Solar and Lunar talents instead of managing positive/negative energy.
- Zephyr class: Basically a ranged and exclusively lightning-based version of Arcane Blade. Overpowered, not a serious class, and mostly exists to demonstrate instant projectiles.

- Moon Fox race: Race that can radically transform class and generic talents by attaching tails to them.
- Dreamelf race: Overpowered race that can reposition enemies and shorten talent cooldowns.
- Lich race: Undead race that can convert a portion of all their damage into a damage type of their choice.

This addon also makes a couple other changes to make the Zephyr class work:
- Feather Wind is no longer snapshottable, provides less defense but provides both melee and ranged defense, and its maximum encumbrance is no longer spellpower-dependent.

Other than that, the addon tries not to affect existing classes/races/talents. The new classes won't appear on enemies or Adventurers.

Adds the Frost Invoker, a mage subclass.

The Frost Invoker is a Cold-focused caster and unarmed fighter. Their primary stats are Magic and Dexterity.
Frost Invokers know Combat Training and Survival(locked) and have 11 new spell trees, 3 generic and 8 class (of which 3 start locked).

Frozen Core: Unarmed training with 40/80 Mag/Dex dam mods, and utility.
Rime Guard: Defense, with a damage shield and one-shot protection.
Ice Floes: Mobility and utility focused on an icy ground effect.

Arctic: Unarmed attacks with AoE, a pin, a multi-hit, and a gap closer.

Chill: Debuffs which proc on cold damage, with active conditional sustain stripping.

Hekatonkhieres are spell-using melee combatants who mix armed and unarmed attacks while accompanied by their eldritch Wandering Eyes.

New Talents
Spell / Shambler: This tree defines your combat style: stomp up to your target and wind up to a single devastating blow.
Spell / Headless Horror: Extract your own eyes from your head and empower them into monstrous minions for both attack and defense.
Technique / Titanic Blows: Heavy attacks with your weapons, which gain space-warping powers later on.

This fork updates Combat Vigor to use 1.7+ dispel, and reduces lash/thrust cooldown to 0 at lv5 so increased attack speed will not lead to downtime. It also adds whip/trident icons to their respective talents so you can tell at a glance which is which.
Adds the Gladiator, a warrior subclass. Gladiators are weapons experts and can wield one-handed weapons in either hand with ease, however, they are also proficient with two-handed weapons and shields.
They learn many techniques for use with Axes, Maces, Swords and even more exotic weapons. Gladiators are able to quickly swap weapons and stack numerous detrimental effects on their foes, then finish them off with techniques that grow more deadly the more devastated their enemies become.
Includes six new class trees and one new generic tree, allowing for a variety of builds. Will you wield maces and shields and wear your foes down while sheltered inside your armor or put defense aside, pick up a pair of waraxes and become The Axebutcher?

Adds the Mindslinger as a new, Yeek-only, Psionic subclass.
Mindslingers wield slings in their main-hand and telekenetic weapon slots and gain many bonuses while their off-hand slot is empty, ranging from defense to added procs on ranged attacks.
One part Mindslayer, one part Solipsist, a dash of Skirmisher, just a pinch of Arcane Blade and Cursed, and 100% Grade-A Yeek.

Exponential Leveling is an addon that changes the amount of points (stats, class, ..) and optionally resources (hp/stamina/mana/regen..) you gain upon EACH level up.
It is meant to make Madness difficulty possible without cheating or hacking of any kind. The game isn't really meant to be beaten on Madness-Roguelike in a legit way, which is why trainers/cheats/savescams exist. There have been only a couple of winners that might be real and legit, and they are Adventure class with no video proof.

Being fully configurable, it can also be used to make the game easier as you wish to.

THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS.

How to use this addon:

    - Download and install, of course. Check if the addon is ACTIVATED. If you have another addon that superload/overload player.lua, it might conflict.
    - Start a New Game.
    - Under Options > Gameplay, you can enable or disable the addon. This will work from the next levelup. It cannot be used retroactively.
    - You can also change mode of operating (Default is balanced) and optional modes of operation (Also increase resources, life, etc on levelup) or be left as is.
    

Operating Modes:

    - Balanced -> Gives extra points in a fair way depending on your difficulty (Nightmare, Insane and Madness)
    - Extra Points -> Gives many more points than vanilla in any difficulty
    - Cheatish -> Gives way more points than you'll ever need
    - Only Life -> Does NOT change how many points you gain on levelup, but provide some extra MAX HP on levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options.
    

Optional Modes (These work alongside Operating Modes):

    - None -> Nothing else than what chosen under Operating Modes
    - All Resources -> Increase stamina, mana, hate, vim, etc (MAX and regen) upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options.
    - MAX HP -> Increase only MAX HP and not all resources upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. Stacks with Only Life if you want to.

Adds the Mirrorblade, a chronomancer that calls upon his temporal twin. Unlike Temporal Wardens, Mirrorblades train exclusively with melee weapons, and only ever call upon one other timeline for aid. However, this specialized training has resulted in an extremely effective paired combat style.

Allows Adventurer characters to use some talent trees from addon-provided classes that would otherwise be inaccessible.

More specifically: Adventurers typically are allowed to use talent trees for classes added by addons, unless those classes are flagged as not for use on random bosses. This addon bypasses that check, making talent trees from classes so flagged available to Adventurers.

Description

This addon adds the Bristlebarb as a playable class.
Bristlebarbs hate everyone with a passion, but refuse to lower themselves to the levels of other by fighting.
Their scorn alone empower them as they cover themselves in spikes and trudge their own path, in blood.

Bristlebarbs use no weapons but are covered in a living bramble that they can control.

They use a special resource : thorns.
Higher thorn count give them bonus damage.
Lower thorn count slow them down but increase their armor, as their thorn become dead wood.
Extremely low thorn will prevent all movement.
Thorns default to 50% on rest and increase in the presence of worthy enemies (rare rank and above).

5 unique class trees (1 locked) :
Scorn : A manifestation of their hate for the outside world
Flow of the thorn : You move like a vine, nothing stopping you from growing wherever you want.
One with the thorn : More and more, your body changes and adapt.
Mutation : your thorns started simple, what are they becoming now ?
Wrath of the thorn : harness your hate to guide your thorns in devastating attacks.

1 Unique generic tree (locked) :
Roots : a generic tree all about getting hit and doing nothing

Bristlebarbs can not appear on NPC.

This is a fork of a fork of Marson's auto-explore and rest tweaks, forked by Dracos and then again by mannendake. This version fixes opening doors taking a turn and returns the fixedart icons to their respective lore entries.

v3.5.1 *** FOR ToME v1.7.2 ***
This is a fork (with permission) of Marson's auto-explore and rest tweaks. It includes as well C.Lowe/CaptainTrip's improvements as well. It does not include, but recommends also using Johnny0's Faster RRE add-on for even better rest and auto-explore experience. This add-on contains numerous Quality of Life improvements designed to make resting and auto-exploring easier to use, brings the add-on overall up to being compatible with 1.7.x, and generally seeks to remove it being more optimal to do timed rests or manual recovery (particularly to help higher difficulty level and players without Faster RRE). Cleaned up feature list in this take, to make it easier to see what it does.

It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them.

This mod provides several options to control it. These may be found by opening the Game Menu->Game Options->Gameplay menu. Feel free to customize to preference with the defaults meant to be free of questionable behavior.

Latest Update Notes:
• Double checked compatibility with 1.7.2 and added to mod notes how to get to the menu.

• When resting, it will check for infusions and runes that could be used to accelerate HP, Mana, or Equilibrium (via Ancestral Life or Meditation) recovery. If the acceleration appears significant, it will use them, rotating from first available infusion or rune outward. In experiment, I found this often reduced rest turn time by 50-80 percent, improving the more drained the resource was. Particularly helpful for Mana, as it avoids trade-off advantages of short term resting (for increased mana regen) + rune use by just handling that more optimal play for you automatically without breaking rest.
• Support for steam implants, with usual checkboxes. This may not always be faster based on steam sustains that may disable after the initial round of rest and steam implants having very long cooldowns (30+ turns) and steam's resource max being pretty small. It tries to be conservative on that, so will most likely help for cases where your functional steam regen rate is < 2.00 and never activate for things much above it. I found I was often getting 5-20 steam per turn, which makes the implant support useless.
• Supports for medical healing salve injectors. Cooldown measurements are a bit odd here, since they can range from 5-20 depending on injector. Went with 10 as a happy medium for how many turns of natural regen is considered to be equal to the cooldown cost of using it.
• Adding support to auto-stealth if available and not stealthed.
• Option for ignoring small damage when moving and resting, basically if it is <5%, it will ignore it by default, prevent small DoTs from preventing rest.
• Options added to control whether or not to use inscriptions to accelerate recovery of things.
• Fixes a ToME bug that can cause autoexplore or running to move only a single square and hang if used immediately after killing an enemy.
• Lore discovery will only stop autoexplore if it triggers a popup.
• Autoexplore will ignore Exploratory/Infinite Farportal return portals until the entire level has been explored.
• Ignores special terrain features such as Font of Healing after they are first discovered.
• Ignores open chests and alt Maze floor cracks.
• Rest and AE ask for confirmation if you have an escort in your party.
• Ignore already activated pedestals.

Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'.

• Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. Adds the White Monk, a warrior subclass.

The White Monk wields no arms, instead using intense focus and training to turn their body into a weapon. They fend off enemy blows with their immense willpower and can preform healing and regenerative rites. Primary stats are Dexterity and Willpower. White Monks have the unique ability to project unarmed melee attacks at a distance, with talents that allow them to strike many targets in a area, as well. White Monks have a base damage modifier for hand gear of 60% Dex and 60% Wil, and gain some of the same benefits to unarmed attacks as Brawlers.

Includes seven new talent trees and incorporates a few existing trees from Warrior and Rogue classes.

Rending - Attack your foes from afar and sap their energy.

Mending - Heal and cleanse yourself and even prepare a rite that can ward off death itself.

Fending (generic) - Ward off enemy assaults, directing some damage to your stamina pool.

Agile Combatant - Move across the battlefield with unmatched agility.

Martial Arts - Master the art of unarmed fighting and gain bonus strikes from your attacks.

When you command a staff, it will change the attack damage type of the staff along with the damage increase type causing melee attacks made with the staff to be dealt as the chosen damage type.

If you capture a soul via Soul Leech (or other method) while you are at maximum soul capacity and your Hiemal Shield is depleted, allows you to store the soul in a temporary Hiemal Buffer to be used to pay the soul cost the next time your Hiemal Shield regenerates (normal mana costs still apply).

Adds Heartstalker, a psionic class themed around the subconscious, as a birth option. Heartstalkers are a stealth-oriented class that start with twin daggers. Confounding foes's perceptions with their strange psychic power, they weaken their victims from afar, unseen and untouchable, before drawing in close for the kill when they feel the time is right. Take care, however, for though your mind is a potent shield against hostile intent, the physical flesh it guards is exceedingly frail.

Steam-Fu Master is a class that combines steamsaw and steamgun to fight in close range.

This class revolves around melee range combat, wreaking havoc, and throwing oneself into the fray. Shoot enemies multiple times at the cost of high ammo cost that you feel your ammo pouch has a hole. And do not forget your saw shreds through your foes.

Don't worry about surrounded by enemies as you have decent survivability and steam generation, as long as you strategically utilize our injector and steam generator. But don't get cocky, choose your fight wisely as getting over your head is sure way to your demise.

A complete rework for Bulwark.

This addon aims to make Sandworm Lair less terrible.

It does so by doing four things: Enabling natural tunnels, disabling burrowers, replacing the walls with their stable counterparts, and removing the alt version.

These changes are accomplished by overloading the zone and npc files with edits and commented out sections.

Quick Recovery: Quick Recovery and Fast Metabolism merged. Lifegain scales with CON.
Warrior's Determination: If more than one enemy is visible, take reduced damage, improving as you see more enemies.
Spell Shield: Spell save unchanged. 4-15% Arcane/Fire/Cold/Lightning resist added. When you save against a magical effect, daze the caster for 1-3 turns.
Unending Frenzy: Once a turn when you hit an enemy in melee you gain a 3 turn 0.7%-2.5% combat speed bonus which stacks up to 10 times. Kills restore life/stamina, lifegain scales with CON and occurs once per turn.

This version has seen a complete playthrough main AoA campaign on insane roguelike without major issues, however it's still being tested and subject to change.

This addon overloads the combat techniques tree, and is therefore incompatible with any addon or future versions which change that file.

Adds a new class evolution for Berserker, the Barbarian.

As a Barbarian, the Berserker loses the ability to equip body armor, but gains the ability to wield a two-handed weapon in their off-hand. Additionally, they will unlock Technique/Duelist and Technique/Dual Weapons at 1.0 mastery. Finally, each turn the Barbian attacks a foe, they will automatically eneter a blocking stance to deflect damage with their weapons, potentially setting up deadly counter-strikes.

Improvements to the escort system. Adds a bunch of new types of escorts, and increases the power and number of options for existing escorts. Additionally learning new categories unlocks them by default, or can improve your mastery if you already know them. This is a fork of Movarc'h's Impoved Escorts by mannendake. Credit to Disnag for necromancer escort and Movarc'h for the base addon.

Adds the Fallen Meditant class. The Fallen was once a monk; training in a natural combat style upon a mountain. They have been cast down.

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forgo arms to ravage your foes with fist and claw.
While unarmed, you gain all the weapon/shield bonuses of Surge, Cleave, and Repel.
Surge, Cleave, and Repel are no longer mutually exclusive while you are unarmed and will not put the other talents on cooldown when activated. If you equip a weapon while any of these are active, they will deactivate.
Attacks which would strike with a mainhand weapon or shield will use your unarmed stats for the weapon and/or shield attack.
Weapons Mastery will apply to unarmed combat and Willpower will be used in place of Dexterity as a damage modifier for gloves and gauntlets.
You learn the Grappling talent tree, unlocked at 1.3 mastery. Stamina cost for these talents is converted to Hate (at a ratio of 4:1).

This is a simple mod that requires the Embers of Rage DLC, and makes several buffs to the Gunslinger class, here is a list of changes:

Many talents have their steam cost reducded slightly.
Uncanny Reload now gains steam instead of costing any.
Steamgun Mastery grants an extra reload at level 1 instead of 2.
Double Shot's stun duration increased by 1 turn.
Evasive Shot's cooldown reduced to 15 instead of 30.
Agile Gunner's radius increased by 1.
Awesome Toss's duration now increases based on talent level. All resistance increased from 5 - 20 to 15 - 35.

• Doomed: Hollow - Merge almost completely with your shadows. If you have the original version of Fallen, they can also become Hollow.

A variation on wyrmics, as a multi-elemental debuff-centered class.
Rather than having their abilities scattered among the elements, they'll rank up melee attacks, mental attacks, and elements separately.

The core of Wyrmic is:
Combat Techniques
Draconic Combat - provides weapon attacks.
Draconic Energy - provides mindpower attacks.
Draconic Body - provides mobility and survivability.

Then, a wyrmic picks one of the six natural elements: Fire, Ice, Lightning, Sand, Acid, or Poison. Each element has a single ability available right away, and a set of advanced skills that require a category point to access.
Finally, the advanced Prismatic Tree rewards you for changing elements.

Apex Predator - new generic tree that fills in a few gaps and lets you wear gems.

Cultist of Entropy is a thematically excellent class that many enjoy. I seek to buff the class and offer differing, more powerful playstyles.

The intent of this addon is to buff the budding Cultist so they have more tools at their disposal, both in terms of damage and survivability, whether passive or active.

This addon is intended to bring the class more up to the level of classes like Paradox Mage whilst including fun changes that hopefully mitigate some of the drag in CoE's early game.

Demented/Nether

Netherblast
- Now bounces to up to 1-3 foes and can bounce off of the ground.

Netherblast (Empowered)
- Now pierces through 1-6 random enemies (prioritizing furthermost ones) like Sunburst.
- An additional projectile is fired at Netherblast's talent level 5 to reflect the additional projectile.

Rift Cutter
- The pin is now part of the spell without being empowered.
- If the target is pinned, they will be silenced.
- If the target is blinded, they will be stunned.
- If the target is confused, they will be disarmed.

Rift Cutter (Empowered)
- Casts an additional time.

Spatial Distortion
- Now summons the Entropic Maw as part of the spell.

Spatial Distortion (Empowered)
- The Entropic Maw turns into the more powerful hungering mouth.
- The mouth can draw all enemies in radius 10 for 2 spaces towards itself and taunts nearby enemies in radius 4 as a free action every turn.

Demented/Madness

Hideous Visions
- Increase spawn rate from a flat 10% to scaling from 10% to 35%.
- Whenever a second hallucination would spawn, the first one is immediately destroyed.
- Additionally, the effect from the old Sanity Warp is baked into Hideous Visions!

Sanity Warp (Rework)
- Spawn up to 1-3 additional hallucinations on enemies who already have one, causing the previous hallucinations to die.
- If hallucinations dying is caused by Sanity Warp, the victim is also confused for 2-7 turns at 12%-35% power.
- Demented/Void

Nullmail
- Additionally increases armor hardiness by 9%-37%.
- You gain 10%-55% stun immunity.
- (Hint: Nullmail and Light Armor Mastery at 5/5 offer 100% Armor Hardiness together!)

Demented/Entropy

Entropic Gift
- Now blinds for 4 turns.

Black Hole
- Lightly buffed radius to 1-4.
- Duration increased to 2-5.

Demented/Timethief

Accelerate
- Added a passive movement speed increase by 11%-50%.
- Buffed the active movement speed increase by 145%-601%.

Switch
- Is now instant.

Demented/Rift

Reality Fracture
- Is now instant.
- Chance of rifts spawning is increased to 50%.

Quantum Tunneling
- Is now instant.
- Can target anywhere within line of sight.
- If it teleports into a void rift, it destroys the rift and spawns three void rifts near your location.
- If it doesn't, it creates a void rift at the teleport location.

Demented / Doom

Prophecy
- All prophecies are now instant.
- Demented / Beyond sanity

Grand Oration
- In addition to its normal effect, it forms a map of radius 7-16 around yourself.

Twofold Curse
- In addition to its normal effect, you can sense all enemies, objects and traps within radius 7-22.

Anarchic Walk
- Is now instant.

Forbidden Echoes Prodigy (Class Evolution):

Through rites long forgotten, the cultist gains forbidden power and knowledge over their entropy.

When you cast certain spells, there is a 50%% chance that the echoes of your actions will manifest and repeat the same spell at half damage.

These spells are:
- Netherblast
- Riftcutter
- Spatial Distortion
- Dark Whispers
- Sanity Warp
- Cacophony
- Essence Reave
- Entropic Gift
- Reality Fracture
- Quantum Tunnelling
- Terminus

You have additionally been imbued with forbidden knowledge. As a result, you gain:
- One extra category point
- Six extra class talent points
- Four extra generic talent points

Heed this final warning: To invoke entropy twice is to invite its wrath.
Your mastery of entropy allows you to halve the cooldowns of your Entropic Gift and Reverse Entropy, but if you learn this prodigy, your entropy backlash will be doubled!

Adds the Rage Mage class. The Rage Mage is an arcane/temporal caster that, when injured, gets too mad to cast and starts punching things.
