This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This QoL provides some "automation" to various tedious gameflows in ToME.

• Auto-Keeping

Provides the player various settings that control which objects will automatically be excluded from transmogrification.
This is particularly designed for keeping various "lightweight" objects (such as Inscriptions, Rings, and/or Necklaces).

• Auto-Waiting:

Adds two bindable keys to [Key Bindings] that lets you wait for either 100 or X many turns.
(No more using the Rod of Recall!)

• Auto-Battle:

Adds a bindable key to [Key Bindings] that causes your currently-controlled character to perform a single, AI-controlled action during combat.
Additionally, this also adds a map menu option to adjust your currently-controlled character's talent priorities for the sake of optimizing said behavior.

• Auto-Hotkeying (Work In Progress)

When replacing a usable object with another usable object, all of the old object's talent hotkeys will be replaced with the new object's hotkey as well.

Background: There are just some things a player shouldn't have to do themself. It's a nuisance more than anything! Why waste the brain power? Let's have the game deal with it instead!

Background: After watching a friend nearly rage quit ToME after failing to understand stealth mechanics. It inspired me to add more information to the UI!

Adds new talent Interact with the Worm, allowing Writhing Ones from the Forbidden Cults DLC using the Demented/Friend of the Worm talent tree to manipulate their worm that walks' equipment and talents (and name) in a more convenient manner similar to Alchemists' Interact with the Golem talent.

Adds a new evolution for Shadowblades, the Umbral Incantor.

As an Umbral Incantor, the Shadowblade will regenerate 1 mana per turn and gain several bonuses to their talents if they are equipped with a staff:

- Shadow Combat: the damage will also be triggered when you cast Channel Staff, and when triggered this way can be a spell critical
- Shadowstep: teleport back to starting location after the attack
- lluminate: will use Shadow Dance without cost or triggering cooldown
- Invisibility: will be cast instantly without cost when Stealth is deactivated (still triggers cooldown)
- Shadow Grasp: will pin for 3 turns instead of pulling
- Shadow Veil: rather than blink and attack, you will cast Shadow Grasp on targets selected (without cost and ignoring cooldown and failure chances)
- Lethality: staffs gain a Dexterity damage modifier equal to twice the crit bonus
- Expose Weakness: (if not on cooldown) will be used instantly when casting Shadowstep (before the return teleport), using stamina as usual and going on cooldown for twice the usual duration
- Blade Flurry: (while sustained) also gain spell cooldown reduction equal to the attack speed bonus and an equal chance on spell hit to cast Channel Staff
- Snap: also affect an equal number of spells ("spell/" category talents)

-Wild Rejuvenation: A regeneration and healmod boost, not just for yourself, but allies too!

-Verdant Pelt: Increase your nature affinity, blight and nature resistance, and reduce the duration of detrimental effects!
-Call the Pack: Exactly what it says on the tin! Call up three wolf friends for a bit to help chow down on your enemies!

Halfmoon
Following that, these werewolves are the more magically inclined of their brethren! Moon and star themes abound.

-Lunar Light: Activate to gain a damage shield, and a boost to all affinities for a bit. Soak that damage!

-Shimmering Pelt: Adaptive damage resistance that can adjust to up to 3 different types of damage at a time.
-Celestial Power: An active ability to enhance your damage output and damage penetration!

Crescent
From there, we go to some psionic fluffy friends!

-Sharp Focus: Self-buff for increased damage and crit chance!

-Faded Pelt: Resistance to all damage, and quite a bit of it, but taking damage will eat away at the resists until they're gone!
-Psionic Howl: An aoe howl that sics some mental wolves on your enemies, giving them damage over time, reduced damage dealt, and chance for talent failure!

-Hunter's Agility: Boost global speed for a short time!

-Through the Shadows: An active ability that gives you an instant, variable range, no-cooldown teleport! However, the range diminishes the further you travel with it, and recovers over time.

Automatically collects notes about unvisited zones and unactivated features/events that the player has seen and may wish to return to later, updated as the player revisits said points of interest. Notes will reflect:

• Unopened golden chests, graves and weird pedestals; giant digestive sacks and strange tentacle "trees" from the Forbidden Cults DLC; demon statues from the Ashes of Urh'rok DLC; strange conduits from the Embers of Rage DLC.
• Unopened vaults, including "hidden vault" sub-zones.
• Various quest-related events like Tempest Peak and the Sher'tul farportal.
• Sub-zones like damp caves, intimidating caves, and the temporal rift in Daikara.
• Glyph sequences from the Forbidden Cults DLC, as found on various levels.
• Various non-main-plot zones on the world map, like Ruined Dungeon or Mark of the Spellblaze (configurable), if you have not visited them or killed their associated guardian.

Notes for a level are updated when the player enters or leaves the level, and when bringing up the auto-collected notes list manually via <Alt-Shift-A> (configurable via the "Key bindings" dialog). The auto-collected notes list will also optionally pop up when you load a character, configurable via the game option "UI | Automatic notes".

A new class, a psionic archer who starts with the powers of hypnosis, light telekinesis, and control over fabric.
They use only Psi as their resource.

Adds a new class, the Lost, designed by Thornstromb and developed by me.
The Lost is a new Afflicted class based around a hybrid of Archery and Stealth. Skulking in the shadows, the Lost is filled with a piercing hatred for the living.
A nasty glass cannon that relies on tools and inscriptions for survival, but does atrocious amounts of damage while undetected. You have an alternate version of stealth that never breaks, and while you have no inbuilt source of stamina regen, as a Willpower-main class you'll have plenty of stamina for most fights.

Well, in Rogue-like games I enjoy replayability with loot and unlocks found by previous characters. But in this game a shared vault bound to donations and have a lot of restrictions placed on it. So what? I'm a programmer myself :)

After half a day diving in documentations and source code of other addons (original Items Vault included) this is what I managed to put together.

Shared Stash features:
- Shared between ALL characters
- Accessible through main menu in ANY type of game
- NO forced lvl restriction placed on items
- NO forced cooldown to take your items back

A new class, a Celestial summoner who draws on the powers of Shandral's other planets to call up elementals.
Their basic trees summon and support Fire, Ice, and Lightning Elementals, as well as providing utility effects.
Their unlockable advanced trees rain down Meteors and twist Time Elementals into being.
They start with Chants, and a new tree in the vein of chants and hymns. They can unlock Celestial Light.

Their main resource is negative energy, which they generate by summoning and some other spells, and spent by others.

This mod should be compatible with just about everything.

Adds the Grove Keeper, a Wilder subclass. The Grove Keeper is pirmarily a mindpower-caster with limited summoning ability, but has the option to mix slings, or one-handed weapons and unarmed attacks, into their skill set. They are also able to become proficient with mindstars and focus wholly on mind-casting. Includes advanced class categories favoring either weapon-hybrid or mind-casting play style, with the advanced hybrid tree working equally well for ranged or melee.

Adds the Damblis, a race of humans developed during the Age of Allure, though not as well known as the Higher. During the heights of human and halfing power, many nobles sought entertainments of all variety: comical, martial... sensual. One particualr noble house began to curate beauty and charisma among their subjects, using any means they could, leading to the creation of the Damblis humans. While the details of the process that led to their refinement are unknown, the results were unquestionable: a breed of humans possessing unmatched beauty and charm, able to beguile any who so much as looked upon them. Some say their allure goes beyond mere physical beauty and swear they entrance others by caressing their inner thoughts with mental powers beyond understanding.

1. Dressed to Kill: Once per turn when an enemy sees you they must save against your mindpower or suffer mind damage. The damage can not be reduced by mental save and can be a mental critical hit. Your mindpower for this check is boosted based on your equipped rings, necklace, and belt. Enemies of rank Normal and lower will simply die instead of taking damage.

2. Stunning Looks: Enemies within a cone with a radius equal to your vision range must make a physical save against your mindpower or become stunned for several turns.

3. Irresistible: Enemies who can see you but are not adjacent to you suffer from a stacking affliction which reduces their saves, defense, and resistance to all damage.

4. Take it Off: All enemies who can see you when you sustain this talent will suffer from talent failure chance so long as they can still see you and you continue to sustain the talent. Requires a belt.

Modifies the Font of Sacrifice from the Forbidden Cults DLC (required), giving it the extra ability to modify wild infusions in the player's inventory. Wild infusions that remove a single type of effect can be changed to another type for 500 gold, or have a second type added for 1000 gold; wild infusions that remove two types of effects can have one of them changed for 500 gold.

Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!
• The Godfeaster: Deep undergroud the ground shakes as ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --

- Escorts now follow the player when not close to the portal.
- Escorts occasionally say useful things.
- Escorts heal 5% of their maximum health per turn.

Includes 4 new Class Evolutions:

• Doomed: Hollow - Merge almost completely with your shadows. If you have the original version of Fallen, they can also become Hollow.
• Archer: Zephyr - Lightning-using Arcane Blade at range.
• Temporal Warden: Warp Rider - melee-only specialist.
• (requires Forbidden Cults DLC) Writhing One: Gourmand - This evolution expands the Slow Death tree with a 'Possessor-lite' effect. You can keep the talents you've eaten forever (3 at a time).

Isn't Zephyr already a class?

This is a fork of Better Item Descriptions that simply makes the tooltip larger and uses long phrases instead of abbreviations.
It also works with zOmnibus's Inscription Compare feature.

Adds an Artificer class to the game.
Artificer is a versatile class that specialize in items.
They are able to craft items and use them in ways that other classes cannot.

Beware: Although powerful later on, artificers have a weak early game, and require a good deal of item management to succeed. This class may not be for everyone.

Requires Embers of Rage DLC

Adds the Spellweaver, a Mage subclass who creates custom spells with Spellweaving components.
For example, a Spellweaver might make a spell using the Fire element, the Beam shape, and the Damage Over Time effect to make a simple Damage over Time Fire Beam. However, spells can get vastly more complicated, with things like a "Grand Checkerboard of Eclipsing and Feverish Wallweaving and Prismatic and Radiat Lingering Harm" if you want to be way over the top.
Additionally, Spellweavers can make shielding and teleportation spells with components too, although all three types of spells use the same slots.
Spellweavers who are Humans, Elves, Dwarves or Undeads will also begin in Wovenhome in the East and have a special dungeon to start the game.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack improves visibility of status effects by adding particles to certain effect types (such as "dizzy stars" for stuns and confusions, or green bubbles for poisons).
Background: It is otherwise difficult to tell if or when certain effects procced or not, and it is also kind of obnoxious having to check each and every enemy for whether they're affected by something or not.

Adds a new class evolution for Berserker, the Barbarian.

As a Barbarian, the Berserker loses the ability to equip body armor, but gains the ability to wield a two-handed weapon in their off-hand. Additionally, they will unlock Technique/Duelist and Technique/Dual Weapons at 1.0 mastery. Finally, each turn the Barbian attacks a foe, they will automatically eneter a blocking stance to deflect damage with their weapons, potentially setting up deadly counter-strikes.

First is the Moon Paladin, who fight using two weapons and the two moons.
Second is the Starslinger, who imbues their shots with the power of the stars.
Also two new subraces that start in the Far East, regardless of class.

Some linger, wishing to finish some unfinished business.
Others want to pass on a message to a loved one.
Some seek another chance for glory in battle or revenge against those who killed them.
They all eventually find a Spiritmancer, and bargain temporary servitude for closure.
The Spiritmancer can give form to the lost souls, allowing them to fight again. They also have powerful light and lightning magic.

Shining Binds: active. ranged explosion for light damage and pin.

Endless Light: sustain. increases light damage, light penentration and decreases spell cooldowns.

Justice
Lightning Flash: active. Throws a ball of lightning that explodes for lightning and blindness.
Peacemakers: active. Increases your summoned creatures strengths and speeds.
Indignation: active. Inscribe a symbol of justice on the ground. After a short delay it explodes with high lightning daze damage.
Righteous Fury: Lightning Mastery that also adds lightning damage to minion attacks.

Power comes at a price, but the price is worth paying...

This addon adds more Taints to the game.

Taints are Inscriptions powered by corrupt forces. As such, they are arcane so Oozemancers and other Zigur Zealots need not apply.
They do not get egos for scaling, instead they scale on a new stat called Taintmarks.
Taintmarks are a measure of how tainted by corrupted forces you are.
Each Taintmark increases the power and duration of Taints by 20%, but decrease you luck by 1 and increase the cooldown on nature gifts by 1.
Taintmarks are gained in many ways:
Each inscribed Taint grants a Taintmark.
Possessing a corrupt power source like Vim or Hate grants a Taintmark.
Being Undead, becoming Undead or changing your shape grants a Taintmark.
Giving in to your Hate grants a Taintmark.
Having Dark Ritual, Ruin or Blurred Mortality grant a Taintmark.
Having Blighted Summoning, Corrupted Shell, Bloodspring or Legacy of the Naloren grant a Taintmark.

Taintmarks are listed on your character sheet under stats.

Current Taints are only a little more rare than normal inscriptions. In v1 they will be much rarer but certain bosses will have a guaranteed Taint drop.

List of Taints:
Devourer: As before but also eats on of your own sustains for more healing.
Telepathy: As before but both effects have the same duration.
Darkness: Darkens the area, grants a temporary stealth boost and makes you activate stealth mode (even if you don't have it), but decreases your darkness resistance.
Vampire: Adds Life Leech chance and amount, but decreases your light resistance.
Blood Magic: Increases your Spellpower and lets you cast with life instead of mana/vim when needed, but decreases your physical save.
Reaper: Increases you physical power and restores resources on kills, but decreases your spell save.
Inversion: Grants damage affinity all, but changes some of your damage to healing.
Shade: Allows you to walk through walls and grants evasion, but reduces your healing.
Ghoulish Rot: Your hits apply Ghoulish Rot disease but your movement speed is decreased. Also blocks hits from being above a certain amount.
Banshee: Scream doing mind damage and causing confusion in nearby enemies, but silences you.
Bone Thorns: Sharp thorns sprout from your bones causing heavy bleeding damage to enemy attackers, but also causes you to bleed. Also increases armour and hardiness.
Blood Snare: Hurl a blood bomb at the target where it explodes, doing blight damage and pinning enemies. This blood bomb is made from your own blood.
Acceleration: Reduces cooldowns, but then they are on cooldown for longer when used.
Exchange: Removes debuffs from you then inflicts you with another random debuff.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack places foolproofing on various actions that commonly cause trouble. Particularly, it will halt VERY slow movement or talent failures from various sources.
Background: Have you ever taken a step in combat, watched as your life became a blur-- And suddenly, you're dead? Not anymore! NEVER AGAIN!!

Improvements to the escort system. Adds a bunch of new types of escorts, and increases the power and number of options for existing escorts. Additionally learning new categories unlocks them by default, or can improve your mastery if you already know them.

Help Wanderers make use of trees which are otherwise hard or impossible to use due to:

• Insufficient or non-existent resource generation.
• Other dependant talents.
• Missing mastery talents.
• Missing items.
• Anything specific, like Chronomancy/Spellbinding and such.

Any time a category or tree is learned which is dependant on something specific that you don't already have, one or multiple 'Wanderer' trees will be granted locked as well.

These trees are usually at x0.8 mastery, and can have less or more than 4 talents, learnable out-of-order.

Wanderer trees can be removed under certain conditions, and this will fully refund category and talent points. The exact conditions are detailed in each tree's description.

Every Wanderer now knows the Shoot talent from the get-go, and starts with iron mail armour in addition to everything else.

Donators/Buyers bonus!

A few changes to skelly I thought would make it actually interesting to pick for some classes as it previously was easily the worst race because it didn't cover any of the weaknesses or encourage any synergies with any class. These changes make Skeleton focused a lot more on being a tank, which its talents originally hinted at.

The first talent now gives a massive amount of physical saves that scale with constitution. This replaces the duration reduction of the third talent. The duration reduction is largely a useless stat if you can't get it to 100% reduction as debuffs are either "I don't care about this" or "I want this gone immediately." Immunities have typically always been the go to. Most classes have their immunites or debuff clears as their third or final talent, so putting this as the first talent gives some incentive to use this over Shalore.

Originally it was going to be full physical debuff immunity like with Spine of the World but after some deliberation I figured this was too good. I kind of like the saves here as a way to demonstrate just how much is needed to be good. The numbers for this are chosen that provided you put in significant investment, it should provide excellent returns such that it's the only source of physical save needed on difficulties of insane or lower.

The third talent now gives you the Corruption/Bone tree. This here because I thought this would be fun, and thematic.

I got a bit of feedback that people wanted a mobility tree on Skeleton, but honestly I feel like that removes one of the interesting weaknesses of the class, that you are forced to use blink rune for mobility. This drawback provides some interesting decisions in what to select for your race and I think it should remain to encourage strategic building.

Also: Reassemble now scales with Constitution. Both Bone Armour and Reassemble's descriptions have been updated to fully detail the things they scale with. They previously did not mention that they scale with your max HP.

Classes that would be good with this skelly rework: Classes without a lot of defenses, classes with a lot of mobility, classes with the Corruption/Bone tree, classes that don't need to focus on 3 non-Constitution stats.

Update 1.2.0
The first talent and Reassemble both used to scale with Constitution but considering no classes use Con and you still want Magic for Bone Shield scaling and to make Bone Grab work, changing the Con scaling to Dexterity make the race pair better with more classes, since many triple stat using weapon classes utilize Dex.

This Addon creates the Sungun class and adds Solar Guns for it to use, along with many talents - all based on the Boktai series of games for the Gameboy Advance.

Adds Oozewalkers, antimagic powered undead who are incapable of using infusions but gain powerful racial talents. They also begin in a new starting town (shared with Oozemancers).
Additionally, people beginning in this starting zone can complete the quest Storming the City through it to gain a different reward.
Note: This is the first release and the Storming the City alternate reward is a very strange item, so it may not function as intended for all sustains. Additionally, balance may not be spot on yet, balancing is hard and I am not good at it.

Infusion of Slime - Use one Infusion from your inventory, putting the talent on the cooldown of the inscription plus five.
Oozing Blood - Gain a regeneration effect for 5/6/7 turns, scaling with the greater of Willpower and Constitution.
Jelly Form - Gain many weak resistances. None of the resistances values are high enough to be reliable, but it gives a lot of them, so.
Dissolving Dash - Dash to a location, moving through enemies to a tile 5-10 tiles away and corroding everything you pass through, reducing their resist all for a short time.

Reward from Storming the City with the Oozing Cradle:
Phosphorus Heart, a Lite with the ability to steal magical sustains and cause enemy sustains to randomly fail within radius 5.

Finally, the advanced Prismatic Tree rewards you for changing elements.

Apex Predator - new generic tree that fills in a few gaps and lets you wear gems.

• Adds a status tracker to the Micro Spiderbot talent, showing how many active spiderbots you currently have and providing a tooltip listing their respective locations and durations.
• Modifies the description of objects and tinkers to indicate whether they are metallic, for use with the Galvanic Arcing talent.
• (new in v1b) Expands the tooltip of the Galvanic Rods status tracker to include information about persistent rods deployed via Galvanic Arcing and their respective beam/triangle zone linkage (including the player's metallic or metallic-tinkered weapon, if any).

Exponential Leveling is an addon that changes the amount of points (stats, class, ..) and optionally resources (hp/stamina/mana/regen..) you gain upon EACH level up.
It is meant to make Madness difficulty possible without cheating or hacking of any kind. The game isn't really meant to be beaten on Madness-Roguelike in a legit way, which is why trainers/cheats/savescams exist. There have been only a couple of winners that might be real and legit, and they are Adventure class with no video proof.

Being fully configurable, it can also be used to make the game easier as you wish to.

THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS.

How to use this addon:

    - Download and install, of course. Check if the addon is ACTIVATED. If you have another addon that superload/overload player.lua, it might conflict.
    - Start a New Game.
    - Under Options > Gameplay, you can enable or disable the addon. This will work from the next levelup. It cannot be used retroactively.
    - You can also change mode of operating (Default is balanced) and optional modes of operation (Also increase resources, life, etc on levelup) or be left as is.
    

Operating Modes:

    - Balanced -> Gives extra points in a fair way depending on your difficulty (Nightmare, Insane and Madness)
    - Extra Points -> Gives many more points than vanilla in any difficulty
    - Cheatish -> Gives way more points than you'll ever need
    - Only Life -> Does NOT change how many points you gain on levelup, but provide some extra MAX HP on levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options.
    

Optional Modes (These work alongside Operating Modes):

    - None -> Nothing else than what chosen under Operating Modes
    - All Resources -> Increase stamina, mana, hate, vim, etc (MAX and regen) upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
This pack adds damage logs about loss in healing (for example, if you're healed 200, but have -40% healing, it will display "80 anti-healing").
It also has an option to change how negative healing factor operates so that it is multiplicative instead of additive (a behavior which makes healing reduction generally more useful to you and enemies alike).
Background: The effects of reduced healing are quite invisible, and this always bugged me! This makes it more noticable so that when things like Draconic Body are affected, you can understand just how much damage it actually caused!

- Lethality and Dagger Mastery will apply their effects to gloves.
- The Stalker is considered to be wielding Dual Weapons, using unarmed combat stats for both main hand and offhand (damage penalty applies).

Currently, adds the following classes:

Bloodriver Adherents are very in tune with arcane energies, their mana will buffer any harm done to them. It also makes them know basic elemental spells innately.
They also have access to unique Bloodriver spells which utilize their own mana-infused blood to enhance their effects.

Bloodriver Adherent talents revolves mainly on their bleed mechanics. A lot of talents costs both mana and life to cast.
By default, this class can, and it is recommended, to focus on 2 different basic element talent trees. These 2 selected elements will later got advanced talents that you can learn.

There are around 11 custom made talent category which you can choose. Some are essential to Bloodriver Adherent, as this subclass try to utilize bleed as much as possible.
However, how you want to play this subclass, which talent to choose, is up to your liking.
You want to cause debuffs to your enemies? Prolong debuffs and make them suffer? sure you can!
You want to summon a cute golem to do your bidding and cute fairy to spice things up? Go ahead!
You want to just straight up deal damage to your enemies? say no more!
You can even summon some totems, put traps, and more.

There are currently 9 variation of totems. 5 which you will learn by default, and the remaining 4 you will learn by:
killing a certain named bear
destroy a certain magical crystal
killing a certain spider in the east, and
going to a certain place where magic are blazing.

This subclass is a bit tricky to play and on the harder side of difficulty-wise.
As both mana and life are used as resources to cast, and both life and mana dictates your livelihood, you will need to manage your mana and life, and choose your actions carefully.
If your mana is empty, you won't instantly die, but you will suffocate and take damage every turn. Suffocation will last until either you die or you replenish your mana.
There are a lot of self-perseverance talents embedded in this class, so you can take those to ensure your longevity.

Also beware, some of the talents are very powerful, but makes no distinguishing between friend or foe, so you may harm your allies, or even yourself!

Bloodriver Staffmasters do not attune so much to arcane energies compared to Adherents. Instead, they hone themselves to gain martial prowess.

While they don't have easy access to basic element trees compared to Adherents, they have their own unique talents with stronger emphasis on bleed.

 Adds the Nargol as a playable Halfling subrace.

Studious to a fault, yet racist to the core, the Nargol empire once dominated Maj'Eyal. Though their superiority complex has been much humbled by the Age of Pyre, their brilliant inquisitive minds have not. Nargol may take any combination of any four talents in their race tree, with more talents being unlocked later.
1. Concentrate: select a non-instant, non-fixed-cooldown talent. That talent will always be cast at effective level 4, but its cooldown will increase proportionally with how many levels this talent is effectively adding. If your selected talent has an effective level over 4, its cooldown will be reduced instead.
1. Space Out: each talent cast will increase your negative life slightly.

2. Recompose: select an activated talent that has a cooldown. If you are affected by any non-other debuffs, using that talent will reduce the duration of each by a percent of that talent's cooldown, spread out across all debuffs affecting you and with a minimum of 1.
2. Switchup: each time you use a talent with low cooldown in combat (hint: shoot and attack are talents), you gain a buff that lasts 3 turns and can stack. Using a talent with long cooldown will consume this buff to give it extra levels.

3. Practice: select an activated talent with less than 10 turns of cooldown that does not change the world in a permanent way and does not have a fixed cooldown. Each time you kill a creature that is worth experience, the raw level and mastery of this talent will increase to a cap.
3. Multitask: each time you cast a non-instant class talent, you get a buff of a random rank. Using a talent of that rank grants you extra speed.

4. Hyperfixate: instant sustain. Each turn your talent cooldowns are halved at the cost of burning away your life.
4. Epiphany: instant sustain. All eligible talents gain extra level and mastery, but render their entire category unusable when you cast them. Restore categories by burning out other categories. When you deactivate, become weakened with lower talent level.

In addition, they have a secondary "Imperialist" tree unlocked by wearing the Crown of Command, then unlocking it with a category point:
Duality: trade global speed and combat speed with each other and cause projectiles to hit instantly by toggling this talent.
Polymath: more talent levels for more power, more unlocked categories for more damage.
Expeditious: cause a portion all incoming damage to be procrastinated into the future.
Memento Mori: Second Life-like passive that grants a powerful boost to all base racials, then completely nullifies them while it's cooling down.

Modifies various player sidekicks (Alchemists' golem, Writhing Ones' worm that walks from the Forbidden Cults DLC, Annihilators' mecharachnid from the Embers of Rage DLC) to synchronize their level with the player's level every time they are re-added to map, in case the player gained a level while the sidekick dead.

(Disclaimer: The failure of sidekicks to do this in the base game is believed to be a bug; if said bug is fixed in a future version, this addon will be officially deprecated.)

A new wilder class.
A mix between wyrmic and a bit of oozemancer. Wield deadly forces of acid, nature, frost, physical damage to defeat your foes.

Cultist of Entropy is a thematically excellent class that many enjoy. I seek to buff the class and offer differing, more powerful playstyles.

The intent of this addon is to buff the budding Cultist so they have more tools at their disposal, both in terms of damage and survivability, whether passive or active.

This addon is intended to bring the class more up to the level of classes like Paradox Mage whilst including fun changes that hopefully mitigate some of the drag in CoE's early game.

Their arachnid nature starts to take shape, modifying their body and giving them the resilience, agility, wisdom, and abilities of a spider.They will even grow spider legs!

As spider would, they grow accustomed in the art of threads and webs. They can trap and disarm their preys, cut them with threads, and eventually encasing them in a cocoon.

Adds the White Monk, a warrior subclass.

Quality of Life improvements for resting and auto-exploring.

v3.5.0 *** FOR ToME v1.6.5 ***
This is a fork (with permission) of Marson's auto-explore and rest tweaks. It includes as well C.Lowe/CaptainTrip's improvements as well. It does not include, but recommends also using Johnny0's Faster RRE add-on for even better rest and auto-explore experience. This add-on contains numerous Quality of Life improvements designed to make resting and auto-exploring easier to use, brings the add-on overall up to being compatible with 1.6.x, and generally seeks to remove it being more optimal to do timed rests or manual recovery (particularly to help higher difficulty level and players without Faster RRE). Cleaned up feature list in this take, to make it easier to see what it does.

It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them.

Latest Update Notes:
• Changed steam sustain behavior to match current gameplay. Before sustains tended to shut off when available resource was 0, now they don't seem to do so. This will now only turn off sustains that drain steam if steam is going below 0, so as to get to a steady finish state.
• Fix minor bug where stealth enabling was always on if you had it.
• Added new option to ignore quest members when resting or exploring. It defaults to off but for those folks that know they want to ignore those quest allies and rest a bit.

• When resting, it will check for infusions and runes that could be used to accelerate HP, Mana, or Equilibrium (via Ancestral Life or Meditation) recovery. If the acceleration appears significant, it will use them, rotating from first available infusion or rune outward. In experiment, I found this often reduced rest turn time by 50-80 percent, improving the more drained the resource was. Particularly helpful for Mana, as it avoids trade-off advantages of short term resting (for increased mana regen) + rune use by just handling that more optimal play for you automatically without breaking rest.
• Support for steam implants, with usual checkboxes. This may not always be faster based on steam sustains that may disable after the initial round of rest and steam implants having very long cooldowns (30+ turns) and steam's resource max being pretty small. It tries to be conservative on that, so will most likely help for cases where your functional steam regen rate is < 2.00 and never activate for things much above it. I found I was often getting 5-20 steam per turn, which makes the implant support useless.
• Supports for medical healing salve injectors. Cooldown measurements are a bit odd here, since they can range from 5-20 depending on injector. Went with 10 as a happy medium for how many turns of natural regen is considered to be equal to the cooldown cost of using it.
• Adding support to auto-stealth if available and not stealthed.
• Option for ignoring small damage when moving and resting, basically if it is <5%, it will ignore it by default, prevent small DoTs from preventing rest.
• Options added to control whether or not to use inscriptions to accelerate recovery of things.
• Fixes a ToME bug that can cause autoexplore or running to move only a single square and hang if used immediately after killing an enemy.
• Lore discovery will only stop autoexplore if it triggers a popup.
• Autoexplore will ignore Exploratory/Infinite Farportal return portals until the entire level has been explored.
• Ignores special terrain features such as Font of Healing after they are first discovered.
• Ignores open chests and alt Maze floor cracks.
• Rest and AE ask for confirmation if you have an escort in your party.
• Ignore already activated pedestals.
• Checks for and waits on any rechargeable items.
• Checks for and reloads any ammo in offhand quiver.
• Waits for cooldowns of talents set to auto-use.
• Waits for depleted air to replenish.
• Combines all checks into a single instance of rest, rather than having cooldowns etc. require a second resting phase.

Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'.

Available modes:
• 'Always Viligant' always stops running when a hostile creature is seen via telepathy.
• 'Original' is standard ToME auto-explore behavior, which ignores telepathy when running or auto-exploring.

• Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. If in 'Always Viligant' mode and a hostile is within telepathic sight (but not normal sight), you will auto-explore in 1 square per keypress increments.

Changes the appearance of the entrance to the Shadow Crypt in the far east to be different from the entrances to the Orc Prides, to avoid entering the wrong zone by mistake.

Revamps the Skirmisher class.

All talents have been re-coded to remove artificial break points in scaling. In most cases, bonuses which were gated by talent level in vanilla will scale in from the first talent point, reaching approximately the same power at the talent level they were previously gated behind.

Many attack talents' damage scaling has been adjusted to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents. Max damage scaling values remain the same, but talents will scale up to to those values at a rate somewhat closer to other weapon attack talents.

Many attack talents' stamina costs have been reduced to bring them more in line with other weapon attack talents relative to their damage/utility.

Scoundrel is unlocked, master increased to 1.3.
Poisons mastery is increased to 1.3 (from 1.2).
Stealth is granted, locked at 1.0 mastery.

[Buckler Training]
'Buckler Expertise' grants Armor and Hardiness while wearing light armor (values taken from 1.6). The description has also been updated to reflect what it actually does (i.e. it now notes that melee attack deflection does not work in heavy armor).
'Bash and Smash' now scales in the second shield hit as a chance to occur (50-100%). Knockback distance now scales, instead of having an artifical (and hidden) break point.
Moved to level 8 talent.
'Buckler Mastery' no longer has scaling projectile spread radius (projectiles will always be deflected in a radius of 1). Buckler Mastery now grants immunity to damage from your own projectiles. The critical strike for Bash and Smash now scales in as increased crit chance (50-100%) for the shield hit(s).
Moved to level 12 talent.
'Counter Shot' has been replaced with a new level 4 talent:
'Dash and Crash', a talent which will rush toward a targeted foe up to X tiles away, attack with your shield for Y damage, and activate Block for free. If the shield strike hits, the target may be confused for Z turns. Cooldown decreases with level [~20-10 turns].

'Tireless Combatant' talents have been changed to use Dexterity (instead of Willpower) as a requirement.
'Breathing Room' now adds stacks of the new 'Breathing Room' effect each turn their are no enemies adjacent to you. The effect increases life and stamina regen and can stack up to 4 times. You will lose one stack per turn if an enemy is adjacent to you.
'Pace Yourself' now grants flat damage armor instead of reduced fatigue.
'Dauntless Challenger' has been reworked. Rather than passively granting regeneration, you can activate the talent to consume all stacks of Breathing Room and gain the Dauntless Challenger effect for X turns. The effect grants 200% of the stamina regen and 400% of the life regen granted by Breathing Room, multiplied by the number of stacks consumed. You cannot gain stacks of Breathing Room while under this effect, but the regeneration from Dauntless Challenger will persist regardless of enemy location, etc.
'The Eternal Warrior' has improved resistance cap scaling, and now scales in the 'Breathing Room' regeneration bonus from 10%-20% (which also improves 'Dauntless Challenger' as a result).

[Skirmisher Slings]
'Sling Supremacy'now allows you to reload when you Block.
'Swift Shot' now resets Hurricane Shot cooldown completely. Additionally, a somewhat obscure but potentially exploitable bug from vanilla has been removed.
'Hurricane Shot' now always hits targets only once, but the damage scaling is doubled. Projectiles from this attack now travel instantly.
'Bombardment' has been completely reworked. It now costs 20 stamina to sustain, causes Shoot to cost 5 stamina, and increases fatigue by 50%. While active, all sling shots which hit will trigger an instant sling attack on the same target for [20-40]% weapon damage. This can trigger from any shot, from any talent, so long as a sling is equipped. This can affect multiple targets and trigger multiple times, but will strike each individual target twice per turn at most.

[Called Shots]
'Called Shots' attack talent projectiles now travel instantly.
'Kneecapper' has improved pin and slow duration scaling.
'Noggin Knocker' now scales up the stun/increase duration, from 1 (at TL 1) to 2 (at ~ TL 5 / TL 4 at 1.3 mastery).
'Sling Sniper' cooldown reduction now scales and it is possible to reach 3 turn reduction with increased mastery.

Adds two class evolutions for Archer, the Quickshot and the Munitions Expert.

As a Quickshot, the Archer gains the ability to equip a second quiver/pouch in the tool slot and has a 50% chance on archery hit to trigger a shot using ammo from your tool slot.

As a Munitions Expert, the Archer gains the Munitions talent tree unlocked at 1.3 mastery. Provides three munitions sustains to enhance your shots with fire, poison, or piercing capabilities.

Donators/Buyers bonus!

Adds a variety of random youkai that have weird and/or stupid quirks, generally pertaining to equipment slots.
Takonyudo (octopode): namesake of the addon. Start with poison unlocked. 4 weapon and 4 offhands, 8 rings, and no armor except helmet.
Oboroguruma (oxcart): equip any weapon, armor, or jewelry you like, but the total quantity of items you can equip is limited by level.
Chopirako (house spirit): all chance based events succeed every time.
Iwanabozu (fish monk): high life rating. Cannot deal or take more than 1% of its life per hit, which is relaxed as you deal or take more damage.
Mekurabe (pile of skulls): 16 head slots and no other armor. Roll around stealthily as a bunch of heads, then assemble yourself to frighten anyone you stare at.
Kyorinrin (sentient scroll): no armor slots. Gain stats and extra talent levels by picking up lore pieces depending on how long the lore scrap was.
Aoandon (lantern spirit): no armor slots. Tell ghost stories to reduce power and saves, then manifest in a flash of terror.

Adds the Vor'tep as a new Giant sub-race, a breed of altered trolls. Get it right here or on the Steam Workshop.

Vor'tep have a life rating of 13 and an experience penalty of 15% and start with +3STR, +3WIL, +3CON,+3MAG, -2DEX, and -2CUN.

Vor'tep posses the strength and will to wield any one-handed weapon in their offhand innately.

Vor'tep have the following racial talents:

Trollkin Fortitude
For 5 turns, each magical, physical, or mental detrimental effect applied to you by an enemy will have the duration preemptively reduced by X turns or 50% (rounded up), whichever is greater. If this reduces the duration to 0 or less the effect is completely negated. The power of the effect improves with Constitution.

Trollblood
Passively increases life regen by X and healing modifier by Y%.
Scales only on talent level.

Blood Rush
Sustaining this talent will cause talents to cooldown by one turn at the begining of each turn. This will occur regardless of stuns or other effects that would normally reduce or prevent cooldowns. This will not effect talents with a fixed cooldown.
CAUTION:
This will cause you to take X% of your maximum life as irresistible damage on the first turn, increasing each subsequent turn. Each turn the damage dealt will be 15% greater than the turn before. If your life is below 20% of your maximum at the start of a turn, the sustain will automatically deactivate.
The damage of the effect is reduced by Willpower.

Internal Inscription
You are able to internalize a rune or infusion of your choice. Once chosen, the inscription will be triggered instantly when you are below 15% of your maximum life. This has a cooldown and is the only way to activate the inscription.
Cooldown decreases significantly with talent level and is based only on this talent (the original cooldown of the inscription is completely disregarded).

Learn Slime, Moss, Call of the Wild, and Fungus at 1.3 mastery.
All of your sling hits have a chance to cast a random Moss talent, centered around the target, or Slime Spit, if all Moss talents are cooling down.
You gain 40% Nature resista nce penetration.
Reqs: 50 Cun, 25 Wil, imbued with draconic power (consume Worm Queen Heart or Wyrm Bile).

Fateslinger:
Become entangled in the webs of fate and enhance your sling mastery with temporal magic.
Learn Temporal Combat, Stasis, Fate Weaving and Spacetime Weaving at 1.3 mastery.
You gain 25 Def, 25% all res, and 25% reduced negative effect duration after a teleport.
While Dimensional Step is not on cooldown, you have a 25% chance when using a talent to blink randomly in a radius of 3 and tune your Paradox.
You gain 40% Temporal resistance penetration.

Fearslinger:
Unleash your hatred to enhance your sling mastery with dark gifts.
Learn Fears, Shadows, Dark Sustenance and Cursed Aura at 1.3 mastery and gain one level in Defiling Touch.
Your sling hits have a chance to cast Instill Fear and your ranged attacks will now bypass allies.
You gain 20 Mindpower per currently summoned Shadow.
Reqs: 50 Cun, 25 Wil, defeat Ben Cruthard, the Cursed.

Blightslinger:
Harness the power of corruption and enchance your sling mastery with vile power.
Learn Blight, Plague, Torment and Curses at 1.3 mastery.
Your sling hits deal added Blight damage and cause you to enter a bloodlust-induced frenzy, granting a stacking Spellpower bonus.
You gain 40% blight resistance penetration.
Reqs: 50 Cun, 25 Mag, defeat the Rhaloren Inquisitor.

Crystalslinger:
Discover the secrets of the alchemists to construct a handy golem and enhance your sling mastery with icy infusions.
Learn Golemancy, Explosive Admixtures, Frost Alchemy and Stone Alchemy at 1.3 mastery and gain 5 levels in Runic Golem and 1 mana regen.
Your sling hits bypass allies and, if you have alchemist gems in your off-set quiver, each hit has a chance to instantly swap weapon sets and cast Throw Bomb before swapping back.
You gain 40% cold resistance and iceblock piercing and when you apply Ice Armour to your golem it will also gain a damage shield and cast Taunt.
Reqs: 50 Cun, 25 Mag, defeat 5 golems.

Battle Skirmisher:
Embrace the warrior within to become a true menace in battle, no longer limiting yourself to slings, but also striking with your shield, fists, and even your head.
Learn Combat Techniques, Shield Offense, Conditioning and Thuggery at 1.3 mastery.
Weapons Mastery will affect Shields and Unarmed combat, and while you have a sling equipped you will use your Unarmed combat stats as your Mainhand weapon.
Your shield hits will have a 40% chance to trigger a sling attack for 50% damage.
After moving with Rush, you will automatically attack all adjacent foes with Skullcracker. Using Bash and Smash will reset the cooldown of Rush.
Reqs: 50 Dex, 25 Str, defeat 20 foes in melee range.

Sunslinger:
Bathe in the glow of the sun to enhance your sling mastery with celestial power.
Learn Sun, Radiance, Light and Chants at 1.3 mastery.
All sling hits will deal added light damage, and, if you have a temporary damage shield active, increase its power(up to once per turn).
Additionally, sling hits against foes outside the reach of your Radiance will pull them 2 tiles toward you. If they are pulled into your Radiance, they are pinned for 3 turns.
Finally, if you are affected by Sun's Vengance and Sun Ray is not on cooldown, your sling hits will cast Sun Ray on the target (triggering cooldown as usual).
Reqs:50 Cun, 25 Mag, defeat at least 50 foes on lit tiles

Dreamslinger:
Master your mind and the dream forge to enhance your sling mastery with flying hammers and psionic force.
Learn Dream Smith, Discharge, Dream Forge and Feedback at 1.3 mastery. Investing 8 points in Feedback grants 40 mindpower; 12 points in Discharge grants 60.
Sling hits will trigger Dream Smith talents if they are not on cooldown, prioritizing the highest tier, up to once per turn. Talents triggered this way will strike up to range 10 and trigger cooldown and cost as usual.
All of your fire damage is converted to mind damage, you gain 40% mind resistance penetration, and your sling hits generate 8 Feedback.
Reqs:50 Cun, 25 Wil, defeat a foe while you are sleeping.

Note: Age of Ascendancy specific requirements are waived in other campaigns.

Assorted quality-of-life tweaks for the assorted youkai races from mannendake's Youkai Pack addon (required). Includes so far:

• Oborogurumas' Packed Car effect now shows your car's current and maximum space.

Allows adventurers to use talent trees from every classes and races, including those from addons.

This addon is designed as a more "addon friendly" alternative to Much more Adventurous.
(It doesn't, however, add the misc and legacy talents)

It takes talents directly from the subclass/subrace list so it should :

- Bypass race/class compatibility
(Allowing Skeletons to take Wyrmic talents, or Cornacs to use those from the Stone Warden for instance.)

- Take talents trees from NPC only classes/races
(In the base game, that would be the two talent trees of the golem.)

- Ignore the locks
(Allowing Adventurers to use talent trees from classes you haven't unlocket yet, or things like Demented/Scourge Drake.)

Additionally, "undead/lich", "Cursed/Cursed Aura" and talents from the Fallen Paladin can also be selected.

Celestial Spellcasters who have been overcome with madness and become more and more like unto Luminous Horrors.

This is a simple mod that requires the Embers of Rage DLC, and makes several buffs to the Gunslinger class, here is a list of changes:

Many talents have their steam cost reducded slightly.
Uncanny Reload now gains steam instead of costing any.
Steamgun Mastery grants an extra reload at level 1 instead of 2.
Double Shot's stun duration increased by 1 turn.
Evasive Shot's cooldown reduced to 15 instead of 30.
Agile Gunner's radius increased by 1.
Awesome Toss's duration now increases based on talent level. All resistance increased from 5 - 20 to 15 - 35.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.

This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.

Modifies various trap-preparation and tool-preparation tools from the Cunning/Traps and Cunning/Artifice trees to simplify preparation of tools and traps. Trap Priming, Cunning Tools, Intricate Tools and Master Artificer are changed to passive talents that modify the behavior of the expanded trap/tool selection dialogs under Trap Mastery resp. Rogue's Tools, from which all desired trap or tool preparation can be done at once.

• Hey! The Prepare Tools dialog lets me prepare the Assassinate enhancement without preparing Hidden Blades.

Adds a new class evolution for Bulwark, the Juggernaut.

As a Juggernaut, the Bulwark gains the ability to equip shields in the off hand and main hand simultaneously and Weapons Mastery will apply to shields.

While equipped with two shields:

- You may use Rush while sustaining Last Stand.
- When you use Rush, you will instantly trigger Repulsion, ignoring and negating cooldown.
- For 1 turn after using Rush, you will reduce all incoming non-Mind damage by 50% of your Block value.
